使用说明书INSTRUCTIONMANUAL泥浆闸阀MUDGATEVALVE宝鸡石油机械有限责任公司产地：四川·广汉使用说明书INSTRUCTIONMANUAL泥浆闸阀MUDGATEVALVE宝鸡石油机械有限责任公司产地：四川·广汉宝鸡石油机械有限公司泥浆闸阀BAOJIOILFIELDMACHINERYCO.,LTDMUDGATEVALVE-1-本说明书实用于我公司生产的工作压力为70MPi(10.000psi)，公称直径为2”~4”的手动泥浆闸阀。本公司生产的阀门有两种类型（Z23Y系列标准和Z23Y防沉沙系列），每种类型有三种型号。该产品作为管线阀门，可以与井口装置配套使用，也可以根据需要单独使用。一、主要规格及技术参数温度等级：P-U(-29℃～121℃)材料级别：EE级材料代号：60K规范级别：PSL3性能级别：PR1工作介质：泥浆、钻井液、石油、天然气二、结构说明本产品设计和制造完全符合APISpec6A《井口和采油树设备规范》的要求，可与国内外符合APISpec6A规范的设备配套和互换使用。此阀系平板阀（非楔式阀），它靠金属闸板与金属阀座平面之间的自由贴合，借助密封脂并在介质的作用下实现密封。阀盖和阀体采用螺纹连接，密封件为压力增压式垫片和O型密封件，它使阀盖和阀体的装配间歇很小（设计为0），这就减小了腐蚀介质对螺栓和螺孔的侵蚀并减少了螺栓载荷。ThemanualAppliestothemanualmudgatevalvemanufacturedbyourcompany.itsworkingpressureandnominalsizeare70MPa(10.000psi)and2”~4”respectively.Ourvalveshavetwotypes(Z23YseriesandZ23Ymudproofseries)andeachtypevalvehavethreemodels.Asaflowlinevalve,thisproductcanbeusedinthewellheadandalsocanbeseparatelyuseduponrequest.1.MAINTECHNICALPARAMETERSWorkingTemperature:P-U(-29℃～121℃)MaterialClass:EEMaterialCode:60KSpecificationlevel:PSL3Requirementslevel:PR1Workingmedium:mud,Drillingfluid,Oil,Naturegas2.STRUCTURALFEATURESThedesignandmanufactureofthisproductfullymeettherequirementsofAPISpec6A,《SpecificationforWellheadandChristmasTreeEquipment》itcanbeusedwithandinterchangeablewiththedomesticandimportedequipmentconformingtoAPISpec6A.Thisvalveusesa“floating”slabgate(notawedgegate).Thefreefloatoftheaidofsealingcompoundandamedium,effectssealingofthisvalve.Thesealbetweenthebonnetandbody,whicharejointedbyusingbolts,isa“O”typesealingringandpressurestrengthenedgasket,theclearancebetweenbonnetandbodyislittlesoastoeliminateerodingforblotsandboles.Thisgatevalveusesarisingstemdesign.thehandwheelisclearlymarkedwiththearrowsindicatingthedirectionsofhandwheelrotationtoopenorclosethevalve.Thestemsealsaretwospecialtyperingsmadeofrubberplastics,whichnotonlyensuressealingpropertiesbutalsominimizetheoperationtorquesoastomakeiteasytoopenandclosethevalve.宝鸡石油机械有限公司泥浆闸阀BAOJIOILFIELDMACHINERYCO.,LTDMUDGATEVALVE-2-该闸阀为明杆结构，开关在手轮上有明显标志。阀杆密封采用双层特殊唇型复合填料密封，不但保证了密封性能，而且使阀在任何时候启闭灵活，使开关力矩减低到最低限度。闸板和阀座面堆焊硬质合金，使之具有良好的耐磨性和抗腐蚀性能，阀杆材料采用抗腐蚀性能优越的特种不锈钢材料制造，其它零件采用限制硬度的办法，因而此阀门可以在含H2S环境中使用。支架设有专门润滑轴承的油嘴，便于现场加润滑脂。三、操作说明由于闸板的是沿通道中心线垂直方向移动的关闭件，只起切断通道的作用，因为该阀不能作为节流阀使用，即闸板工作状态只有两个位置，全开或全闭。特别注意：在操作过程中，禁止将阀门处于半开状态。由于闸板在下流阀座上靠浮动实现密封，因此闸板不能卡死，即关闭到位必须反转1/4-1/2圈。逆时针旋转手轮，使闸阀全部打开，然后顺时针反转1/4-1/2圈。顺时针旋转手轮，使闸阀全部关闭，然后顺时针反转1/4-1/2圈。在运输过程中，应避免在手轮上栓起重绳索。在操作过程中，旋转手轮快到行程终点时，不可太快，以免闸板卡死。