4a.FRONTOFFICE前台办公室4b.EXECUTIVEOFFICES管理层办公室4c.SALESANDCATERINGOFFICES销售和餐饮办公室4d.ACCOUNTINGOFFICES财务室4e.PERSONNELOFFICE人事办公室第4a节前台办公室4a-1.00GENERAL4a-1.00总则4a-1.01Wheneverpossible,alladministrativeandexecutiveofficesarepreferredtobelocateddirectlybehindtheregistrationdesk.Ifanyofthesefunctionsareremotelylocated,theremustbedirectandimmediatemeansofstaffaccessavailable.所有行政办公室和管理层办公室应尽可能设在登记台的正后方。如果在这些部门中,有任何一个与登记台的距离较远,则须提供可使员工立即直接抵达的方式。4a-1.02Thefrontofficemustbelocateddirectlybehindthefrontdeskandhavethefollowingareas/offices:前台办公室必须紧邻前台并位于其后方,可分以下区域/办公室:A.Frontofficemanager‘soffice前台经理办公室Creditmanager‘sofficeB.信贷经理办公室C.Secretarialandwaitingarea接待等候区D.Reservationsarea预订区E.Nightauditor‘soffice/cashier‘soffice夜审员办公室/出纳办公室F.Countroom结算室G.PBXroom交换机房H.Mailandworkroom收发室I.Computerroom计算机房J.Safedepositboxandviewingroom安全保管箱和观景房Note:Largerhotelsmayrequirecashier‘soffice,countroomandcomputerroomintheaccountingoffices.注意:大型酒店可配置出纳办公室、结算室并在财务室内设计算机房。4a-1.03Provideforguestaccesstofrontofficemanager‘soffice,creditmanager‘sofficeandsafedepositboxandviewingroom.为客人提供通达前台经理办公室、信贷经理办公室、安全保管箱和观景房的通道。4a-1.04Adedicatedsecuresafedepositboxroommustbeincorporatedintothefrontoffice/lobbyareaplans.Thepurposeoftheroomistoprovidetheguestwithasecure,privateareafordepositorremovalofhis/hervaluableswithoutbeinginfullviewofotherguests.Thesafedepositboxroommustaminimumof30sq.ft.(2.7m),andbeconfiguredinsuchamannerastoallowclearviewofallsafedepositboxesthroughatemperedglass,visionpanel.Theglasswallmusthaveapass-throughtoaccommodatethelargestsafe-depositboxavailable.专用的贵重物品保险箱室必须包含在前台和登记区规划中。贵重物品保险箱室为客人存取贵重物品提供一个安全而私密的区域,可避开其他客人的视线。贵重物品保险箱室至少应有2.7平方米,配备钢化玻璃观察窗,通过此窗可看到室内所有的安全保管箱。钢化玻璃墙必须有一个可容纳最大安全保管箱的通道。A.Anappropriatelysizedwallorroommustbeprovidedforinstallationofsafedepositboxes.Thenumberandsizeofsafedepositboxesrequiredwillvarydependinguponthenumberofroomsandmarket.Aminimumof1boxperevery20guestroomsshallbeprovidedprovidingthatnoteammemberusesaguestsafedepositboxforstorageoftheirbank.Thisareamustbeinfullviewoftheguestsafe-depositboxroomandimmediatelyaccessiblebyafrontdesk墙壁或房间的尺寸应相近,以便安装安全保管箱。安全保管箱的数量和尺寸取决于客房数量和市场。如果员工不使用安全保管箱存放钱物,则每20个客房应至少配备一个安全保管箱。必须可从贵重物品保险箱室总览此区域,并可从前台快速到达。B.Ifguestboxesareusedforstorageofteammemberbanks,oneboxisnecessaryforeveryfourrooms.如果安全保管箱用于存放员工的钱物,则每四个客房应配备一个安全保管箱。C.Theguestsafedepositroommustinclude:客人贵重物品保险箱室必须包括:1.Self-closingentrydoorwithtemperedvisionglassortwo-waymirror.带钢化玻璃观察窗或双向透明玻璃镜的自掩门。2.Aremotelyactivatedelectroniclockonentrydoor.入口门应配备遥控电子门锁。