HERZOG&deMEURON储蓄银行扩建CaixaForumMadrid德穆隆博物馆MuseumderKulturen汉堡易北爱乐厅ElbePhilharmonicHall改建案例分析CaixaForumMadridCaixaForumMadridisamuseumandculturalcenterinPaseodelPrado36,Madrid.ItissponsoredbyLaCaixa.ItwasconstructedbytheSwissarchitectsHerzog&deMeuronfrom2001to2007,whichcombinedanoldabandonedelectricalstationwithnewconstructionoffloorswhichareencasedwithoxidizedcast-iron,whichwasmeanttobeofasimilarcolorandweightasthebrickbelow.Onthehousenexttoit,thereisagreenwalldesignedbyFrenchbotanistPatrickBlanc.Theredofthetopfloorscontrastswiththeplantsonthewall,whichmatchthecharacteroftheneighbouringRealJardínBotánico.AlthoughtheCaixaForumisacontemporarybuilding,italsoexhibitsretrospectivesofartistsfromearliertimeperiodsandhasevolvedintooneofthemostvisitedmuseumsinMadrid.CaixaForumMadridMuseumderKulturenTwoyearsofreconstruction,refurbishmentandexpansionincludingaHerzog&deMeurondesignforthehistoricalwallswasamongtheupdatesthatitreceived.Theirdesignisdescribedasa‘stunningcrownforthehistoricalwalls:thebeautifulrooftopofirregularfoldsfitsharmoniouslyintotherooftopssurroundingthecathedral’.DirectorAnnaSchmidcommented,“Ourinnovativeapproachtolife’sculturaldimensionsmakesthemmoreaccessible.Wewanttobeaplacefornewencountersandinspiration.”BaselstunningcrownElbePhilharmonicHall汉堡易北爱乐厅德国汉堡的易北爱乐音乐厅在落成后将是一座集两间音乐演奏厅、一家五星级酒店和多层写字楼于一身的巨大建筑。这一建筑将与沃纳.卡尔摩根(wernerkallmorgen)在1963年设计的建筑码头仓库A实现完美的融合。易北爱乐音乐厅犹如浮于古老码头仓库上的一朵玻璃大浪花。两间足以容纳2150和550名参观者的大礼堂将被建立在这座以玻璃为主要结构的建筑中。这两个高达100米的表演场地未来将演出古典音乐、现代音乐和各种混合风格的娱乐音乐。被清空的的码头仓库将会被划分出三分之二的空间来作为停车场使用，仓库后面的区域将成为音乐教育的基地。新旧材质呼应，延续新旧材质对比，呼应城市环境新旧材质对比，呼应自然环境
