免疫组化评分标准：Theimmunohistochemicalstainingresultswereassignedameanscoreconsideringboththeintensityofstainingandtheproportionoftumorcellswithanunequivocalpositivereaction.Eachsectionwasindependentlyassessedby2pathologistswithoutpriorknowledgeofpatientdata.免疫组织化学染色结果分配一个平均评分，既考虑一个明确阳性反应染色强度和肿瘤细胞的比例。Positivereactionsweredefinedasthoseshowingbrownsignalsinthecellcytoplasm.Forδ-catenin,astainingindex(values,0-12)wasdeterminedbymultiplyingthescoreforstainingintensitywiththescoreforpositivearea.阳性反应被定义为那些细胞浆显示棕色信号的。对于δ-catenin，一个染色指数（0-12）被定义为染色强度和染色区域的乘积。Theintensitywasscoredasfollows:0,negative;1,weak;2,moderate;and3,strong.Thefrequencyofpositivecellswasdefinedasfollows:0,lessthan5%;1,5%to25%;2,26%to50%;3,51%to75%;and4,greaterthan75%.染色强度的分数被定为：阴性0分；弱1分；中等2分；强阳性3分。阳性细胞的频率被定义为：少于5%，0分；5%-25%，1分；26%-50%，2分；51%-75%，3分；大于75%，4分。Whenthestainingwasheterogeneous,wescoreditasfollows:eachcomponentwasscoredindependentlyandsummedfortheresults.Forexample,aspecimencontaining75%tumorcellswithmoderateintensity(3×2=6)andanother25%tumorcellswithweakintensity(1×1=1)receivedafinalscoreof6+1=7.当染色异构的时候，我们这样评分：每个评分都是独立的，结果是综合的。比如说，一个标本包含75%的肿瘤细胞中等强度染色（3*2=6分），另外的25%的肿瘤细胞是弱强度的（1*1=1）最后得到的结果是6+1=7。Forstatisticalanalysis,scoresof0to7wereconsideredlowexpressionandscoresof8to12consideredhighexpression.数据分析的时候，0-7被认为是低表达而8到12被认为是高表达。
