华中科技大学博士学位论文基于地理信息系统的配电网信息管理系统及其关键技术研究与实践姓名:郑瑞晨申请学位级别:博士专业:系统分析与集成指导教师:王乘20061105II/GIS,(DistributionNetworksReconfiguration)IIIGISIVAbstractTheelectricpowertakesthenationalpropindustry,isacomplicatedsystem,iscomposedoftheelectricitygeneration,loses/changestheelectricityandthedistributionnetworksystem.Distributionnetworksystemisdirectlyconnectedtotheendusers,thereforetheserviceofdistributiondirectlyinfluenceontheconditionofenduserusingelectricity.Inthedailymanagementofdistributionnetwork,thenetworkstructureandtheequipmentandtheylocatethegeographicalenvironmentclosecorrelation,likeequipmentsuchastransformersubstation,poletower,user,transformer,withgeographicalcoordinatecloselyrelatesintogether,butpowerdistributionequipmentmanagement,movementmanagement,productionscheduling,plandesignandsoonnotonlymustunderstandelectricalnetworkanalysissitusrelationsandequipmentsituation,butalsomustgraspspacepositionwhichhistheyisat,thereforemustanditsgeographicalcoordinatethecharacteristicpositionrelatestheequipmenttheunificationmanagement.Thetraditionaldatabasemanagementexpressesitsspatialwithdifficultythecomplexrelations,isunabletoprovidedirect-viewingunifies,thevisibleinformationwiththefeature.Thegeographyinformationsystem(GIS)hastheverystrongspatialdatamanagement,thespatialanalysissumaccumulatoraccordingtothevisiblefunction,canverygoodthequestionwhichsolvesaboveinthepowerdistributionmanagementmeets.Itcanthegeneralizedanalysisandtheretrievalspacelocalizationdata,andusingthedatabasetechnologythespatialdata(equipmentandsoontransformersubstation,poletower)withtheattributedata(forexampleequipmentmovementsituation,tidalcurrentdistributionandsoon)theone-to-onecorrespondencegetsup,direct-viewingcarriesontheinquiry,thestatistics,theoutputwiththevisibleimage,causestheuserdirectlytocompleteeachsupervisoryworkinthegeographybackground,enhancesthepowerdistributionsupervisoryworkthemaximizeddegreeandtheworkingefficiency.Thisarticlematchedintheelectricalnetworkgeographyinformationsystemplatformintheestablishmentrealizesaftermatchestheelectricalnetworktheinstallationmanagementandsoonthebasicfunction,emphaticallystudiedrealizestheelectricalnetworkanalysisspecializedfunctioninthisplatform,mainlyincludedthreeaspects:faultprocessing,thenetworkoptimizationanalysisandmatchesthedistributionnetworktheassistanceplandesign.Faultprocessingincludesthefaultlocalization,thefaultdiagnosis,thefaultisolation,thefaultrestores,thisarticleusestheroughcollectionmethoduseVmatchestheelectricalnetworkcustomerservicecenterthefaultsuittelephonecarriesonthelocalizationtothefault,thisspeakingoflacksfarmovestheinformationmatchestheelectricalnetworkhasextremelypositiveandthevitalsignificance,usesthesmallestproductiontreealgorithmrealizationtomatchestheelectricalnetworkthebreakdownrestoresprocessing,throughcalculatestheexampleanalysisindicates,thismethodcanspeeduptomatchesprocessingwhichtheelectricalnetworkbreakdownrestores,enhancestheefficiency;Thenetworkanalysisoptimizesinthethisarticlemainresearchistomatchesundertheelectricalnetworknormalrunningstatustomatchestheelectricalnetworkthroughthenetworkheavyconstructionrealizationthenetworkstructurecarriesontheoptimization,transformsthemovementnetworkstructurethroughchangingtheswitchcondition.Matchestheelectricalnetworknetworkheavyconstruction(DistributionNetworksReconfiguration)ismatchestheelectricalnetworkswitchconditionthroughthechangethecombination,optimizesmatchestheelectricalnetworkthemovement,namelythenetworkheavyconstructionsolutionisoneclusterswitchcondition.Thisarticleusestheimmunityheredityalgorithmstudiestherealizationtomatchestheelectricalnetworkthenetworkheavyconstruction,thefindingsindicatescanobtainthequiteidealnetworkmovementstructurethroughthisalgorithmapplication,andtheauthortotheoptimalsolutionaswellasthesuperiorsolutionwhichobtainedandsooncarriesontheoreticallytheanalysis;Matchestheelectricalnetworkassistanceplandesignmainlyistomatchestheelectricalnetworkintherealizationinthespatialloadforecastfoundationcompletesbasicallymatchestheelectricalnetworkplanfunction.ThroughtheGISspatialanalysismodel,maytheloadwhichconnectstothelinecarryoneachkindofanalysis,likealwaysshouldersthesize,theloaddistributionandsoon,thusmayandsooncarryontheanalysistotheequipmentloadintensity,fortheformulationequipmentoverhaulplan,thebreakdownpreventionandtheelectricalnetworktransformationandtheplanprovidesthebasis.Keywords:Geographicinformationsystems,Distributionnetwork,FaultprocessingNetworkoptimal,DistributionnetworklayoutI_____111.11.1.1/DistributionNetworks1-1(a)(b)(c)1-12“”[1]1.1.2GeographicInformationSystemsGISGIS,,,,3GIS60GISGISGIS80GISGISGISGISGISGISMISSCADA4GIS[1]1.21.2.11MISMIS2CADCADCAD“CAD”3GISGISGISGISGISGIS“”“”GIS4AM/FM/GISGISGIS5GISAM/FM/GISAutomatedMapping/FacilitiesManagement/GeographicalinformationsystemAM/FM/GISGISGISGISAM/FM/GISFMGISAMGISAM/FM/GISAM/FM/GIS“”1.2.2GISGIS“CAD+”“GIS”90“AM/FM/GIS”“”“”GIS“”AM/FM/GISAM/FMperceptualuserinterface,”PUI”GISAM/FM/GISAM/FM/GISSCADA6DMS1.2.3MIS,“”()GISGISGISGISGISGIS7GIS1.3A
