ChinaHybridElectricVehicleDevelopmentWiththedepletionofoilresources,increaseawarenessofenvironmentalprotection,hybridvehiclesandelectricvehicleswillbecomethefirstdecadesofthenewcentury,thedevelopmentofmainstreamcarsandautomobileindustrybecometheconsensusofalloftheindustry.TheChinesegovernmentalsohastheNationalHighTechnologyResearchandDevelopmentProgram(863Program)specificallylisted,includinghybridvehicles,includingelectriccarsofmajorprojects.Atpresent,China'sindependentinnovationofnewenergyvehiclesintheprocess,adheretothegovernmentsupporttocoretechnology,keycomponentsandsystemintegrationfocusingontheprinciplesestablishedinhybridelectricvehicles,pureelectricvehicles,fuelcellvehiclesasathreeverticalTovehiclecontrolsystems,motordrivesystems,powerbattery/fuelcellforthethreehorizontaldistributionofR&D,throughcloselinksbetweenproductioncooperation,China'sindependentinnovationofhybridcarshasmadesignificantprogress.Withcompletelyindependentintellectualpropertyrightsformthepowersystemtechnologyplatform,establishedahybridelectricvehicletechnologydevelopment.Isthecoreofhybridvehiclesbatteries(includingbatterymanagementsystem)technology.Inaddition,alsoincludeenginetechnology,motorcontrol,vehiclecontroltechnology,engineandelectricalinterfacebetweenthepowerconversionandisalsothekey.Fromthecurrentsituation,ChinahasestablishedahybridelectricvehiclepowersystemthroughCooperativeR&Dtechnologyplatformsandsystems,madeaseriesofbreakthroughsforvehicledevelopmenthaslaidasolidfoundation.AsofJanuary31,2009,Technologyinhybridvehicles,ChinaIntellectualPropertyOfficetoreceiveandopenforthe1116patentapplicationsinChina.In1116patentapplications,invention782(authorityforthe107),utilitymodelforthe334.Masteredtheentirevehiclekeydevelopment,theformationofacapabilitytodevelopvarioustypesofelectricvehicles.HybridcarsinChinainsystemsintegration,reliability,fueleconomyandotheraspectsofthemarkedprogressinachievingfueleconomyofdifferenttechnicalsolutionscanbe10%-40%.Meanwhile,thehybridvehicleautomotiveenterprisesandindustrialR&Dinvestmentsignificantlyenhanced,acceleratingthepaceofindustrialization.Currently,domesticautomakershavehybridvehiclesasthenextmajorcompetitiveproductsinthestrategichighpriority,FAW,Dongfeng,SAICMotor,Changan,Chery,BYD,etc.haveputalotofmanpower,materialresources,Hybridprototypinghasbeencompleted,andsomemodelshaveachievedlow-volumemarket.FAWGroupDevelopmentGoal:By2012,theGroupplanstobuildanannualcapacityof11,000hybridcars,hybridbusproductionbaseof1000.FAWGroupsince1999andanewenergyvehiclesfortheoreticalresearchanddevelopmentwork,andthedevelopmentofaredcarperformancehybridsample.15period,theFAWGroupiscommittedtothenational863majorprojectintheredcardinserieshybridelectricvehicleresearchanddevelopmentmission,officiallybegantheresearchanddevelopmentofnewenergyvehicles.Beginningin2006,FAWB70intheBesturn,basedonthetechnologyforhybrid-basedresearch,theoriginallongitudinalintotransverseengineassemblyengineassembly,usingatransverseengineanddual-motorhybridtechnology.Atthesametime,FAWalsopaycloseattentiontotheengine,mechanicalandelectricalintegration,transmission,vehiclecontrolnetworks,vehiclecontrolsystemsdevelopment,thecurrentFAWhybridelectriccarhasachieved42%fuelsavingeffect,reachedtheinternationaladvancedlevel.JiefangCA6100HEVHybridElectricBusFAWLiberationbrandCA6100HEVHybridElectricBusprojectisanational863electricvehiclemajorprojectsfundedproject,withpureelectricdrive,theenginealonedrives(andcharge),thejointdrivemotorstartstheengine,andslidingregenerativebraking5kindsofbasicoperation.Thepowerhybridelectricbusandeconomytotheleadinglevel,38%fueleconomythantraditionalbuses,emissionsreducedby30%.RedFlagCA7180AEhybridcarsRedFlaghybridcarsCA7180AEaccordingtothenational863Planisthefirstincompletewithindustrialprospectsofthecar,itisbuiltonthebasisofredcarwithgoodperformanceandoperationalsmoothness.Serieswhichisahybridsedan,theluxurycar,0-100kmaccelerationtimeof14s,fuel-efficientthantraditionalcarsbyabout50%,EuroⅢemissionstandard.BesturnB70hybridcarsBesturnB70Hybridcarsusingpetrol-electrichybridapproach.Dualmotorpowersystemprograms,mixeddegreeof40/103,isallmixed(Full-Hybrid,alsoknownasre-mixed)configurations.BesturnB70HybridcarsarepetrolversioncoststwotothreetimesBesturnmodels,massproductionwillbegraduallyreducedafterthecosts,evenifthishybridversionBesturnmarket,thepricecertainlyhigherthantheexistingBesturnmodels,buthighthepriceofpetrolwillnotexceed30%versionofBesturnmodels.SAICDevelopmentGoals:2010launchinthemixedhybridcars,plug-in2012,SAICstrongmixofcarsandpureelectriccarswillbeonthemarket.IntheR&Donnewenergyvehicles,SAICmadecleartofocusonhybrid,fuelcellforthedirection,andspeedupthedevelopmentofalternativeproducts.Hybridvehicles,fuelcellvehicles,alternativefuelvehiclesasanewenergystrategySAICthreekey.2010SAICRoewe750hybridcarsinthemixwillbeputonthemarket,duringtheWorldExpoinShanghai,SAICwillput150hybridcarsintheExpoLineontheRiverRun.2012Roewe550plug-inhybridcarswillbestrongmarket,thecurrentcar'spowersystemhasbeenlaunchedearlydevelopmentan
