JHARSUGUDAIPPPROJECTDETAILDESIGNIndexNo.373-F2041S-K0108-02Rev.0K0108Ｉ&CKKSCODEDETAILEDINSTRUCTION热控ＫＫＳ编码详细说明PROJECT:JHARSUGUDAIPPPROJECT印度JHARSUGUDA独立电站工程OWNER:STERLITEENERGYLTD,INDIA印度STERLITE能源有限公司CONTRACTOR:SEPCOIIIELECTRICPOWERCONSTRUCTIONCORPORATION山东电力建设第三工程公司CONSULTANT:DEVELOPMENTCONSULTANTSPVT.LTD.KOLKATA·MUMBAI·CHENNAI·NEWDELHIDocumentCode:文件编码JSGS-X-DLNPDI-XXX-DK-0108(02)-0Rev.0DESIGN:SHANDONGLUNENGENGINEERINGCO.,LTD.LUNENGELECTRICPOWERDESIGNINSTITUTE山东鲁能工程有限责任公司鲁能电力设计院Apr.2007REVDATEREVISIONREVDCHKDRVWDAPPRDReleasedby(signature)Compiled:CheckedReviewed:Approved:1Intention目的ThisprojectusedKKSwhicharewidelyusedinternationalatpresent,KKSisauniformidentificationcodeforidentifiesofallsystems,equipment,componentswhichcanconvenientlyusedcomputertoengineeringdesign,projectmanagementandalsohaveenoughpossibilitiesforengineeringmanagementtopromotinghighlevel.本工程使用目前国际应用比较广泛的发电厂标识系统（KKS），对工程的各个系统、设备、部分元件统一编码，以利于在工程设计、项目管理方面实施计算机管理，将工程管理提高到一个新水平。2Definition定义KKSisabbreviationof“Krarftwerk-KennzeichenSystem”inGerman,whichmeaningsis“IdentificationSystemforPowerStations”.KKS的是德语Krarftwerk-KennzeichenSystem的缩写，其含义是“发电厂标识系统”。3Scopeofimplement实施范围ThisdetailedinstructionofKKSissuitableforprojectdesign,equipmentcontract,manufactureandprojectmanagement.Identificationsystemforpowerstations(KKS)havethreeidentificationtypes:process-relatedidentification,pointofinstallationidentification,locationidentification.本实施细则适用于本工程设计、设备订货、制造和项目管理。发电厂标识系统（KKS）有三种不同的标识类型：工艺系统相关标识（Process-relatedidentification）、安装点标识(Pointofinstallationidentification)和位置标识(Locationidentification)。Thisprojectonlyusedprocess-relatedidentification,whichidentificationaccordingwiththerequirementfunctionsofsystemsandequipmentitems,notusedpointofinstallationidentificationandlocationidentification.本工程只进行工艺系统相关标识工作，它是根据系统和设备项目的功能而定的与工艺系统相关的标识，不进行安装点标识和位置标识。Process-relatedidentificationmeansnumberingofsystems,equipmentandelementsrespectively.Formostpurposes,onlyusednumberingofsystemsandequipment,ifnecessary,numberingofelementalsobeused.IdentificationofI&Casfollows:工艺系统相关标识分别表示系统、设备和元件编码，一般编至系统和设备，元件只进行必要部分的编码。热控专业的标识如下：1（1）AllequipmentsshallbeidentifiedinP&IDdrawingsofI&C.热控P&ID图标识所有设备。（2）Allthecontrolpanels,consoles,localcontrolcabinets,junctionboxesshallbeidentifiedinlayoutdrawings.布置图上应标识所有控制盘、控制台、就地控制柜、接线盒箱。（3）Equipmentslist(orbooklist)andmaterialeslistshallbeaddingthecolumnof“KKScode”.设备明细表（或清册）及材料明细表中增加“KKS编码”一栏内容。（4）Identificationtoconnectequipmentofcable,voltageclass,numberofcable.对电缆的连接设备、电压等级、电缆号进行标识。