1目录第一章工程概述········································································································2第一节工程概况··································································································2第二节编制依据··································································································2第二章主要分项工程施工方案······················································································2第一节测量定位放线····························································································2第二节土方工程施工方法······················································································3第三节钢筋工程施工方法······················································································4第四节模板工程施工方法······················································································5第五节混凝土工程施工方法···················································································6第六节墙体砌筑施工方法······················································································8第三章质量保证措施和创优计划·················································································10第一节质量控制标准··························································································10第二节质量保证体系··························································································10第三节质量重点控制点·······················································································12第四节质量控制保证措施····················································································13第四章施工总进度计划及保证措施··············································································15第一节机械、机具设备安排·················································································15第二节劳动力需求计划及保证措施········································································16第三节材料设备进场计划····················································································19第五节施工总进度计划及保证措施········································································21第五章施工安全及各项施工保证措施···········································································23第一节安全保证体系··························································································23第二节安全目标及其保证措施··············································································25第三节文明施工措施··························································································31第四节环保管理措施··························································································34第五节消防保卫措施··························································································37第七节施工场地治安保卫管理计划········································································382第一章工程概述第一节工程概况一、工程名称:金凤区“十三五”易地扶贫搬迁移民新村垃圾中转站及公厕工程二、工程地点:金凤区“十三五”易地扶贫搬迁移民新村三、计划工期:30日历天四、招标范围:详见工程量清单五、工程质量:合格六、资金来源:国拨第二节编制依据一、《中华人民共和国建筑法》以及其他有关法律法规。