民政园区棚户区改造安置住房E地块项目1号楼、2号楼悬挑脚手架专项施工方案编制:审核:审批:山西五建集团有限公司2018年3月20日目录1编制依据····································································11.1设计图纸································································11.2现行标准规范···························································12工程概况····································································13施工计划····································································3.1施工计划································································13.2施工准备································································14双排悬挑脚手架施工工艺技术···············································34.1施工部署及平台参数·····················································34.2工艺流程································································44.3悬挑架施工······························································45安全文明施工保证措施·······················································95.1悬挑架搭设安全文明施工措施············································95.2悬挑架拆除安全文明施工措施············································115.3应急预案································································136质量保证措施································································186.1脚手板设置······························································186.2立杆设置·································································186.3连墙件···································································196.4剪刀撑与横向斜撑的要求·················································206.5脚手架工程质量控制······················································207绿色施工措施··································································228悬挑脚手架搭设材料及计算书及附图···········································238.1脚手架安装计算书·························································238.2脚手架平面布置图·························································31-1-1编制依据1.1设计图纸1.1.1太原市民政园区棚户区改造安置住房项目E地块1号楼、2号楼施工图纸1.1.2民政园区棚户区改造安置住房项目E地块1#楼、2#楼招标文件1.1.3现行的主要国家及地方的法律、法规;1.2现行标准规范1.2.1主要技术规范和国家、地方行业标准。1.2.2《建筑施工计算手册》1.2.3《建筑施工手册》第四版1.2.4《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》JGJ130-20111.2.5《建筑施工安全检查标准》JGJ59-2011(2012年实施)1.2.6《建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范》JGJ80-20161.2.7《建筑施工安全技术统一规范》GB50870-20131.2.8《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB50009-2012);1.2.9《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017-2017);1.2.10《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB50018-2002);1.2.11《悬挑式脚手架安全技术规程》DG/TJ08-2002-20062工程概况太原市民政园区棚户区改造安置住房项目E地块1号楼、2号楼、地下车库位于经园路以东,规划路以北,东环高速以西;总建筑面积29477.32㎡。其中:1#楼、2#楼建筑面积均分别为12797.39㎡,为18层剪力墙结构;地下车库建筑面积3882.54㎡,为地下1层框架结构,总投资额约6300万元。