近贤双福标准厂房工程脚手架搭拆施工方案重庆广聚建筑工程有限公司双福标准厂房工程项目部2施工组织方案会签表工程名称:近贤双福标准厂房工程单位职能部门会签意见会签人员日期施工单位项目部项目部工程部安全部监理单位建设单位施工组织设计(方案)报审表工程名称:近贤双福标准厂房工程致:重庆凯弘工程建设监理有限公司我方已根据施工合同的有关规定完成了近贤双福标准厂房工程脚手架搭拆施工方案的编制,并经我单位技术负责人审查批准,请予以审查。附:1、脚手架施工方案施工单位(章)编制人:项目经理:技术负责人:日期监理单位审核意见:监理单位(章)专业监理工程师:总监理工程师:日期业主单位审核意见:业主单位(章)现场代表:技术负责人:日期近贤双福标准厂房-1-目录一、工程概况········································································3二、施工组织与部署·······························································3三、施工工艺流程··································································4四、材料准备·······································································4五、地基与基础·····································································6六、脚手架尺寸·····································································6七、纵向、横向水来杆····························································7八、剪刀撑、安全网·······························································9九、避雷装置········································································10十、脚手架搭设质量和安全要求················································10十一、脚手架拆除方案····························································12钢管落地架计算书··································································13一、参数信息········································································13二、小横杆的计算··································································15三、大横杆的计算··································································16四、构件抗滑力的计算····························································18五、脚手架立杆承载力的计算···················································18六、立杆的稳定性计算····························································19七、最大搭设高度的计算·························································20八、连墙件的稳定性计算·························································21近贤双福标准厂房-2-九、立杆的地基承载力计算······················································22十、脚手架配件数量匡算·························································23近贤双福标准厂房-3-一、工程概况本工程位于重庆市江津区双福工业园区,近贤双福标准厂房工程,框架结构4层。一层层高7.2米、二层至四层层高4.5米,建筑总长度82.40米、总宽88.70米。其中R轴—W轴交2轴—43轴为一层建筑、高度为7.2米。钢筋砼框架柱与框架梁、板分开浇筑。200mm厚空心砖填充墙。檐口高度23.4米,建筑总面积25182.24m2。根据实际情况,以该工程为编制对象的脚手架搭设,密目网围护。二、施工组织与部署1、质量目标:保证本工程一次交验达到合格标准。2、进度、成本目标:争取在2011年9月30日按进度计划,主体结构封顶时完成。为便于门窗安装及时插入施工,本工程在主体砼结构完成后,及时插入门窗安装施工。合理组织各工种穿插流水作业,按工序流水施工,使工程总成本降至最低。3、安全目标:完善安全措施,提高安全意识,杜绝死亡、重伤事故的发生,一般轻伤不超过3‰。4、文明施工目标:认真贯彻实施国家建设部《建筑施工安全检查标准》(JGJ59-99)要求和国家有关卫生的标准、规范,划分职责,严格总平面管理及进出场安全保卫工作,成为区安全文明达标工地,确保文明施工目标的实现。5、职业健康安全目标:确保环境、职业健康安全管理达标。确保安全生产。