奥巴马在韩国外国语大学的演讲稿【双语版】thankyou.(applause.)thankyousomuch.thankyou.(applause.)please,thankyouverymuch.topresidentpark,faculty,staffandstudents,thankyousomuchforthisverywarmwelcome.itisagreathonortobehereathankukuniversityofforeignstudies.(applause.)iwanttothankdr.parkfor,afewmomentsago,makingmeanhonoraryalumnioftheuniversity.(applause.)iknowthatthisschoolhasoneoftheworld’sfinestforeignlanguageprograms--whichmeansthatyourenglishismuchbetterthanmykorean.(laughter.)allicansayis,kamsahamnida.(applause.)now,thisismythirdvisittotherepublicofkoreaaspresident.i’venowbeentoseoulmoretimesthananyothercapital--exceptforwashington,d.c.,ofcourse.thisreflectstheextraordinarybondsbetweenourtwocountriesandourcommitmenttoeachother.i’mpleasedthatwe’rejoinedbysomanyleadersheretoday,koreansandamericans,whohelpkeepusfreeandstrongandprosperouseveryday.thatincludesourfirstkorean-americanambassadortotherepublicofkorea--ambassadorsungkim.(applause.)i’veseenthedeepconnectionsbetweenourpeoplesinmyownlife--amongfriends,colleagues.i’veseenitsomanypatriotickoreanamericans,includingamanborninthiscityofseoul,whocametoamericaandhasdedicatedhislifetoliftingupthepoorandsickoftheworld.andlastweekiwasproudtonominatehimtoleadtheworldbank--dr.jimyongkim.(applause.)i’vealsoseenthebondsinourmenandwomeninuniform,liketheamericanandkoreantroopsivisitedyesterdayalongthedmz--freedom’sfrontier.andwesalutetheirserviceandareverygratefulforthem.wehonorallthosewhohavegiventheirlivesinourdefense,includingthe46bravesoulswhoperishedaboardthecheonantwoyearsagotoday.andintheirmemorywereaffirmtheenduringpromiseatthecoreofouralliance--westandtogether,andthecommitmentoftheunitedstatestothedefenseandthesecurityoftherepublicofkoreawillneverwaver.(applause.)mostofall,iseethestrengthofourallianceinallofyou.fordecades,thisschoolhasproducedleaders--publicservants,diplomats,businesspeople--who’vehelpedpropelthemodernmiraclethatiskorea--transformingitfromcrushingpovertytooneoftheworld’smostdynamiceconomies;fromauthoritarianismtoathrivingdemocracy;fromacountryfocusedinwardtoaleaderforsecurityandprosperitynotonlyinthisregionbutalsoaroundtheworld--atruly“globalkorea.”sotoallthestudentsheretoday,thisisthekoreayourgenerationwillinherit.andibelievethere’snolimitstowhatourtwonationscanachievetogether.forlikeyourparentsandgrandparentsbeforeyou,youknowthatthefutureiswhatwemakeofit.andyouknowthatinourdigitalage,wecanconnectandinnovateacrossborderslikeneverbefore--withyoursmartphonesandtwitterandme2dayandkakaotalk.(laughterandapplause.)it’snowondersomanypeoplearoundtheworldhavecaughtthekoreanwave,hallyu.(applause.)orconsiderthis:inadvanceofmyvisit,ourembassyinvitedkoreanstosendusyourquestionsusingsocialmedia.someofyoumayhavesentquestions.andtheycalledit,”askpresidentobama.”now,oneofyou--maybeitwasyou,maybeitwassomebodyelse--thisistrue--askedthisquestion:“haveyouposted,yourself,asupportiveopiniononawebsiteunderadisguisedname,pretendingyouareoneofthesupportersofpresidentobama?”(laughter.)ihadn’tthoughtofthis.(laughter.)butthetruthisihavenotdonethis.maybemydaughtershave.(laughter.)butihaven’tdonethatmyself.sooursharedfuture--andtheunprecedentedopportunitytomeetsharedchallengestogether--iswhatbringsmetoseoul.overthenexttwodays,underpresidentlee’sleadership,we’llmoveaheadwiththeurgentworkofpreventingnuclearterrorismbysecuringtheworld’snuclearmaterials.thisisanimportantpartofthebroader,comprehensiveagendathatiwanttotalkwithyouabouttoday--ourvisionofaworldwithoutnuclearweapons.threeyearsago,itraveledtopragueandideclaredamerica’scommitmenttostoppingthespreadofnuclearweaponsandtoseekingaworldwithoutthem.isaidiknewthatthisgoalwouldnotbereachedquickly,perhapsnotinmylifetime,butiknewwehadtobegin,withconcretesteps.andinyourgeneration,iseethespiritweneedinthisendeavor--anoptimismthatbeatsintheheartsofsomanyyoungpeoplearoundtheworld.it’sthatrefusaltoaccepttheworldasitis,theimaginationtoseetheworldasitoughttobe,andthecouragetoturnthatvisionintoreality.sotoday,withyou,iwanttotakestockofourjourneyandchartournextsteps.hereinseoul,morethan50nationswillmarkourprogresstowardthegoalwesetatthesummitihostedtwoyearsagoinwashington--securingtheworld’svulnerablenuclearmaterialsinfouryearssothattheyneverfallintothehandsofterrorists.andsincethen,nations--includingtheunitedstates--haveboostedsecurityatnuclearfacilities.southkorea,japan,pakistanandothersarebuildingnewcenterstoimprovenuclearsecurityandtraining.nationslikekazakhstanhavemovednuclearmaterialstomoresecurelocations.mexico,andjustyesterdayukraine,havejoinedtheranksofnationsthathaveremovedallthehighlyenricheduraniumfromtheirterritory.alltold,thousandsofpoundsofnuclearmaterialhavebeenremovedfromvulnerablesitesaroundtheworld.thiswasdeadlymaterialthatisnowsecureandcannowneverbeusedagainstacitylikeseoul.we’realsousingeverytoolatourdisposaltobreakupblackmarketsandnuclearmaterial.countrieslikegeorgiaandmoldovahaveseizedhighlyenricheduraniumfromsmugglers.andcountrieslikejordanarebuildingtheirowncounter-smugglingteams,andwe’retyingthemtogetherinaglobalnetworkofintelli
