电子商务环境下云配送物流模式研究及其应用重庆大学硕士学位论文（学术学位）学生姓名：张树梁指导教师：陈友玲教授专业：工业工程学科门类：工学重庆大学机械工程学院二O一四年五月ResearchontheLogisticsPatternofCloudDeliveryanditsApplicationundertheE-CommerceEnvironmentAThesisSubmittedtoChongqingUniversityinPartialFulfillmentoftheRequirementfortheMaster’sDegreeofofEngineeringByZhangShuLiangSupervisedbyChenYoulingSpecialty:IndustrialEngineeringCollegeofMechanicalEngineeringofChongqingUniversity,Chongqing,ChinaMay,2014中文摘要I摘要随着世界经济、电子商务及通信信息技术的高速发展，电子商务行业的竞争日趋激烈，顾客的需求亦日益多样化，对电子商务物流配送的要求也越来越高。由于技术及管理的落后，大量物流资源无法集中统一协调运作，这不仅浪费了资源，同时提高了物流配送成本，更难以满足电子商务物流配送“多品种、小批量、多批次、短周期”的要求。传统的物流配送模式难以适应现代化物流配送的发展和需要，新的配送需求不断出现，如大规模跨地区模配送，共同配送等，物流配送模式已经发生了巨大变化。尤其是物联网技术与云计算等新兴技术的出现奠定了上述配送需求的技术基础，新的配送模式亟待出现以解决电子商务环境下的物流配送瓶颈问题。本文以电子商务发展的特点及现有物流配送模式所存在的问题为着眼点，从系统工程的视角出发，对云计算的内涵、特点展开分析，结合云计算模式与电子商务物流配送的相似特征与联系，提出电子商务环境下云配送模式的概念。在分析电子商务对云配送的需求后从组织、管理、运作三个方面展开电子商务环境下的云配送物流模式研究。组织方面：从宏观和微观两方面详细分析了云配送物流组织结构，构建了云配送技术及服务平台；管理方面：对云配送模式下的物流订单管理、库存管理和运输管理模式等物流功能活动进行了阐述；运作方面：从宏观和微观两个层面详细研究了云配送物流运作模式。针对云配送物流模式的特点及这种新的组织、管理、运作模式对网络结构带来的变化，分析现有物流网络结构存在的问题及物流网络结构的演变，提出云配送模式下的物流网络结构。最后以宅急送为例，分析其电子商务业务及网络建设现状和存在的问题，对其发展云配送物流模式给出解决方案并构建了云配送模式下宅急送配送网络结构。本文提出的云配送物流模式为电子商务环境下解决物流瓶颈问题进行了有益的探索，丰富了电子商务物流配送模式的理论研究。关键词：电子商务，物流配送，云计算，云配送，物流网络结构重庆大学硕士学位论文II英文摘要IIIABSTRACTWiththerapiddevelopmentoftheworldeconomy,e-commerceandcommunicationtechnology,thecompetitionbetweene-commerceindustriesisbecomingmoreandmorefierce.Theneedsofcustomeralsobecomemorediverse,sotherequirementsofe-commercedistributionlogisticsarealsoincreasing.Duetothebackwardoftechnologyandmanagementmethod,thecentralizationandcoordinationofsubstantialresourcescannotbesatisfied,whichleadstothewasteofresourceandthehighcostoflogisticsanddistribution.Itmakesmoredifficulttosatisfytherequirementof“Multi-species,Smallquantities,Multi-batches,Shortcycle”ine-commercesystem.However,thepatternofdeliveryhasundergonetremendouschanges,thenewdeliverydemandsemergingsuchaslarge-scaletrans-regionaldistribution,jointdistribution,etc.Thedevelopmentofinternetofthingsandcloudcomputingtechnologyarethefoundationofnewdeliverydemands.Thenewdeliverypatternappearstoaddressurgente-businessenvironmentanddistributionlogisticsbottlenecks.Thispaperfocusonthecharactersofe-commerceandtheproblemswhichexistindeliverypattern,analyzestheconnotationandcharactersofcloudcomputingfromtheperspectiveofsystemsengineering,combinesthesimilarcharactersandcontactbetweencloudcomputinganddistributionlogistics,proposestheconceptofclouddeliverypatternundere-commerceenvironment.Theresearchofclouddeliverylogisticspatternincludesthreeaspects:organization,managementandoperation.Organization:Throughdetailedresearchoforganizationalstructureoftheclouddeliverylogisticsfrommacroandmicroaspects,buildclouddeliveryandcloudservicesplatform.Management:Logisticsordermanagement,inventorymanagementandtransportationmanagementmodewhichunderclouddeliverypatternaredescribed.Operation:Theclouddeliverylogisticspatternisresearchedindetail.Accordingtothechangesofnetworkstructurebroughtbythecharacteristicsofclouddeliverylogisticspatternanditsneworganization,management,operationpattern,theevolutionofthestructureofthelogisticsnetworkisanalyzedandthelogisticsnetworkstructureundertheclouddeliverypatternareproposed.Finally,thispaperanalyzestheproblemsincurrentsituationofe-commercebusinessandnetworkconstruction,whichtakestheZJSExpressforexample.GiventhesolutionsofdevelopingtheclouddeliverylogisticspatternofZJSExpress,thedeliverynetworkstructureisconstructed.重庆大学硕士学位论文IVClouddeliverylogisticspatternunderthee-commerceenvironmentproposedinthispaperisausefulexplorationtosolvetheproblemoftheproblemoflogisticsbottlenecks.Also,itgetstheresearchofe-commercedistributionlogisticspatternbecomerich.Keywords:E-commerce,Distributionlogistics,Cloudcomputing,Clouddelivery,Logisticsnetworkstructure目录V目录中文摘要......................................................................................................................................I英文摘要...................................................................................................................................III1绪论..........................................................................................................................................11.1论文研究背景和意义........................................................................................................11.1.1论文研究背景.........................................................................................................11.1.2论文研究意义.........................................................................................................21.2国内外相关问题研究综述................................................................................................31.3论文研究内容、创新点和体系结构................................................................................51.3.1论文研究内容.........................................................................................................51.3.2论文创新点........................................................................................................