3.Deskorshelfadjacenttoglasswallforplacementofsafedepositbox.在靠近玻璃墙处提供桌子或搁架,以搁置安全保管箱。4.Chair.椅子。4a-1.05Providethefollowingminimumsizedadministrativeofficesandcubicles.应提供以下最小规格的行政办公室和工作间。A.Frontofficemanagersoffices前台经理办公室12‘-0‖x15‘-0‖(3.6x4.5m)B.Directorsoffices主管办公室12‘-0‖x10‘-0‖(3.6x3m)C.Managersoffice经理办公室10‘-0‖x8‘-0‖(3x2.4m)D.Workcubicle工作间6‘-0‖x6‘-0‖(1.8x1.8m)4a-1.06Provideaminimumareaof12‘x12‘(3.6x3.6m)forthecomputerroom.Computerroommusthaveaminimumceilingheightof8‘-6‖(2.6m)forrequiredequipmentheight.Thecomputerroommaybelocatedremotefromthefrontoffice.计算机房面积至少应为3.6米x3.6米。计算机房的天花板至少应提供2.6米的净高以容纳所需设备。计算机房必须远离前台。4a-1.07Adedicatedcountroommaybeincorporatedintothefrontofficearea.Thepurposeoftheroomistoprovideasecureprivateareaforhotelemployeestocountcashreceiptspriortodepositingreceiptsincashier‘soffice.可将专用结算室与前台办公区合到一起。结算室的作用是为酒店员工提供一个安全的私密区域,以便在收入提交给出纳室之前清点现金收入。A.Provideaminimumof50-sq.ft.(4.6m)forthecountroom.Theroommustbeadjacenttothecashier‘soffice.Theconnectingwallordoorofthecashier‘sofficemusthaveashelfwithatransactionwindow.结算室的面积至少应为4.6平方米,必须与出纳办公室邻接。与出纳办公室相连的墙壁或门应安装带交易窗的搁架。B.Thecountroommustinclude:结算室必须包括:1.Self-closingentrydoorwithtemperedvisionglassandsidelightforvisualsecurity.带钢化玻璃观察窗和安全检查侧光照明的自掩门。2.Countingshelf2‘x6‘(0.6x1.8m)forcountingreceipts.用于清点收款的财务工作台,尺寸为0.6米x1.8米。3.Dropsafewithopeningincashier‘sofficeforlatehourdeposits.在出纳办公室配备带开口的保险箱,以方便较晚工作时间存放现金。4a-2.00DOORS,WINDOWSandHARDWARE4a-2.00门、窗和五金件4a-2.01Provideaprogrammablepush-buttonlocksetatfrontofficeentrydoor.前台入口门应安装程控按键锁。4a-2.02Provideaglazedpartitionatthefrontofficemanager'sofficetofacilitatevisualsupervisionofthefrontoffice.在前台经理办公室应安装玻璃隔墙,以方便监督前台。4a-2.03Providelocksetswithpush-buttonlockonallroomsandoffices.Push-buttonlockmustreleasewithakey,byturningtheinsideleverand/orbyclosingthedoor.所有的房间和办公室都安装按键锁。旋转里面的手柄和/或关门都必须通过钥匙打开按键锁。4a-3.00FINISHES4a-3.00饰面4a-3.01OFFICES:办公室:Floors-Carpet/CarpetTile地面-地毯/小方地毯Base-4‖(10cm)VinylCoveBase/Carpet/Wood墙踢脚-10厘米乙烯弧形/地毯/木材Walls-VinylWallCovering/Paint墙面-乙烯墙面涂料/涂刷Ceiling-Acoustictile天花板-隔音砖4a-3.02WORKAREAS:工作区:Floors-Vinylcompositiontile地面-乙烯合成地砖Base-VinylCovebase墙踢脚-建议主管办公室采用木质墙踢脚。Walls-Paint墙面-漆料Ceiling-Acoustictile天花板-隔音砖4a-3.03COMPUTERROOM:计算机房:Floors-Antistaticfloorcovering地面-防静电地板覆层Base-VinylCovebase墙踢脚-建议主管办公室采用木质墙踢脚。Walls-Paint墙面-漆料Ceiling-Acoustictile天花板-隔音砖4a-3.04Woodbaseisrecommendedfordirector‘soffice.家具、固定装置和设备4a-3.05Vinylwallcoveringisrecommendedinworkareasforlongtermmaintenance.工作区建议使用乙烯墙面材料以方便长期的维护。4a-4.00FF&E4a-4.00家具、固定装置和设备4
