G56杭州至瑞丽高速公路宣威至曲靖段G60连接线(K8+630~K11+294段)高填方路基专项施工方案编制:复核:批准:中交路桥技术有限公司宣曲高速公路项目经理部二分部二○一五年十月目录一、编制依据···················································1二、编制原则···················································1三、工程概况···················································1四、施工准备、部署·············································24.1熟悉图纸和线路调查········································24.2测量······················································24.3试验······················································2五、主要施工工艺和方法·········································35.1施工工艺流程图············································45.2土质路堤··················································45.3填石路堤··················································55.4土石路堤··················································65.5高填方路堤其他要求········································85.6土工格栅施工··············································95.7高填方路堤检测············································95.8路堤边坡修整··············································10六、施工工期安排···············································10七、人员、材料、设备进场计划、资源安排·························117.1主要管理人员··············································117.2主要设备··················································117.3材料计划··················································12八、资金计划···················································12九、质量、安全、环保保证体系···································129.1质量目标及保证措施········································129.2安全目标及保证措施········································169.3工期目标及保证措施········································199.4环境保护、水土保持措施····································22十、雨季施工保证措施···········································2510.1组织措施·················································2510.2雨季施工领导小组工作职责·································2510.3具体措施·················································26十一、质量控制及试验检测项目、频率和方法·······················28十二、应急预案·················································2912.1组织机构·················································2912.2紧急情况发生和上报程序···································301一、编制依据1、宣曲高速公路第8合同段设计施工图纸2、公路工程施工安全技术规范(JTGF90-2015)3、公路工程质量检验评定标准(JTGF80/1-2014)4、公路路基施工技术规范(JTGF10-2006)5、《云南省高速公路施工标准化实施要点》6、云南宣威至曲靖段高速公路土建工程招标文件、合同书、标前会议及补遗书二、编制原则以质量为中心,实行“高起点、高要求、高质量、重安全、重环境、重细节”精致化组织施工,做到施工技术全面性。可行性、针对性和先进性,结合工程相关特点,抓好重点工序。以“超前控制、典型示范、带动全面”为实施原则,自始至终坚持对施工现场全过程严密控制、动静结合、科学管理、激励等管理职能,对劳力、设备、材料、资金、技术、方法、环境、能源、信息等进行合理配置和优化组合,实现质量、安全环保、工期、成本造价、合同履行、企业信誉及社会形象的良好预期目标效果。三、工程概况本合同段起止桩号:左幅K8+630~K11+293.853;全长2663.853米,右幅K8+630~K11+294.272;全长2664.272米及大龙潭一期工程互通立交A、C、E、F四个匝道。