3施工计划3.1施工计划该工程于2016年9月10日工程开工,2019年9月20日竣工,主体工程于2018年3月1日进入,悬挑脚手架2018年4月1日进入至2018年11月20日全部拆除。3.2施工准备3.2.1施工技术准备1技术负责人组织工长、安全员、质检员、班组长熟悉图纸,确定卸料平台的施工方案,向施-2-工队操作人员进行交底。2对施工人员进行再培训,认真学习外挂架的操作规程,进行安全生产教育。领会质量、安全保证措施,为保证工程质量、安全作好技术准备。3技术部根据工程技术质量要求,由专业工长、安全员制定卸料平台的技术交底,并在现场由工长和安全员对工人进行书面和口头交底,以保证工程进度安全施工。3.2.2材料与设备计划1材料准备及材质要求:Ф48×3.0mm钢管、密目安全立网、安全平网、扣件、防锈漆、调和漆、脚手板、16#工字钢、6×19钢丝绳、绳卡等。2脚手架采用外径48mm,壁厚3.0mm的焊接钢管,焊接钢管表面平整光滑,无锈蚀、裂纹、分层、划道。对于有裂纹、开焊、凹凸状、折痕、严重锈蚀和弯曲的严禁使用,进场钢管必须有出厂产品质量证明书及备案证明。脚手架钢管应采用现行国家标准《直缝电焊钢管》GB/T12793中规定的Q235普通钢管,钢管的钢材质量应符合现行国家标准《碳素结构钢》GB/T700中Q235级钢的规定。3扣件采用可锻铸铁制作的扣件,扣件必须有生产许可证,产品必须有出厂合格证,无裂纹、气孔、砂眼等缺陷。旧扣件使用前进行质量检查,有裂缝、变形的严禁使用,出现滑丝的螺栓必须更换。4脚手板采用木脚手板尺寸为4m×50mm,两端宜采用直径不小于14mm的镀锌铁丝箍紧。材质应符合现行国家标准《木结构设计规范》GB50005中2a级材质的规定。5安全网采用尺寸为1.5m×6m密目式安全网,网目应满足2000目/100cm2,做耐贯穿试验不穿透,颜色应满足环境效果要求,选用绿色。要求阻燃,使用的安全网必须有产品生产许可证和质量合格证。6斜拉钢丝绳选择6×19钢丝绳,钢丝绳公称抗拉强度1670MPa,直径18mm。4双排悬挑脚手架施工工艺技术4.1施工部署及平台参数钢管规格及用途名称及规格用途6m钢管纵向水平杆、立杆、剪力撑3m、4m钢管调整接头位置、连墙件1.2、1.5m钢管横向水平杆-3-根据工程的实际情况,外架防护采用悬挑脚手架,分别在3层、8层、13层做悬挑架,在1#楼西山墙和2#楼东山墙设置施工电梯口,在做外架时用双立杆分别搭设,悬挑架采用16#工字钢,立杆为ф48mm的钢管,工字钢锚环为3ф18mm的圆钢。4.2工艺流程悬挑脚手架搭设的工艺流程为:水平悬挑梁→纵向扫地杆→立杆→横向扫地杆→大横杆→小横杆→剪刀撑→连墙件→铺脚手板→扎防护栏杆→扎安全网。4.3悬挑架施工4.3.1悬挑脚手架设计结合本工程的实际情况,综合以往的施工经验,决定采用以下搭设方案:1三层楼面以下采用落地式钢管脚手架;三层楼面以上采用普通型钢管悬挑式脚手架,分3个悬挑段:第1段为3-9层,第2段为10-15层,第3段为16-屋顶。脚手架搭设尺寸为:立杆的纵距为1.5m,立杆的横距为0.9m,大小横杆的步距为1.5m.2悬挑型钢采用3m长的16#工字钢为悬挑梁,悬挑长度1.3m,锚固长度1.7m。间距基本模数为1.5m,局部根据柱间距、楼梯、阳台等处长度及平面布置尺寸而有所变化,悬臂与结构楼板的锚固采用在楼板内预埋三道φ16锚环以固定悬挑型钢,锚入混凝土内≥300mm。脚手架与每层主体结构之间采用钢管作为连接件连接,在脚手架的外立面挂设密目式安全网,操作层铺设木脚手板。-4-1号节点详图3锚环固定采用2ф18mm的钢筋预埋在混凝土顶板内(如图所示),固定锚环钢筋长度根据工字钢锚固长度确定,然后将工字钢放入锚环内,用8#槽钢和螺栓固定工字钢(如1号节点图)。在工字钢固定完成检查合格后,开始搭设脚手架(脚手架钢管应进行除锈并统一涂黄色,颜色力求环境美观),踢脚板统一漆黄黑相间色,剪刀撑统一漆黄黑相间色、防护栏杆统一漆黄黑相间色。锚环固定示意图4.3.2悬挑脚手架施工1脚手架立杆纵距1.5m,横距0.9m;内侧立杆距建筑物0.4m。2每根立杆底部均设置底座或垫板。脚手架必须设置纵、横向扫地杆。纵向扫地杆应采用直角扣件固定在距钢管底端不大于200mm处的立杆上。横向扫地杆应采用直角扣件固定在紧靠纵向扫地杆下方的立杆上。3脚手架立杆接长必须采用对接扣件连接。对接接长时,立杆的对接扣件应交错布置,两根相邻立杆的接头不应设置在同步内,同步内隔一根立杆的两个相隔接头在高度方向错开的距离不宜小于500mm;各接头中心至主节点的距离不宜大于步距的1/3;脚手架立杆顶端栏杆宜高出女儿墙上170013001500300200200-5-端1m,宜高出檐口上端1.5m。4立杆的垂直偏差应控制在不大于架高的1/400,纵向水平杆应设置在立杆内侧,单根杆长度不应小于3跨。5纵向水平杆接长应采用对接扣件连接或搭接:并应符合下列规定1)两根相邻纵向水平杆的接头不应设置在同步或同跨内;不同步或不同跨两个相邻接头在水平方向错开的距离不应小于500mm;各接头中心至最近主节点的距离不应大于纵距的1/32)搭接长度不应小于1m,应等间距设置3个旋转扣件固定,端部扣件盖板边缘至搭接纵向水平杆杆端的距离不应小于100mm;3)使用木脚手板时,纵向水平杆应作为横向水平杆的支座,用直角扣件固定在立杆上;6横向水平杆的构造应符合下列规定:1)作业层上非主节点处的横向水平杆,宜根据支承脚手板的需要等间距设置,最大间距不应大于纵距的1/2;2)使用木脚手板时,双排脚手架的横向水平杆两端均应采用直角扣件固定在纵向水平杆上。3)主节点处必须设置一根横向水平杆,用直角扣件扣接且严禁拆除。7脚手板的设置应符合下列规定:1)作业层脚手板应铺满、铺稳,铺实。2)木脚手板应设置在三根以上横向水平杆上。当脚手板长度小于2m时,可采用三根横向水平杆支承,但应将脚手板两端与其可靠固定,严防倾翻。脚手板的铺设应采用对接平铺或搭接铺设。脚手板对接平铺时,接头处必须设两根横向水平杆,脚手板外伸长应取130~150mm,两块脚手板外伸长度的和不应大于300mm;脚手板搭接铺设时,接头必须支在横向水平杆上,搭接长
