1CareerplanningandacademicplanningmydreamwhenIwaslittleyearsold,Ithoughtthatthegreatestpersonisteacher,becausetheyknowmanythingsthatIcan’tunderstandatthattime,thereforeIwanttobecomethepersonliketeacher.AsIgrowolder,IIknew,teacherisonekindofoccupation,teacherpossiblywillalsomakemistakes,teacherwillalsohavethethingthathe/shedonotunderstand,thereforemydreamchanges,Ihadmyfuturetobeascientist,becauseIknewthatteacher'sknowledgecomesfromscientist,themostimportantisthatIthoughtscientistknoweverythingandwithrespectionofmanypeople.AmongthepeopleIknew,nooneisscientist,Ihadwantedtobecomeauniqueperson.AndIunderstandclearlythattobeascientistisnoteasy.Ifapersonwantstobeascientist,He/sheneedstoreadmanybooks,butmyschoolscorewasnotthatwell.ThereforeIchangedmydreamonceagain,myanticipationofthefutureistobeabusinessman,ontheonehandIthoughtthatIshouldtakeresponsibilitytothebuiltupofmyfamily,Irealizedthatweneedmoneytosupportagoodlife,thishasalsobeenthemineideaenvironmentinstilledtome.AsfarasIKnow.IamnotsurethatIshouldtobeamerchantorateacher,inotherwordsIhavenoideaofmyfutureoccupation.SoIneedtodothethingsbelow.·SelfassessmentIquitunderstoodthattheselfassessmentisveryimportanttomyoccupationchoicesandlifechoices,IneedtoknowwhatIwant.everypeoplehasajobthatsuitshim/her,thisismainlyrelateswithone’sowndispositionandcharacteristic.Inotherwords,theworkhe/shelikes2willpossiblybringsacertainsenseofjoyandcreativityforhimself/herself.Iwouldliketoanalysismyselffromtheaspectsbelow.1、schoolexperiencewhenIwasinelementaryschool,myschoolworkisnotgood.BecauseIneveropenmymouthtoanswertheteacher'squestions,thereforeoneteacheraskedmyparentstoschooltohaveatalkaboutmyproblem.butIthoughtthatthisshouldbethedispositionreason,nottheschoolrecordreason,Ihavetriedmybest.WhenIwasinthejuniormiddleschool,myschoolrecordwasinthefirstlevelamongallclassmates,sointheteacher’sevaluationactuallyIamagoodstudent,butblameitonthejuniormiddleschool'sknowledge,becauseIthoughtitistooeasy,mymemoryofthemiddleschoolisallaboutfriendsandjoy,nopressure,nosadness.WhenIwasinthehighschool,speciallyinthelasttwoyears,Ispentallmytimeonschoolwork,thetimewhichIspentwithmyfriendsbecameshorter,butIdonotmeanthatwehavenosocialactivity,tobehonest,wegathertogetherinthefamiliarplacesometimes,butwithfewerandfewernumberlater.Finally,wedidnotgettogetheragain,allourenergywasfoucedonstudyandpreparationofCollegeentranceexamination.Myhighschool'sacademicrecordisok,Iwasexpectedtohavetheabilitytoentrancegooduniversity.Fortunately,asmywilling,IpassintotheCollegeentranceexamination,andwenttoNanchanguniversitywiththemajorofeducation.Istudiedherefouryears,duringthistime,myacademicrecordkeepastationarylevel.WhatworthmentionisthatIhavejoinedsomestudentorganizationwhichIinterested,andprofitedmushfromthem,forexample,youngvolunteerassociationandPeerspsychologycounseling.2、Mychangeintheuniversity3Hereismainlysomeideasofmyself,becauseafterfouryearsofuniversitystudy,itmusthavesomethingthatIrememberandobtained.Ithoughtthatmyfouryearsofuniversitylifehavechangemushofmydispositions,asIhavesaidbefore,whenIwasinelementaryschool,Iamtooshytospeaktootherpeople,evendidnothavecouragetoreplytheteacher'squestion.ManypeopleincludingmyparentssaidthatIhavepsychologicalproblem.Intheuniversity,Ifoundthatthestudentsaroundmeareallverytalkative,andarewillingtomakefriends.thereforeItrytojointhem,andspendmytimeamongfriends,nomatterthepersonisIknewornevermet.ThenIstartedmyfirstlecture,alsostartedmyfirststudentcadreexperience,thesetransformedmeduringfouryear.ThereforeIcanconfidentlysaythatIamdaretospeaktoanyteacher,ormakeanextemporaneousspeechbeforestudentsnow.Thatismychange.3、evaluationofmyfriendsBeforewritingthispage,Ihadlearnedaboutmyselfinotherpeople’sperspective.Itmainlycomesfromtwoaspects,oneisdirectlysaidtomefacetoface.Thesecondistelltomethroughfriendsindirectly.Ifeelbothtwoevaluationshouldbeconsidered,Ithinkbothofthemaretrue.becausealltheevaluationarefocusedononekindpersonalitytraits-Iamalively,talkativeperson,andishumorous.ThenegativeevaluationisthatIamtoosensitiveaboutpeople,iseasytomakemisunderstanding.Butbesidesthese,therearesomepeoplesaidthatIamserious,inotherwordsIcanconsiderthingsmorecomprehensive.Fortheseevaluations,Ithink,theyareallbasedoncertainfacts,sofromtheseperspectives,IthinkIamakindofthisperson!4、professionaltestingAsIhavementionedbefore,Ihaddonemanyprofessionaltests,someareformal,someareinformal,becausemymajoriseducation,Imustlearnsomeknowledgeinthisfield.asIcaneasilyusethem,Irememberthat4oneofthemostimpressivecareertestisHollandprofessionaltest,theresulttoldme,Iamakindofresearchperson,inresearchfieldmyscoreis9,andtheresultsaidthatIamsuitforscientificresearchers,teachers,engineers,computerprogrammers,doctors,systemsanalyst,etc,detailtestresultsislistedbelow.Graph1:TheresultofHollandprofessiontest(Chineseversion)TestresultPartone:professionalpersonalitytypesYourprofessionalpersonality[Commonfeatures]Athinker,notadoer,curiousaboutmanythings,liketododeepthinking,butnotwillingtowork.Haveawideknowledge,talentedandgoodatmany