路基挖方约60万立方米;填方约68立方米,高填方路堤共三处,合计378米。具体分布情况见下表:2高填方路基一览表序号起讫桩号处理长度(m)位置边坡最大高度(m)1K8+995~K9+190195全幅25.62K9+460~K9+53070全幅20.13K10+175~K10+288113全幅28.1四、施工准备、部署4.1、熟悉图纸和线路调查路基填筑前,组织技术人员和施工人员认真阅读设计图纸和技术资料,熟悉合同文件和技术规范,组织有关人员对路线走向,取土场的位置,地形地貌,道路交通,桥涵位置,地质水文状况,水准点及控制桩等进行全面的调查、核对,严禁破坏环境。认真听取周边群众的意见,并作汇报,以免以后施工时造成纠纷、打架等不良事件。根据现场实际工期要求情况,工程量大小,编好施工组织设计,确定人员,设备的组合与配置,具体的施工工艺及土石方的调配方案。4.2、测量测量队将填方区域及取土区域的导线上的水准点进行加密,恢复路线中、边线,包括路堤的坡角,边沟及桥涵具体的位置,恢复路线的红线,根据有关规定,钉出路基用地界线,开挖50*50cm的土沟与周边群众用地加以区分,以免造成不必要的纠纷;在距路中一定安全距离处设立控制桩,其间隔不宜大于50cm,桩上标明桩号与路中心的填高。4.3试验3试验室有关人员将路基填筑用料进行现场取样,并按《公路土工试验规程》JTGE40-2007进行液限、塑限、塑性指数、天然稠度、颗粒大小分析、含水量、密度、土的击实、相对密度、土的强度、有机含量试验及易溶含量等相关试验。试验室应尽快将试验的原始资料整理汇总,对于合格的填料来源进行调查,上报项目总工程师,对不合格填料尽量采取废弃处理,重新调查土石方调配,并上报监理工程师。五、主要施工工艺及方法经查阅本合同段设计图纸,我部拟建的三处高填方路基施工段前后土石方挖方量较小,路基填料均采用建设单位指定的取土场外运至施工路段进行路基填筑。按设计要求在路基1/3~1/2高度以下范围内铺设三层土工格栅,间距1米,并每隔2米采用液压式压路机进行冲击碾压补强处理。填至上下路床底部时再分别加铺一层土工格栅,以降低高填方路基的工后沉降。当采用石料填筑时,坡面采用大块石码砌。边坡码砌应采用强度大于30MPa的不易风化石料,码砌石块最小尺寸不小于300mm,石块应规则。路堤高度大于12米时,宽度应大于2米。45.1施工工艺流程图高路堤施工工艺流程图高路堤填筑施工施工阶段准备阶段整修阶段填石区段平整区段碾压区段检测区段分层填筑摊铺平整洒水晾晒碾压夯实检测签证路面整形边坡修整基底处理施工准备5.2土质路堤5.2.1地基表层处理1、路堤基底的压实度应不小于90%。2、原地面坑、洞、穴等,应在清理沉积物后,用合格填料分层回填分层压实,压实符合设计及规范要求。3、泉眼或露头地下水,应按设计要求,采取有效导排措施后方可填筑路堤。4、地基为耕地、松散土、水稻田、湖塘、软土、高液限土等时,应按设计要求进行处理,局部软弹的部分也应采取有效的处理措施。55.2.2路基填筑1、性质不同的填料,应水平分层、分段填筑,分层压实。同一水平层路基的全宽应采用同一种填料,不得混合填筑。每种填料的填筑层压实后的连续厚度不宜小于500mm。填筑路床顶最后一层时,压实厚度应不小于100mm。2、潮湿或冻融敏感性小的填料应填筑在路基上层。强度较小的填料应填筑在下层。3、在透水性不好的压实层上填筑透水性较好的填料前,应在其表面设2%~4%的双向横坡,并采取相应的防水措施。不得在由透水性较好的填料所填筑的路堤边坡上覆盖透水性不好的填料。4、每种填料的松铺厚度应通过试验确定。5、每一填筑层压实后宽度不得小于设计宽度。6、路堤填筑时,应从最低处起分层填筑,逐层压实;当原地面纵坡大于12%或横坡陡于1:5时,应按设计要求挖成台阶,或设置坡度向内并大于4%、宽度大于2米的台阶。7、填方分几个作业段施工时,接头部位如不能交替填筑,则先填路段,应按1:1坡度分层留台阶;如能交替填筑,则应分层相互交替搭接,搭接长度不小于2米。5.3填石路堤5.3.1填料要求1、膨胀岩石、易溶性岩石等不宜直接用于路堤填筑,崩解性岩石和盐化岩石等不得直接用于路堤填筑。62、路堤填料粒径应不大于500mm,并不宜超过层厚的2/3,不均匀系数宜为15~20。路床底面以下400mm范围内,填料粒径应小于150mm。3、路床填料粒径应小于100mm。5.3.2基底处理1、除满足土质路堤要求外,承载力应满足设计要求。2、在非岩石地基上,填筑填石路堤时,应按设计要求设过渡层。5.3.3路堤填筑1、路堤施工前,应先修筑试验路段,确定满足孔隙率标准的松铺厚度、压实机械型号及组合、压实速度及压实遍数、沉降差等参数。2、路床施工前,应先修筑试验段,确定能达到最大压实干密度的松铺厚度、压实机械型号及组合、压实遍数、沉降差等参数。3、填石路堤应分层填筑压实。4、岩性相差较大的填料应分层或分段填筑。严禁将软质石料与硬质石料混合使用。5、中硬、硬质石料填筑路堤时,应进行边坡码砌。码砌边坡的石料强度、尺寸及码砌厚度应符合设计要求。边坡码砌与路基填筑宜基本同步进行。6、压实机械宜选用自重不小于18T的振动压路机。7、在填石路堤顶面与细粒土填土层之间应按设计要求设过渡段。5.4土石路堤5.4.1填料要求1、膨胀岩石、易溶性岩石等不宜直接用于路堤填筑,崩解性岩石和盐化7岩石等不得直接用于路堤填筑。2、天然土石填料中,中硬、硬性石料的最大粒径不得大于压实层厚的2/3;强风化或软石石料,其CBR值应符合设计及规范要求,石料最大粒径不得大于压实厚度。5.4.2地基处理基底处理应满足土质路堤基底的要求。在陡、斜坡地段,土石路堤靠山一侧应按设计要求做好排水和防渗处理。5.4.3路堤填筑1、压实机械宜选用自重不小于18T的振动压路机。2、施工前,应根据土石混合材料的类别分别进行试验路段施工,确定能达到最大压实干密度的松铺厚度、