4Interfaceprocess接口处理4.1Interfaceprocesswithequipmentcontractor:与设备供货商的接口处理：（1）Numberingofvalves&accessorieswhichsuppliedbycontractorandinstalledourdesignedsystemsshallbeastherequirementsofdetailedinstruction;由供货商提供且安装在我院设计的系统上的阀门和附件按本实施细则编码办法对其编号；（2）Assemblingofequipmentsuppliedbycontractor,onlygivethesystemfunctioncode,notusedKKS,inordertointerfacewithcontractorconveniently,aboutKKSofequipmentcomponentsshallbedetaileddescriptioninequipmenttechnicalspecificationandcompletelycarriedoutbycontractor.对供货商成套供货的组装件，则不标识KKS，只给出功能系统代码，以便与供货商接口，具体设备组件的KKS标识，在设备招标技术规范书中明确具体要求，由供货商负责编制完成；（3）Auxiliarysystemsuppliedbycontractororlongwithmain&auxiliarymachine,whereKKSidentificationinsystemdrawingshallbecarriedoutastherequirementsofdetailedinstruction.由供货商及其主辅机一起供货的附属系统，其系统图上的KKS标识则由供货商按本实施细则要求编制。4.2Interfaceprocessamongspecial:专业间接口处理：（1）InterfaceprocessbewteenI&Candprocessspecial,e.g.mechanical,chemical,ashhanding,watersupplyandHVACetc.2热控与热机、化学、除灰、水工和暖通等工艺专业接口处理：zUnit&systemcodeofprimaryelementsandsecondaryinstrumentsofprocess-relatedidentificationshallbecarriedoutbyprocessspecial,I&Conlyresponsibilityforequipmentcodeofclass2.Forvalves,wherelastthreenumbering（AN）ofequipmentcodeofclass2,claiming301～399，701～799onlyusedforI&C.一次元件和二次仪表的工艺系统相关标识的机组代码和系统代码由工艺专业编制，热控专业只标识第2级设备代码。对于阀门，在第二级设备代码的末三位数字编号（AN）中，规定301～399，701～799为热控专业用。zAlltheKKScodeofpumpsorpumpsetsshallbesuppliedbyprocessspecialofmechanical,chemical,ashhanding,watersupplyandHVACetc.所有泵或泵组的KKS编码由热机、化学、除灰、水工和暖通等工艺专业提供。（2）InterfaceprocessbetweenI&CandElectrical:热控与电气专业的接口处理：zKKSofelectricalequipmentwhichinstalledonpanel,console,box,cabinetofI&C,electricalequipmentshallsupplytoI&CbyElectrical,numberingofKKSsuppliedbyI&C.凡安装在热控仪表盘、台、箱、柜上的电气设备的KKS编码，电气设备由电气专业提资给热控专业，其KKS编码由热控专业统一标识。zCableofpowersupply:KKSofI&Cequipment,e.g.panel,console,box,cabinet,powersupplyshallbeprovidedtoElectricalbyI&C,it’sKKScodeshallbeidentifiedbyElectrical.电源电缆：对于热控盘、台、箱、柜等热控设备的电源电缆，所需电源由热控专业向电气专业提资，其KKS编码由电气专业统一标识。zCableofmotorscanbeclassifiedasfollows:对于电动机电缆分为以下几种情况：ForDCS&PLC:signalsfrommotorstoDCS&PLCshallsupplytoI&CbyElectrical,cableforcontrol,statusfeedback,alltheseKKSshallidentifiedbyI&C.3对于主厂房DCS和辅助车间PLC：电动机进入DCS和辅助车间PLC的信号由电气专业向热控专业提资，电动机的控制信号电缆和状态反馈信号电缆，其KKS编码由热控专业统一标识。5Requirementsofimplement实施要求Thisdetailedinstructionisrevision-Oatpresent.Asdevelopmentofproject,inaccordingtotheneedofpractice,revisionofthisdocumentwillbeupgrade,whilethenew-revisionwillbecomeeffective,theold-revisionwillbeabatedatthesametime.Eachspecialshouldpay
