I摘要随着中国经济的腾飞,公路隧道工程也得以迅猛发展,隧道长度越来越长,断面尺寸越来越大,修建技术和营运技术日趋复杂,一般都建于峡谷和丘陵等地带之中。地形地质条件复杂,对公路又提出更高的要求。本论文结合丹海高速公路,对罗圈背隧道工程的实施方案的优化关于其设计技术、施工技术、施工组织和施工方案的技术经济性能进行了较全面深入的研究。本文针对罗圈背隧道修筑中存在的问题进行研究,其隧道长1950m,设计洞身宽11.73m,,洞高7.5m.入口段及出口段为Ⅴ、Ⅳ级围岩,洞身段为Ⅲ、Ⅱ级围岩设计两条单行曲线隧道。本文在对工点范围内的地形、地质及水文条件等外业资料详细勘测的基础上,参考《公路隧道设计规范》、《公路隧道施工技术规范》、《隧道工程》《地下结构静力计算》以及以及其他工程设计经验,对该隧道进行了较系统的设计和施工方法研究,全文共八章。主要有隧道基本情况说明(线路情况、隧道所处地质条件、地形条件等)隧道洞身设计、隧道内附属工程设计、隧道施工组织设计等。本文对隧道的施工方式进行详细的说明:光面爆破、一次衬砌、二次支护、防水、通电。本文中对不良地质灾害的预测及防治措施也进行研究如岩爆的预测与防止和隧道围岩失稳及施工对策,在施工监测方面利用探地雷达检测地下工程衬砌质量,大大减少空区、空段、塌方。本文对隧道的施工组织设计进行了详细研究,对洞身开挖、衬砌等重要工序提出了详细工艺流程。本文的设计施工方法对丘陵地区隧道工程有重要参考价值。关键词:公路隧道;围岩;爆破;施工组织IIAbstractWiththeeconomictakeoffofChina,highwaytunnelprojecthasbeentherapiddevelopmentofincreasinglylongtunnellength,crosssectionsizeincreases,theconstructionofincreasinglycomplextechnologyandoperationaltechniquesgenerallybuiltinthevalleysandhillsamongotherareas.Topographicandgeologicconditionsarecomplex,ontheroadhasputforwardhigherrequirements.ThisthesisDanhaihighwaytunnelprojectbackontheRomanianSpaceOptimizationoftheimplementationoftheprogramonitsdesign,constructiontechnology,constructionorganizationandconstructionprogramoftechnicalandeconomicperformanceofamorecomprehensivestudy.Inthispaper,bandybackproblemsinthetunnelconstructionofresearch,thetunnellength1950m,widebodydesignhole11.73m,,holehigh-7.5m.EntranceandexitoftheⅤ,Ⅳgraderocks,holesfiguretoⅢ,Ⅱsinglecurvesurroundingthetwo-leveldesignofthetunnel.Thisworkpointsintherangeoftopography,geologicalandhydrologicalconditionsloadedwithindustryinformationonthebasisofdetailedinvestigation,refertotunneldesign,TechnicalSpecificationforConstructionofHighwayTunnel,tunnelproject,staticanalysisofundergroundstructureandaswellasotherengineeringdesignexperience,themorethesystemofthetunneldesignandconstructionmethod,thefulltextofeightchapters.Therearebasicconditionsofthetunnelshows(linecondition,thetunnelthegeologicalconditions,terrainconditions,etc.)tunnelandbodydesign,ancillaryworksinsidethetunneldesign,tunnelconstructionorganizationdesign.Thismethodoftunnelconstructiondetailedinstructions:smoothblasting,alining,secondarysupport,water,electricity.Badarticleonpredictionsandgeologicaldisasterspreventionmeasuresarealsostudied,suchaspredictionandpreventionofrockburstandrockfailureandtheconstructionofthetunnelmeasuresusedintheconstructionmonitoring,ground-penetratingradardetectionofundergroundengineeringliningquality,greatlyreducingthegap,spacesegment,landslides.IIIInthispaper,theconstructionofthetunnelforadetailedstudyoforganizationaldesign,excavationofthetunnelbody,liningandotherimportantdetailsofproposedprocessflow.ThismethodofdesignandconstructionoftunnelprojectsinhillyareasofimportantreferencevalueKeywords:highwaytunnel;Wallrock;Blastdamage;constructionorganization
