II摘要随着世界经济、科技和社会的迅猛发展,工程建设项目所涉及的系统很庞大,工程的参与单位和协作单位也越来越多,一个工程就会有可能出现几十份甚至上百份的合同。为了减少合同间的矛盾和隔阂,应加强对合同界面进行管理,以有利于项目建设的统筹规划和工作的顺利进行。现实中因合同而引起的问题很多,合同界面问题是工程项目中不容忽视的问题,要想使工程比较好、较顺利的进行,对合同界面的管理就显得尤为重要,应采取相应的方法与手段,对之进行有效管理,提高合同管理水平。为了能更好减少问题,本文对些做了相关分析,并构建了协同工作平台对合同界面进行有效管理。因此,对大型工程项目合同界面管理进行研究具有一定的现实意义和实践应用价值。本文以建设项目界面管理的基本理论为基础,针对建设项目实施阶段合同界面划分不清、职责不明确等问题,研究了影响工程合同界面划分管理的因素,分别从合同界面管理、合同界面、合同以外的条件三方面分析了合同界面存在的问题。通过阅读文献和社会实践,了解大型工程项目的合同界面管理现状和工程项目管理软件的应用现状,同时总结出了造成合同界面障碍的主要原因:信息开放度不够、组织文化差异、目标差异、工程管理者的能力不足和对合同知识了解的匮乏、项目实施阶段合同界面的多变性,以及目前市场上软件的不统一。然后,依据以上分析,提出构建协同工作平台进行大型工程项目合同界面管理的设想。进一步构建项目协同工作平台模型,包括总体架构模型、功能结构模型、网络体系结构模型以及协同信息平台的六个功能结构模块。最后,基于协同工作平台,分别从基于协同工作平台解决合同界面管理问题、合同界面管理各阶段工作、基于协同平台的合同界面管理的实施步骤三方面解决大型工程项目合同界面的障碍问题。通过协同平台加强项目集成管理思想,把各阶段的资料和数据集成到协同平台上;成为共享的信息。并为合同界面建立数据库,提供各种以前工程出现过的界面问题资料。明确了在工程各阶段中合同界面管理的工作的相应问题,基于协同平台合同界面管理的实施步骤,从主体上分析了合同界面的管理。最后以XY工程为例分析该工程的合同界面管理。关键词:;合同界面;协同工作平台;界面;有效性;管理IIIABSTRACTWiththerapiddevelopmentofworldeconomy,scienceandtechnologyandsociety,thesysteminvolvedinconstructionprojectsisgrowingandmoreandmoreworksoftheparticipatingunitsandcooperativeunits,aprojectofthistheremaybedozensofevenhundredsContractofthecontract.Inordertoreducethecontradictionsbetweenthecontractandestrangement,shouldbestrengthenedtomanagethecontractinterfaceinordertofacilitatetheoverallplanningofprojectsandworkcarriedoutsmoothly.Isreallytoomuchtorealitytheproblemscausedbythecontract,thecontractinterfaceissuesintheprojectshouldnotbeignored,inordertomaketheprojectbettercarriedout,themanagementofthecontractinterfaceisparticularlyimportantandshouldbetakentoavarietyofmethodsandmeansforeffectivemanagement,raisethelevelofcontractmanagement.Tobeabletobetterreducetheseproblems,onsomeofthecorrelationanalysis,andbuildacollaborativeworkingplatformforeffectivemanagementofthecontractinterface.Therefore,largeprojectsinterfacemanagementhascertainpracticalsignificanceandpracticalvalue.Thebasictheoryoftheconstructionprojectinterfacemanagementinterfacedividedintoclearimplementationphasecontractfortheconstructionprojectisnotclear,responsibilitiesandotherissuesandfactorsthataffectthemanagementofengineeringcontractinterfaceisdivided,respectively,fromthecontract,interfacemanagement,contractinterface,thecontractconditionsotherthanthethreeaspectsoftheproblemsofthecontractinterface.Byreadingliteratureandsocialpractice,tounderstandtheapplicationstatusofthecontractinterfacemanagementoflargeprojectsstatusandprojectmanagementsoftware,summedupthemainreasonforthecontractnumberinterfacebarriers:notenoughinformationopenness,organizationofculturaldifferences,thegoaldifference.thelackofprojectmanagersandlackofunderstandingofcontractknowledge,projectimplementationphaseofthecontractinterfacevariability,andthen,basedontheaboveanalysisisproposedtobuildtheideaofcollaborativeworkplatformforthemanagementoflarge-scaleprojectcontractinterface.Furtherconstructionoftheprojectcollaborationplatformmodel,includingtheoverallarchitecturemodel,thefunctionalstructuremodels,networkarchitecturemodel,andcollaborativeinformationplatforminsixfunctionalstructuremodule.Finally,basedonIVcollaborativeworkplatform,respectively,fromthevariousstagesofwork-basedcollaborativeworkingplatformtosolvethecontractinterfacemanagement,contract,interfacemanagement.Basedonthreeaspectsofthecontractcollaborationplatforminterfaceformanagingtheimplementationofstepstosolvetheobstacleofthelarge-scaleprojectcontractinterfaceproblems.Collaborationplatformtostrengthentheintegratedmanagementoftheprojectideas,informationanddataofthevariousstagesoftheintegratedcollaborativeplatform;sharedinformation.Andcontractinterfacetoestablishadatabasetoprovidethedataofpreviousworksoveravarietyofinterfaceissues.Clearingthecorrespondingproblemoftheinterfacemanagementinthevariousstagesoftheprojectcontract,basedonacollaborativeplatformcontractinterfacemanagementimplementationstepsfromthemainanalysisofthemanagementinterfaceinthecontract.Forexample,theXYProjectcontractinterfaceanalysis.Keywords:Contractinterfacemanagement;CollaborativeWorkPlatform;management;validity;Interface;V目录摘要.....................................................................................................................................IABSTRACT.............................................................................................................................III第一章绪论..............................................................................................................................11.1课题研究背景...................................................................................................................................11.2课题研究的意义...............................................................................................................................11.2.1合同界面管理的必要性........................................................................................................21.2.2合同界面管理的重要性........................................................................................................21.3国内外相关研究现状综述...............
