顺德一中德胜学校2012学年学生体质健康现状分析报告ShundeDeshengSchool2012StudentPhysicalHealthAnalysisReport顺德一中德胜学校张春明学校简介BriefIntroduction学校创办于2001年,前身是百年名校顺德一中的初中部。学校先后于2011年、2012年开设了国际部和高中部,现已形成初中、高中、国际“三位一体”的多元化办学格局。目前有学生3000多人,49个初中班,10个高中班,9个国际班,共68个教学班。Ourschoolwasfoundedin2001,thepredecessoristhejuniormiddleschooloftheprestigiousShundeNo.1MiddleSchool.In2011and2012,theschoolhassetuptheinternationaldepartmentandtheseniorhighschool.Nowtheschoolhasformulateda“three-in-one”diversifiedrunningpatternwhichincludesjuniorhighschool,seniorhighschoolandinternationaleducationdivision.Atpresent,theschoolhas68classesinallwithover3000students.Wecompartmentalize49juniorclasses,10seniorclassesand9internationalclasses.2目的Thepurpose通过对学校2012学年初中学生体质健康现状的数据,与《2005年全国学生体质健康标准统计年报》进行比较、分析与研究,能了解和掌握我校学生的体质健康状况情况,为今后的体育教学改革、学生课体育活动、改善健身条件等方面提供理论依据。AnanalysisandresearchwasconductedonthecomparisonbetweentheShundeDeshengSchool2012MiddleSchoolPhysicalHealthDataandthe“2005NationalStudentPhysicalHealthStandardStatisticalAnnualReport”.UnderstandtheShundeDeshengSchoolStudents’physicalhealthstatus,improvementscanbemadetotheorganizationofphysicalexercises,andpedagogyofphysicaleducationtoraisethequalityandstandardsofthestudents’physicalhealthconditions.3研究对象TheResearchObject2012学年在校初中的学生,从初一级、初二级、初三级随机抽样6个班的学生为研究对象Thejuniorhighschoolstudentsin2012,theresearchobjectsarebasedonthesixclassesfromGradeOnetoGradeThreeinrandomsampling.4研究内容TheResearchContents依据《国家学生体质健康标准》中的必测项目与选测项目,执行广东省确定的中小学体质健康测试项目:身高、体重、肺活量握力、50米跑、800米/1000米AccordingtothemeasuredandselectedtestitemsofNationalStudentPhysicalHealthStandard,weabsolutelycarryoutthephysicalhealthtestitemswhicharedeterminedbyGuangdongProvinceforthestudentsinprimaryschoolsandmiddleschools.Theseitemsaretestedasfollow:Height,Weight,Vitalcapacity,Grip,50-metredash,800-metrerunningand1000-metrerunning.5结果与分析Resultsandanalysis6TheBoys’BodyMassIndexAnalysisLowweightNormalWeight结果与分析Resultsandanalysis7TheGirls’BodyMassIndexAnalysisNormalWeightOverweight结果与分析Resultsandanalysis8TheBoys’VitalCapacityMassIndexExcellentratesPassingrates结果与分析Resultsandanalysis9TheGirls’VitalCapacityMassIndexExcellentratesGoodrates结果与分析Resultsandanalysis10ExcellentratesofEnduranceRunningTestBoysGirls结果与分析Resultsandanalysis11ExcellentratesofGrip/MasRationBoysGirls结果与分析Resultsandanalysis12Excellentratesof50MetresRunningTestBoysGirls结果与分析Resultsandanalysis13ExcellentratesofEvaluationBoysGirls结论Conclusion1.学生整体体质健康状况处于良好及格以上的水平,特别是学生身体素质中的速度、耐力明显高于全国学生。1.Allthestudentshavepassedafitnesstestofanacceptablestandard,inwhichthescoresintermsofspeedandstaminaareevidentlyhigherthantheaveragelevelofmiddleschoolstudentsnationwide.14结论Conclusion2.女生的肺活量体重指数、耐力跑、50米跑、总体评价四项指标的优秀率均高于男生,并且也明显高于全国学生。2.Theexcellentratesofthegirl-studentsinjuniorhighintermsofvitalcapacity,endurancerunning,50-metrerunning,andoverallevaluationareobviouslyhigherthanthoseofboy-studentsoncampusandnationwide.15结论Conclusion3.学校男女生的上肢力量明显薄弱,身体形态均较差,预计今后相当长的一段时期内男生的较低体重率将有进一步增长的趋势,而女生的肥胖学生比率也将有进一步增加,这将成为影响我校学生体质健康的主要因素之一。3.Theweaknessinupperbodystrength.Alsoitisestimatedthatthenumberofboy-studentswithlowweightandthatofgirl-studentswithobesityproblemwillcontinuetogrowforalongperiodoftime.Sincethiswillbecomeonefactorthataffectsthephysicalfitnessofstudentsofourschool.16建议Proposal1.学校需要积极推进教育改革,提高教学质量,减轻学生课业负担;从根本上落实学生每天1小时体育运动。开展校园阳光体育和大课间体育活动,确保学生每天1小时以上的体育活动。1.Ourschoolneedstoaccelerateactivelyoneducationreform,improvetheteachingquality,reducethestudents’academicburden.Fundamently,studentsshoulddosportsforonehoureverydayinordertokeephealthy.Theaimistomakesurethateverystudentshouldtakephysicalexerciseatleastforonehoureachday.17建议Proposal2.在校内加大宣传、加强教育,指导学生强化体育参与意识,理解体育锻炼的价值和意义;让学生意识到健康对人一生进步发展的重要性,拥有一个健康的体魄是迈向成功的重要基础;让学生懂得只有坚持经常参加体育活动养成坚持锻炼身体的良好习惯,才能增强体质,提高健康水平。2.ThestudentswillbeguidedtoenhancetheawarenessofparticipationinPElessonsaswellasthevalueandthesignificanceofphysicalexercise,torealizethathealthisanessentialprerequisiteinone'sprogress,developmentandsuccess,bydevelopingthehabitofdoingphysicalexerciseconstantlyinordertoimproveourfitnessandhealthconsiderably.18建议Proposal3.学生力量素质较差的直接原因是上肢力量锻炼不够。教学中遵循初中学生生长发育和人体生理活动规律,开展有针对性的锻炼,学生根据自己的实际情况,安排不同的强度和项目,循序渐进。3.Tomakethestudents’strengthqualitybecomeworseisthattheydon’thaveenoughexerciseabouttheirupperbodystrengthworkout.Teachersshouldfollowthepatternsofjuniorhighschoolstudents’growthandphysiologicalactivityinordertosetupthetargetedworkout.Studentscanarrangetheirownsportseventaccordingtotheirownsituationanddifferentintensity,thentheycangetprogress.19建议Proposal4.教学目标的制定,应突出全体性,体现差异性,根据不同学生的体质健康状况进行多层次教学。让学生充分体验成功的喜悦和学习的乐趣。4.Theformulationoftheteachingobjectivesshouldtotallyfocusonhowtoleadtoinfluenceallthestudentsthroughknowledgeaims,Highlightthestudents’similaritiesandembodytheirdifferences.Theteacherswillhavemulti-levelteachingaccordingtothephysicalhealthofdifferentstudents.Therefore,studentscanfullyexperiencethejoyofsuccessandthefunoflearning.20建议Proposal5.科学、合理的安排饮食。学校在科学安排体育课的基础上,应教给学生一些基础的营养保健知识,让学生懂得运动锻炼后如何合理的饮食才能达到锻炼的效果,以促进学生体质健康水平的不断提
