消防调试方案CommissioningPlanforFireSystem一、工程概况BriefIntroduction本工程为北京宝洁技术有限公司研发中心及中试线厂房等5项机电安装工程。该工程的消防系统调试内容主要有:火灾自动报警及联动系统、水喷淋自动喷水灭火系统、消火栓灭火系统、气体灭火系统、消防防排烟系统及其他消防系统的综合调试。ThisprojectismechanicalandelectricalinstallationoneforR&DCenterandPRLofP&G(Beijing).Firesystemtobecommissionedwiththisprojectcoversfireautoalarmingandlinkagesystem,watersprinklingsystem,hydrantfiresystem,gasfiresystem,smokeexhaustingsystemandotherfiresystems.消防水系统包括:1、研发楼消防喷淋及消火栓系统。2、中试厂房消火栓及消防喷淋系统。Firewatersystemincludes:1.firesprinklingandhydrantsysteminR&D;2.hydrantandfiresprinklingsysteminPRL.消防自动报警系统包括:1、感烟探测器、感温探测器。2、声光报警器、手动报警按钮。3、输出模块、输入模块。4、报警主机、CRT系统。5、联动控制盘。6、电话主机、消防广播。消防控制室位于中试厂房一层。Fireautoalarmingsystemincludes:1.smokedetector,temperaturedetector;2.audibleandvisualalarm,manualalarmingbutton;3.input/outputmodule;4.alarmingmainunit,CRT;5.linkagecontrolpanel;6.dispatchingtelephonecontrolboard,firebroadcastingsystem.FirecontrolroomislocatedonthegroundfloorofPRL.气体灭火系统包括:1、烟洛尽气体灭火系统,主要由储气钢瓶、低压二氧化碳灭火控制器、气路控制器、主控阀、溢流安全阀、选择阀、压力开关、灭火喷放管道、喷头等组成。共计对地下室核磁共振、一层电讯室、二层数据中心3个防护区进行灭火控制。Gasfiresystemincludesinergensystemmadeupofgascylinder,lowpressureCO2firecontroller,gascircuitcontroller,maincontrolvalve,overflowreleasevalve,selectingvalve,pressureswitch,firegassprinklingpipeandsprinklingnozzles.Atotalof3areaswillbefirecontrolled.TheyareNMRroominthebasement,telecomroomonthegroundflooranddataroomonthesecondfloorrespectively.二、工程调试准备PreparationforCommissioning2.1技术准备:项目负责人熟悉、审核图纸,确定图纸的编码表和联动逻辑关系的正确性。TechnicalPreparation:Thoseinchargeoftheprojectshallgetfamiliarwithandreviewdrawingstoverifythelogicalrelationsbetweencodinglistandlinkage.2.2材料准备:依据设计探测器的特点要求,准备加烟材料和备品备件。MaterialPreparation:Accordingtodesignrequirementsfordetector,prepareinergenandspareproductandparts.2.3施工工具:电气调试工具应有加烟器、加温器、兆欧表、万用表和各种手头工具;水系统调试准备流量计和压力计。Tools:Inergenfeeder,heater,megger,multimeterandvarioushandtoolsshallbeavailableforcommissioningofelectricalsystem.Flowmeterandpressuregaugeshallbeavailableforcommissioningofwatersystem.2.4系统准备:SystemPreparation1.电系统:系统调试前,现场所有涉及到的联动设备动力、照明、应急照明电源供应正常,系统自调完毕,设备运行良好,无故障,具备联动条件。应急照明系统自动投入功能正常。PowerSystem:Priortocommissioning,powerfortherelatedlinkingequipmentandpowersupplyforlightingandemergencylightingshallfunctionwell.Aftercommissioning,equipmentrunswellwithoutfailure.Automaticfunctionofemergencylightingsystemrunswell.2.水系统:首先消防水池要注满水,供水阀门打开,所有消火栓出水口关闭,室外管网保证畅通,室外消火栓使用正常。屋顶消防水箱具备稳压、补压功能,各种泄水口、排水沟到位,具备放水、排水条件。