二、国家现行的建筑工程施工及验收规范,宁夏现行有关规定。三、金凤区“十三五”易地扶贫搬迁移民新村垃圾中转站及公厕工程的招标文件。四、金凤区“十三五”易地扶贫搬迁移民新村垃圾中转站及公厕工程的工程量清单。五、金凤区“十三五”易地扶贫搬迁移民新村垃圾中转站及公厕工程施工图图纸。第二章主要分项工程施工方案第一节测量定位放线一、控制桩的测设本工程轴线引测控制点由建设单位指定的测量桩点引测。在引测各轴线控制桩之前,必须复核建设单位现场提供的引测控制点是否闭合,闭合误差符合工程测量规范的允许误差值的要求,方可进行建筑物轴线控制桩的引测。3建筑物各轴线的控制桩必须引测到距土方开挖边坡外侧2.0m以上的位置,且不得放在施工平面布置的临时道路和排水沟位置上,(具体位置现场确定)。控制桩用Ф50小圆木打进土内30cm,轴线交点钉上铁钉并涂上红油漆标志。在引测完各轴线桩并复核闭合后,用砼保护好各个控制桩。二、基础(坑)放线基础开挖放线应根据土方开挖方案图的要求,由定位控制桩量出各放线控制点,然后拉通线放出土方开挖边线,同时引出基坑底边控制点。用以检查土方开挖的边坡放坡及控制土是否偏移。土方开挖捣制垫层后则用经纬仪将主要轴线投测于砼垫层上并用红油漆作出明显标志,用来控制底板钢筋及模板工程的施工。浇完砼后,再次用经纬仪把主要控制轴线投测于底板面上,用来控制其它结构的施工。三、标高传递在地下结构施工完毕后,选三个可以丈量的通视点用水平仪精确测定出其统一标高。并复核均无误后作为向上传递标高的引测点,二层以上的各层标高均用30m卷尺由引测点向上丈量引测,各个引测点和各层引测出的应用红油漆作出明显标志并注明引测点的实际标高。第二节土方工程施工方法一、基坑开挖施工方法施工工艺流程:定位放线→验线→钩机挖运土方→坑顶开挖排水沟→人工清挖基底及集水坑→验槽→浇捣砼垫层。土方开挖前应根据土方开挖及放坡要求由控制桩引测定出土方开挖控制桩,并根据开挖控制桩放出土方开挖的边线,经质检员检查并监理工程师复核验线后方可进行土方开挖。由于基础面积较大,基底人工修整可分区分块进行,修完一个区验槽一个区,及时浇捣砼垫层封闭基底,防止太阳曝晒和雨水浸泡基底。如有地下水或地表渗水,应开边沟和挖集水坑排水。浇捣砼封闭层前,如遇雨水造成基底有烂泥浆,应清理干净泥浆和松散土后再浇捣砼垫层。土方开挖前,工长应向施工作业人员作技术交底和安全操作交底,土方开挖过程中,工长、质检员、测量员应随时检查基坑(槽)轴线,各部位开挖标高是否符合设计图纸4和施工方案的要求。土方开挖后应做好验槽记录和质量检评记录。砼垫层浇筑应严格按砼施工有关要求进行,砼垫层应尽量刷平。二、土方回填施工方法基础工程施工完毕,应会同有关部门进行基础验收,做好隐蔽记录,合格后方能进行回填土施工,采用蛙式打夯机夯实。夯填土层的每层厚度不大于30cm,基础两旁应同时回填。第三节钢筋工程施工方法本工程所用钢筋均在现场加工,保证满足施工需要。钢筋进场应有出厂合格证或检验报告单,钢筋的采购应按公司《物资采购工作程序》的要求进行采购和验收,钢筋的检验和试验应按公司《进货检验和试验工作程序》执行,并由监理工程师见证取样检验。钢筋在运输和储存时,应分批分规格型号堆放整齐,并挂牌进行标识。不得损环钢筋标志,避免锈蚀或油污等。严禁不合格的钢筋投入加工和使用。钢筋的配料由专职钢筋工长编制钢筋下料单,由项目技术负责人审核签字后进行下料加工。本工程的钢筋加工集中在施工现场搭设钢筋加工车间采用机械加工,横向钢筋采用闪光对焊形式焊接,其中Ⅱ级钢闪光对焊用100KW闪光对焊机对焊。钢筋加工前,应由钢筋工长向钢筋班进行口头和书面技术交底,组织好人员认真熟识施工图纸和钢筋配料单。钢筋加工应按施工图纸、混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范(GB50204-2002)第三项钢筋工程钢筋加工的有关要求,结合钢筋配料单的下料大样正确配筋。钢筋加工应按流水段的划分顺序,分区分段加工,先做的先加工,后做的后加工。钢筋加工好后,应接配料单的规格分类分构件和使用部位挂牌分别堆放整齐。钢筋的焊接必须由经过特种作业培训的持证上岗人员实施钢筋焊接的操作,钢筋的焊接必须根据现场施工设备的性能,工作电压等施工条件,不同级别和不同规格的钢筋预先进行试焊,试焊所有的试件经监理工程师见证检验或试验合格后,才能进行大批量的钢筋焊接生产,钢筋焊接应符合国家现行规范钢筋焊接及验收规程,钢筋焊接头试验方法的有关规定及要求。5钢筋绑扎安装前,钢筋工长应向作业人员进行技术交底和现场示范工作。钢筋绑扎前,应按各部位的钢筋保护层厚度制作不同保护层垫块(用1:2水泥砂浆制成)。在绑扎安装钢筋的过程中,边绑扎钢筋边垫设保护层垫块。钢筋搭接:每层柱筋每边纵向钢筋不多于根时可在一个水平面上搭接,每边钢筋为5~8根时,应在两个水平截面上搭接,每边钢筋为9~12根时应在三个水平截面上搭救接。钢筋的加工和绑扎过程中,不得随意代换钢筋。如果非代换必须经过项目技术负责人、监理工程师,建设单位代表三方同意并经设计人员认可后方可代换。在钢筋工程的施工过程中,项目管理人员、分公司施工管理科,公司质安处有关人员应经常深入施工现场随时检查钢筋的加工和绑扎质量,发现问题及时纠正。钢筋绑扎完成后,队组首先进行自检,确认无误后通过分公司
