1目录编制说明·················································································4第一章工程概况··································································6第一节建筑特点····························································6第二节结构特点····························································7第三节工程施工特点及重点·············································9第二章指导思想与实施目标··················································10第一节指导思想···························································10第二节实施目标···························································10第三章施工部署··································································12第一节组织机构···························································12第二节施工程序···························································13第三节施工准备···························································14第四节施工用水、电设置···············································18第五节施工协调管理·····················································18第四章施工总进度计划安排··················································21第一节总工期网络计划··················································21第二节工期保证措施·····················································212第五章总平面布置及管理·····················································22第一节施工现场平面布置···············································22第二节施工总平面管理··················································23第六章主要分项工程施方法··················································24第一节测量施工放线·····················································24第二节独立基础工程·····················································26第三节钢结构工程························································34第七章确保工程工期的技术组织措施······································58第一节总体施工工期控制···············································58第二节确保工程工期的技术组织措施································58第八章确保工程质量的技术组织措施······································62第一节施工准备过程质量控制·········································62第二节施工过程中的质量控制·········································62第三节质量管理控制·····················································63第四节质量管理机构图及检验程序···································65第五节计量管理···························································67第九章季节性施工措施························································67第十章确保安全生产的技术组织措施······································69第一节安全生产管理体系···············································693第二节安全生产的主要措施············································72第十一章确保文明施工的技术组织措施及保护环境····················80第一节组织管理措施·····················································80第二节现场管理措施·····················································81第三节环境保护··························································83第十二章资料管理·······························································84劳动力计划安排表·····················································88施工总平面布置图·····················································90施工进度计划横道图··················································91施工进度计划网络图··················································924编制说明一、编制目的本施工组织设计体现了本工程施工的总体构思和部署,遵照技术管理程序,在图纸会审之后,按照施工组织设计确定的原则,编制详细的单项施工方案设计,用以指导施工,确保本工程优质高速的建成。二、编制依据1、设计委托书和上级机关批准文件及委托合同2、中华人民共和国颁布的、现行的建筑结构和建筑施工,设备安装施工的各类规程、规范及验评标准依照、建设部《工程建设标准强制性条文》的规定:《建筑结构荷载规范》GB50009-2001《钢结构设计规范》GB50017-2003《钢结构工程施工及验收规范》GB50205-2001《建筑钢结构焊接规程》JGJ81-2002《建筑抗震设计规范》GB50011-2001《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》CECS102:2002《建筑地基基础设计规范》GB50007-2002《建筑地基基础技术规范》DB42-242-2003《建筑地基处理技术规范》JGJ79-20025《砼结构设计规范》GB50010-20024、江苏省有关建筑工程管理、市政管理、环境保护等地方性法规及规定。三、编制原则1、严格遵守现行的技术规范、施工规程和质量评定与验收标准。2、坚持技术先进性、科学合理性、经济适用性与实事求是相结合。四、编制内容江苏徐州睢宁桃园“蔬菜大棚”工程土建、钢结构安装工程的全部内容。第一章工程概况该工程设计新颖独特,外型美观、典雅大方,使用功能齐全。位于江苏徐州睢宁桃园,施工现场“三通一平”及规划红线图均已完成,前期准备工作全部就绪。第一节建筑特征该工程为蔬菜大棚,造型优美。建筑檐口高度为3.3米,建筑面积736平方米,室内外高差0.300米。本工程建筑特征为:1、屋面板采用采光板。2、地面做法:挖运渣土0.50m,换填素土0.50m。63、墙面面层粉20厚水泥砂浆,墙厚240mm。第二节结构特点本工程上部为钢架结构,抗震设防裂度为六度,设计地震基本加速度为0.10g,设计地震分组为第一组,建筑抗震类别为丙类,建筑耐火等级为二级,结构设计使用年限为50年。本工程材料分为:1、主钢架梁柱及檩条等用材为Q235B级钢,Q235钢材屈服强度fy≥235N/mmŒ2�,钢材的化学成份和力学性能应符合GB/T1591-1994或GB/T700-1988及有关标准的要求;钢材的屈服强度实测值与抗拉强度实测值的比值不应大于0.85;钢材应有明显的屈服台阶,且伸长率应大于20%;钢材应有良好的可焊性和合格的冲击韧性2、屋面板采用采光板3、焊接材料:主钢构手工焊接时,Q235钢材,采用E4301~E4312系列焊条;Q345钢材之间焊接,采用E5003~E5016系列焊条,且应符合《低合金钢焊条》(GB/T5118-1995)的要求。自动焊接或半自动焊接时采用的焊丝和焊剂,应与主体金属的强度相匹配。焊丝应符合现行标准《熔化焊用钢丝》(GB/T14957-1994)或《气体保护焊用钢丝》(GB/T14958-1994)的规定。具体可由施工单位根据焊机选用。4、普通螺栓应按GB5780-1986选购,永久螺栓须采用防松动垫圈5、锚栓采用Q235钢制作。7基础工程:本工程基础采用钢筋砼独立柱基,砼强度等级:C25。钢筋采用HPB235(φ)强度设计值为210KN/MM2、HRB335(Φ),强度设计值为300KN/MM2。钢筋净保护层厚度:40mm。基底垫100厚碎石干铺垫层碎石干铺垫层上垫100厚C15素混凝土垫层独立基础施工完成后,应及时回填土,独立基础周边土及首层地面下土层(填土)应分层夯实。基础施工时要结合电施图纸的避雷设计在指定的框架柱与其独立基础底筋相交处施焊施工特点:本工程质量要求高,工期要求紧,必须精心组织施工,着重考虑以下几个方面:1.合理地布置好施工现场,本着尽最大限度地减少材料的第二搬运为原则,对工程施工中钢筋加工场、钢结构构件场作合理地布置。(具体详见施工总平面布置图)2.本工程工期要求紧。根据建设单位要求,确保工程在180天内完成全部工程招标任务。因此,在施工前应周密考虑到施工中的各个环节,协调好各工种之间的工序搭接(特别是各专业安装队伍和土建队伍进场施工搭接)。本工程工期控制的关键在于主体结构工程的施工安排。基础工程40天完成,主体钢结构安装工程在60天内完成。屋面板穿插在主体工程内,以确保8本工程能在180天内完成,并尽量有所提前。3.本工程质量要求高。根据建设单位要求,本工程质量要确保市优良工程。为此,我公司也将全力以赴,采取切实可行的质量控制措施,全方位、全过程地对工程质量进行监控,周密地安排好施工环节,精心地组织施工。4.为确保本工程能顺利施工,高速、优质地完成施工任务,本工程将重点推广,采用微机管理技术措施。第三节工程施工特点及重点1、本工程充分利用现有地形设计,根据施工现场的实际情况合理布置和堆放现场材料很重要。2、可采取分段流水施工,有利于缩短工期。3、文明施工尤为重要,各种钢构件、机具、材料必须按施工进度计划要求分批进场,现场不能有积压,