对于Z23Y系列标准阀门，阀门在泥浆泵停止使用时，应用清水把Thestemsealsaretwospecialtyperingsmadeofrubberplastics,whichnotonlyensuressealingpropertiesbutalsominimizetheoperationtorquesoastomakeiteasytoopenandclosethevalve.Theuseofcarbidealloyoverlaysonsurfacesofthegateandseatenablesthemtohavegoodwearandcorrosionresistance,thestemismadeofaspecialstainlesssteelexhibitingexcellentcorrosionresistance,andrestriction.Therefore,thisvalvecanbeusedinH2Sservice.Thealemitfittingontheholderisspeciallyprovidedforbearinglubrication,facilitatingpumpinglubricatinggreaseinasitworks.3.OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONSThegate,aclosurememberthatmovesinthedirectionperpendiculartothecenterlineofthepassageway,iseffectiveonlyinblockingthepassageway.Therefore,thisvalve,whichmeansthatthisvalveclosedpositionasitworks.Duringoperation,leavingthevalveinthehalfclosedclosedpositionisprohibited.Thegateeffectssealingbyfloatingbetweenseats,soitshallbeallowedtomovefreely,whichmeansthehandwheelshallbebackedoff1/4--1/2turnafterthehandwheelrotationcangonofurther.Rotatethehandwheelcounterclockwiseuntilthegatevalveisinthefullopenposition,andbackoffthehandwheel1/4--1/2turn.Rotatethehandwheelclockwiseuntilthegatevalveisinthefullclosedposition,andbackoffthehandwheel1/4--1/2turn.Donottiethehandwheelwithahoistingropeduringtransportation.Duringoperation,rotatethehandwheelslowlytoallowthegatetomovefreelyatthetimewhenthehandwheelrotationwillsoonend.Important:ForZ23Yseriesvalve,whenthemudpumpstopsusing,themediuminthevalvemustbewashedbywater.Itcanpreventthemediumfromdepositingin宝鸡石油机械有限公司泥浆闸阀BAOJIOILFIELDMACHINERYCO.,LTDMUDGATEVALVE-3-泥浆闸阀内的介质清洗干净，防止介质沉淀在阀腔内，避免介质硬化，否则会导致闸板无法正常使用。对于Z23Y防沉沙阀门，由于不同的结构设计，阀门全开全闭时不会造成阀腔内介质的沉淀；若在有压力时开启或关闭阀门，阀体中将有少量介质沉淀，此时可以用扳手拧开阀门侧边的堵头，将沉淀介质放出。四、维护保养说明更换闸板和阀座1、卸掉阀腔压力，拆除阀盖螺栓，将闸板和阀盖以上部分一起取出；2、用螺丝刀或小杠杆取出阀座。3、清洗阀腔，特别应小心清洗和润滑阀座孔。4、用铜棒轻轻敲入更换后的阀座总成，阀座外圈应很好润滑。5、在闸板两侧涂抹密封脂后，装入闸板，在闸板处于打开的位置，将带阀盖的阀杆装入闸板“T”型槽中，并换装新的阀盖密封件，然后组装阀盖。6、加注密封脂，并将闸板上下来回开、关数次，确保安装正确，开关灵活。更换阀杆唇型盘根若阀杆密封处泄露时，便要检查唇型盘根，如有损坏，应立即更换唇型盘根，但必须严格执行：先泄压，再更换。在装配过程中或装配完成后用黄油枪加注钙基润滑脂，润滑脂一次加满，每次上井后应检查润滑脂thebody,andavoidmediumcirrhosis.Ifnot,itwillcausethegatenotoclosenormally.ButforZ23Ymudproofseries,becauseofthedifferentdesign,themediumwon’tdepositinthebodywhenthevalveisinthefullopenandfullclosedposition.Whenturnonorturnofthevalveinpressure,asmallamountofmediumwoulddepositinthebody,youcanuseawrenchtotakeoffthebottomsub,andletthemediumout.4.Maintenanceinformation1.Replacementofgateandseatbleedoffthetrappedpressureinthebodycavity,removethebonnetboltingandremovethebonnetassemblyalongwiththegateoffthebody.2.Removetheseatwithascrewdriverorasmalllever.3