WaterSystem:Fillupthefirebasinwithwater,openwaterinletvalve;closeallwateroutletsofhydrants.Firewatertankontheroofdeckshallbecapableofstabilizingpressure.Variousdrainoutlets,draintrenchesareinplace.3.风系统:各种消防风机调试完毕,设备运行正常,各种阀类机械开启灵活,各种信号反馈正常。AirSystem:Aftercommissioning,variousfirefansfunctionwell.Variousvalvesfunctionwellandfeedbackofsignalsgoeswell.4.其它:电梯自检自验迫降功能正常,卷帘门自检自验功能正常。Others:Functionsofself-examinationandemergencylandingofliftarenormal.Functionofself-examinationofrollingshutterisnormal.三、系统调试步骤:CommissioningProcedures1.自动报警系统AutomaticAlarmingSystem(1)消防控制中心联动报警主机,主备电源自动切换正常,主机各项功能符合设计及消防施工验收规范要求。对于现场自动报警设备逐一进行通电试验,模拟报警试验;联动控制模块逐一模拟手动通电试验,模拟控制模块动作以后末端联动设备的启停信号的反馈情况是正常、及时。Themainstandbypowersupplyforthemainalarmingunitoflinkageinfirecontrolcentershiftsautomaticallywell.Eachfunctionofthemainunitmeetsdesignandacceptancerequirements.Energizingandsimulatingtestsareconductedwithautoalarmingequipment.Eachlinkedmoduleisenergizingtestedmanually.Start/stopsignaloftheterminallinkedequipmentisfedbacknormallyandtimelyoncesimulatedlinkagemodulereacts.(2)所有联动控制模块功能实验合格后,进行终端设备的单点启动实验,即:有关消防联动设备的电源控制柜全部转换到自动状态(消防风机、消防泵、喷洒泵等),消防中心主机发出单点启动命令后,相应的联动设备应能启动,并且设备启动后消防中心主机应能接收到设备的启动状态信号。然后进行其他设备照明强切、各种风阀、预作用电磁阀、电梯迫降的启动试验。Afterthefunctiontestofalllinkedcontrolmodulesisacceptable,singlepointstartuptestfortheterminalequipmentcanbedone.Thatis,powercontrolcabinetsforthefirelinkedequipmentareshiftedintoautomaticmode(firefan,firepump,sprinklingpumpetc.).Whenthemainunitatthefirecentergivesoutcommand,thecorrespondinglinkedequipmentshouldbestartedupandthemainunitatthefirecentershouldreceivefeedbacksignal.Then,thestartuptestsforotherequipmentsuchasairdampers,pre-activesolenoidvalvesandliftscanbeconducted.2.消防广播通讯系统FireBroadcastingandCommunicatingSystem事故广播及消防专用通讯试验:由于本工程消防广播兼顾背景音乐,在模拟报警试验时,主机收到报警信号通过值班人员手动关闭背景音乐,开启消防广播,通知报警层及上下相邻层人员进行疏散。自动时,自动切换至消防广播状态,音量要求达到洪亮、音质清晰,符合设计要求。Accidentbroadcastingandfirecommunicationtest:Sincethebroadcastingsystemforthisprojectisaccompaniedwithbackgroundmusic,insimulatingalarmtest,personsondutyturnoffthebackgroundmusicandturnonfirebroadcastingsystemmanuallywhenthemainunitreceivesalarmingsignal,evacuatingthenearbypersons.Whenthesystemisintheautomaticmode,thesystemisshiftedintofirebroadcastingmodeautomatically,soundvolumeshallbesonorousandclear.消防电话分机调试:各配电室、泵房内的消防电话分机和控制室进行通话时,主机应显示通话的部位,音质清晰、洪亮,用电话手柄插入手报电话插孔进行通话时,插拨灵活、通话清晰。Commissioningoffirephoneextensions:Whenphoneextensionsineachpowerdistributionroomandpumproomarecommunicatingwithcontrolroom,themainunitshallshowthelocationofphoneextensionandsoundshallbeclearandsonorous.When
