本科创新性实践环节研究报告题目:基于CIVA钢板对接焊缝超声相控阵检测方法研究院(系):测试光电与工程学院专业:测控技术与仪器姓名:黎德学号:10081315指导教师:吴伟老师摘要复合材料以较好的比刚度、比强度、抗疲劳性能、材料可设计性等优点,越来越广泛地应用到飞机构件中。复合材料因其组份的多样性,结构的复杂性,以及制造过程中工艺的不稳定性,决定了不论是在结构设计制造阶段,还是在材料的工艺研究阶段和服役使用阶段,极易产生缺陷或者损伤,另外,复合材料在服役过程中也会由于应力及环境的影响导致结构件内部受到不同程度的损伤。因此,对于复合材料检测成为一项非常重要的任务。对于复合材料的无损检测技术较多,但是随着科学技术的发展,至今没有一种能够有效地用于结构复杂、组分多变、缺陷种类繁多的复合材料检测技术。普遍认为,复合材料内部存在脱粘、空洞,微裂纹等缺陷,声学检测是一种行之有效的方法。针对超声检测而言,复合材料内部缺陷与被检测物理信息存在相应的数学关系,这也是大部分复合材料构件采用超声检测进行缺陷评定的主要原因所在。大量的文献也表明,超声检测技术尤其是超声C扫描检测技术能有效地检测出复合材料中的分层、裂纹、缩孔等大部分危害性缺陷,是目前用于复合材料无损检测的最有效、最广泛的检测技术之一。CIVA是专业的无损检测仿真软件,其强大的性能在无损检测领域中有着广泛的应用。CIVA的仿真结果与实际十分接近,并在实验中得到很好的验证,因此本课题的研究很有意义。AbstractCompositematerialsforitsgoodstrength,stiffness,fatigueperformanceofmaterialscanbedesignedsuchadvantages,moreandmorewidelyappliedtoaircraftstructures.Compositematerialsbecauseofthediversityofthecomponents,thecomplexityofthestructureandprocessinthemanufacturingprocessinstability,whetheritisinthestructuraldesignandmanufacturestage,orinmaterialstechnologyresearchstageandservice-usephase,easytoproducedefectsordamage,inaddition,compositematerialsintheserviceprocesswillstressandenvironmentaleffectsofleadinsidethestructurebyvaryingdegreesofdamage.Therefore,foracompositetesttobecomeaveryimportanttask.Morenon-destructivetestingofcompositematerialstechnology,butwiththedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,sincenoonecanbeeffectivelyusedtostructurecomplex,changeablecomponents,defectsinawidevarietyofcompositematerialstestingtechnology.Believedgenerallythat,compoundmaterialsinteriorexistencedebonding,thecavity,flawsandsoonmicrocrack,acousticsexaminationisoneeffectivemethod.Becausethesupersonicexaminationtechnologyisexaminedthemathematicalrelationwhichthephysicalinformationandthecompoundmaterialsinherentdrawbackinformationexistencemayexpressprecisely,thereforethemajorityofcompoundmaterialscomponentmayusethesupersonicmethodtocarryontheflawevaluation.Themassiveliteraturealsoindicatedthat,thesupersonicexaminationtechnologysupersonicCscanningexaminationtechnologyisinparticularthepresentdomesticandforeigncompoundmaterialslosslessexaminationismosteffective,appliesthemostwidespreadlosslessexaminationtechnology,itcanexamineinthecompoundmaterialsreliablythelaminationloose,theholeandsoonthemajorityofhazardousflaw.AsaprofessionalNDTsimulationsoftware,CIVAhasstrongperformanceandiswidelyusedinthefieldofnon-destructivetesting.ThesimulationresultsofCIVAisveryclosetotheactualandiswellverifiedintheexperiment.Therefore,itismeaningfulofstudyingthissubject.目录1国内外研究现状...........................................................................................................................51.1复合材料的超声检测研究和发展..................................................................................51.2超声C发展及研究现状.................................................................................................52理论分析.......................................................................................................................................72.1C扫面检测原理..............................................................................................................73软件介绍.....................................................................................................................................113.1CIVA的三大模块.........................................................................................................111.超声模块....................................................................................................................122.射线模块....................................................................................................................123.涡流模块....................................................................................................................123.2CIVA仿真软件介绍.....................................................................................................134CIVA仿真...................................................................................................................................144.1仿真步骤.......................................................................................................................144.1.1试块参数设置...................................................................................................144.1.2超声探头参数设置.............................................................................................154.1.3扫查参数设置.....................................................................................................164.1.4缺陷参数设置.....................................................................................................184.1.5计算参数设置.....................................................................................................194.2仿真结果及分析............................................................................................................195总结............................................................................................................................................21参考文献..............................................................