三、施工工艺流程近贤双福标准厂房-4-本工程采用扣件式钢管脚手架,脚手架为双排脚手架,搭设高度为22.8米,立杆采用单立管,外排立杆及配件均采用黄油漆涂刷。搭设尺寸为:立杆的纵距1.50米,立杆的横距1.20米,立杆的步距1.80米。采用的钢管类型为48×3.5,连墙件采用2步3跨,竖向间距3.60。施工工艺流程:放线→摆放扫地杆→逐根竖立杆放垫木→随即与扫地杆扣紧→装扫地小横杆或大横杆与竖杆扣紧→安第一步大横杆→安第一步小横杆→安第二步大横杆→安第二步小横杆→架设临时斜横杆→安第三步大小横杆→安立杆连接件→架设剪刀撑、铺脚手板张挂安全网→验收使用。四、材料准备1、脚手架钢管采用Φ48mm,壁厚3.5mm;横向水平杆最大长度1500mm,其它杆最大长度6000mm,且每根钢管最大质量不应大于25kg。2、钢管尺寸和表面质量应符合下列规定a、新钢管应有质量合格证、质量检查报告;钢管表面应平直光滑,不应有裂缝、结疤、分层、错位、硬弯、毛刺、压痕和深的划道;钢管允许偏差见下表:近贤双福标准厂房-5-序号项目允许偏差检查工具1焊接钢管尺寸(mm)外径48壁厚3.50.5游标卡尺2钢管两端面切斜偏差1.7塞尺、拐角尺3钢管外表面锈蚀深度(mm)≤0.50游标卡尺4各种杆件的端部弯曲L≤1:0.05m≤5钢圈尺5立杆弯曲3ml≤4m4ml≤6.5m≤12≤206水平杆、斜杆的钢管弯曲L≤6.5m≤30b、钢管上禁止打眼。3、扣件式钢管脚手架采用可锻铸铁制作的扣件,其材质应符合现行国家标准《钢管脚手架扣件》(GB15831)规定;采用其它材料制作的扣件,应经试验证明其质量符合该标准的规定后方可使用。脚手架采用的扣件,在螺栓拧紧扭矩达6.5N。M时,不得发生破坏。4、脚手板脚手板采用由木板,每块质量不宜大于30kg。主要材料计划如下表:名称数量规格长钢管1.5米小横杆15736.12m1769根φ48×3.5φ48×3.5脚手板396m2厚5cm、宽20cm~30cm密目安全网11650㎡1.8m×6.0m水平安全网1500㎡近贤双福标准厂房-6-直角扣件16591个旋转扣件787个对接扣件2623个机具配备名称数量备注架子扳手10把架子工搭设和拆除架子用力矩扳手2把检查架子扣件拧紧力度是否达到要求倒链1个调整架子水平弯曲度五、现场准备按进度要求及平面布置,需架子工10人,根据项目部编制的施工进度计划和流水施工要求进行全面搭设。工人进场后主管工长及安全部门及时对其进行详细的安全技术书面交底及安全教育。六、地基与基础1、脚手架地基与基础的施工,根据脚手架搭设高度,原土或回填土必须事先进行夯实(地基能承受0.8kg/c㎡的压力)后用C20砼浇筑,厚度大于10cm,2m平面沿杆基础周边位置,基础能承受上部结构荷载。2、脚手架底面标高高于自然地坪10cm。3、立杆基础外侧设置截面20cm×20cm的排水沟。七、脚手架设计尺寸1、脚手架底步距为2m,其余每步为1.8m。近贤双福标准厂房-7-2、立杆纵距为1.5m,横距为1.2m。3、踢脚杆、防护杆从第二步起设置分别为0.3m和1.2m共2处,顶排防护栏不少于二道,高度分别为0.9m、1.3m。4、剪刀撑设置间距为9m(6跨)一排剪刀撑。5、连墙杆件设置为竖向每层、水平向为四跨。八、纵向、横向水平杆、脚手板、防护栏杆、踢脚杆1、纵向水平杆设置在立杆内侧,其长度不小于3跨。纵向水平杆接长采用对接扣件连接,交错布置,两根相邻纵向水平接头设置相互错开不小于500mm,各接头中心至最近主节点的距离不大于纵距的1/3。2、纵向搭接长度不小于1米,并等间距设置3个旋转扣件固定,端部扣件盖板边缘至搭接纵向水平杆杆端的距离不小于100mm。3、纵向水平杆的各节点处采用直角扣件固定在立杆上。4、横向水平杆的各个节点处采用直角扣件扣接且严禁拆除。5、脚手板平行于墙面铺设,满铺到位,不留空位。四角用18#铁丝双股并联绑扎,固定在横向水平杆上,要求绑扎牢固,交接处平整,无空头板。近贤双福标准厂房-8-6、脚手板底层满铺,中间每隔三层,操作层的上下层顶层都必须满铺。脚手板外侧自第二步起必须设1.2m高同材质的防护栏和30cm高处的踢脚杆。7、立杆:每根立杆垂直稳放在垫板上,脚手架里立杆距离墙体净距为20cm,大于20cm处的须铺满站人脚手板,并设置平稳牢固。立杆接长除顶层步可采用搭接外,其余各层各步接头必须用对接扣件连接。对接、搭接均须符合下列规定,立杆上的对接扣件交错布置,两根相邻立杆的接头相互错开,不设置在同步内,同步内隔一根立杆的两个相隔接头在高度方向错开的距离不小于500,各接头中心至主节点的距离不大于步距的1/3,搭接长度不应小于1m,应采用不小于3个旋转扣件固定,端部扣件盖板的边缘至杆端距离不应小于100mm。8、连墙件:连墙件数量的设置,竖向间距为每层,横向间距为4跨,①宜设置在框架梁柱节点处,②应从底层第一步纵向水平杆处开始设置,③采用梅花形布置,用Φ48×3.5钢管预埋在钢筋砼中与建筑物可靠连接,钢管与钢管扣件连接的附墙连接方式。近贤双福标准厂房-9-9、脚手架必须设置纵、横向扫地杆。纵向扫地杆采用直角扣件固定在距离底座不大于200处的立杆上。横向扫地杆采用直角扣件固定在紧靠纵向扫地杆上方的立杆上。当立杆基础不在同一高度上时,必须将高处的纵向扫地杆向低处延伸长两跨与立杆固定,高低差不小于1m。靠边坡上方的立杆轴线到边坡的距离不小于500mm。九、剪刀撑、安全网1、每道剪刀撑跨越立杆的根数6根(小于9m)。2、与地面的倾角宜在450~600之间。3、应在外侧立面整个长度和高差上连续设置剪刀撑。4、剪刀撑斜杆的接长采用搭接,搭接长度不应小于1m:两根撑杆须交错布置,同立杆的交错相同。5、剪刀斜杆应用旋转扣件固定在与相交的横向水平杆的伸出端或立杆上,旋转扣件中心线至主节点的距离不宜大于150mm。6、一字型、开口型双排脚手架的两端均必须设置横向斜撑,中间宜每隔6跨设置一道。近贤双福标准厂房-10-7、脚手架外侧用合格的密目式安全网
