CommissioningPlanAddendumforHVACSystem暖通系统调试方案补充方案--CommissioningPlanforVRVACSystemVRV空调系统调试方案VRVsystemcommissioningwillbeconductedbyDaikinCompanyafterformalenergizing.本装置VRV系统调试由大金空调公司在正式通电后统一进行.1.Preparationbeforecommissioning调试前准备工作1.1Befamiliarwithdesigndrawingsandthewholeprocessofauto-controlsystem熟悉设计图纸，弄清自动调节系统的全过程；1.2Preparenecessarycommissioninginstrument,toolsandrecords.备好调试所需要仪器仪表、必要的工具和有关记录事宜；1.3Preparepowersupply.准备好动力电源。2.Preparationbeforesystemrunning系统运转前的准备2.1Checkmodelandspecofinternalandexternalunitsperdesign.核对室内外机型号、规格与设计相符2.2Checkiftheyaresecurelyfixed.检查紧固部位是否牢固，2.3Checkifthere’reprotectionandsafetyprecautionsatelectricareas.电气部位应有防护和安全措施。3.Electricinspection电气部分检查3.1Checkifthemodelsofstartingrelayandcurrentoverloadrelayareaccurate.检查起动继电器及电流过载器型号是否正确；3.2Checkifthemodelandcurrentofmainswitchforcircuitbreakermeetrequirementsforfullloading.检查总断路开关型号及电流是否满足设备满载要求；3.3Checkcontrolcircuit检查控制回路；3.4Checkifallconnectingscrewsaresecurelyfixed.检查所有接线螺丝是否牢固；3.5Conductinsulationtestforincoming/outgoingwirestospecifications.检查进/出接线进行绝缘测试，并达到规范；3.6Checkifcontrolloopofpowersupplyandprocedureofstartingtestareaccurate.检查供电控制回路，测定起动程序是否正确；3.7Emergencyshutdownmustbewellundercontrol.紧急停止控制必须正确、良好。4.Inspectionofinternalandexternalunits室内外机检查4.1Checkifthemodelsofinternalandexternalunitsareaccurate.检查安装室内外机型号是否正确；4.2Checkifpipeinstallationisaccurate.检查管道安装是否正确；4.3Checkifpowerandsignalwiresareconnectedcorrectly.检测电源线、信号线接线是否正确；4.4Removewastefrominternalandexternalunits.清理室内外机垃圾杂物确保无碍物；4.5Checkiffilteringscreenisinstalledcorrectly.检查过滤网安装是否妥善；4.6Checkifdrainageofcondensatedwaterissmooth.检查冷凝水排水是否流畅；4.7Checkifinsulationisfreeofdamage.检查保温确保无损；4.8Checkifcurrentandvoltagearenormalyet.检查及测定供电电压、电流是否达到正常；4.9Checkiftempcontrolswitchisundergoodcondition.检查温度控制开关是否正常；4.10Checkthespeed(fast/slow)ofinternalfanisnormal.检查室内风机快、慢速是否正常；4.11Checkvibrationandnoiseofinternalunit.检查室内机震动及噪音；4.12检测出/入风温度、风速；5.Thoroughcommissioning.Seeattachedtablefortestdescriptions.进入全面调试阶段，测试内容见附表.
