系泊试验大纲目录CONTENT1．Generalprinciples总则2．Mooringtrial系泊试验2.1Theinspectionofvesselmaindimensions,loadlineanddraftmark船舶主尺度、载重线和吃水标志的检验2.2Thetestingandexaminationofdoors,windows,manholecovers,hatches.门、窗、人孔盖、舱口盖的检验和试验2.3Theinspectionofallacceptancechecklocation所有验收处所的检验2.4Theinspectionoflifefacilities生活设施的检验2.5Theinspectionoflayoutofanchorandwindlass锚布置与锚机的检验2.6Theinspectionandexaminationofmooringequipment、towinggear系泊与拖曳设备的检验与试验2.7Theinspectionofrudderandsteeringgear舵设备及操舵装置的检验2.8Theinspectionandreceptionoflifesavingappliance救生设备的检验与接收2.9Theinspectionandexaminationofsignalequipment信号设备的检验与试验2.10Theinspectionoffire-protectiondevice防火设备的检验2.11Theinspectionofallhullfittings所有船体属具的检验3．Seatrial航行试验3.1Speedtrial航速试验3.2Acceleratedtest加速试验3.3Mainengineendurancetest主机耐久性试验3.4turningtest迥转试验3.5Inertialtrial惯性试验3.6Sailingsteadinesstest航行稳定性试验3.7Magneticcompassdeviationcompensation磁罗经偏差之补偿3.8Anchoringtrial抛锚试验3.9Steeringtest操舵试验4．Thetestbyshipowner船东的试验5．Experimentreport试验报告1．Generalprinciples总则1.1.ThisvesselisaseagoingshipwhichisclassedBV.Therefore,inadditiontomeettherequirementofdockandseatrialprogram,alsoshallmeettherequirementoftherelevantexaminationandseatrialregulationsofBV.ThisseatrialprogramcanbecarriedoutifapprovedbyBVandshipowner.本船为入级BV之海船，因此，除满足本系泊与航行试验大纲外，也应满足BV有关检验和试航的规则，此试验大纲需经BV及船东认可方能执行。1.2.Thisprogramincludestheinspectionandconfirmationofgeneralperformance、generalarrangementandship’sequipmentofthisshipafterconstruction,Asforthetestandconfirmationofmachineryandelectricalequipmentofthisvesselpleaseseeadditionaldocument.本大纲包括了检验和认定本船建造后的船舶总体性能，船舶总体布置和船舶设备。至于本船之轮机与电气设备的试验和认可请参见另外的技术文件。1.3.Themooringandseatrialofthisvesselshallbecarriedoutaftercompletionofthevessel,toinspectthetechnicalperformanceandconstructionqualityofthisvessel,andtoprovidetechnicaldatafornavigationdepartment、designingandsurveydepartment.本船之系泊和航行试验在本船完工后进行，以检查船的技术性能与建造质量，并为用船部门、设计和检验部门提供所需之技术数据。1.4.Theshipyardisresponsiblefororganizingthetestandexperimentwork,shipowneranddesigncenterrepresentativeshalltakepartinthesejobs,alltheitemsneedtobecheckedshallbecheckedinthepresenceofBVsurveyoraccordingtoBVrules,船厂负责组织检验与试验工作，船主和设计单位的代表应参加这些工作，检验BV规定的所有要检验的项目，应有BV之验船人员的参与。1.5.Theitemsbelowshallbeexaminedbeforemooringtrial.以下项目应在系泊试验之前进行检验;1.5.1.Accordingtorelevantrulesandtechnicaldataofthisship’sdrawing,inspectthequalityofhullstructure、cabinarrangement,allkindsofdeckmachineryandlivingfacilitiesinstallation,allkindsoffireprotection、lifesavingandsafetyequipmentwhethermeettherequirements.按照本船之图纸有关规则及技术资料，检查本船之船体结构质量、舱室布置、各种甲板机械和生活设施的安装、各种防火、救生和安全设施的配置是否满足要求。1.5.2.Alldeckmachineryandship'sequipmentmustbeprovidedwithqualifiedcertificate,Theitemneedtobeinspectedbyclassshallbeprovidedwiththeclassificationsocietycertificate.所有甲板机械与船舶设备必须提供质量合格证书，需经船检部门检验的项目需提供船级社证书。1.5.3.Allkindsoftestdocument(includingtightnesstest)andapprovaldocumentwhilethehullisconstructionandinstallationofequipment.在船体建造和设备安装期间的各种试验（包括密性试验）和认可文件。Theincliningtestshallbecarriedoutaccordingtotheincliningtestprogrambeforeseatrialandtheseatrialcanonlybecarriedoutaftereliminatingtheproblemsanddefectswhicharefoundinincliningtestandsubjecttopriorapprovalbyclassificationsocietyandshipowner.航行试验前应依据“倾斜试验大纲”进行倾斜试验，并在消除了倾斜试验之中所发现之问题和缺陷并在船级社及船东同意之后才能进行航行试验。1.6.Theaccuracyofallkindsoftestinstrumentuseformooringandseatrialshallbesatisfiedtherelevantrulesrequirements,andsubjecttoapprovalbyclassificationsociety/shipowner.用作系泊与航行试验之各种测量仪器的精确性应满足有关规则要求，并征得船级社/船东认可。1.7.Alltestdatashallberecordedbyshipyardduringmooringandseatrial,relevanttechnicaldocumentandtestrecordshallbefilled,andshallbesubmittedtotheclassificationsocietyandshipowner.Thesampleofrecordformshallbesubmittedforapproval.在系泊与航行试验期间，船厂应记录所有测量数据，并填写有关技术文件和试验记录，并提交给船级社和船主。记录表格的样本应提交批准。1.8.Theinspectionitembelowshallhaveitsowncorrespondingtestreport,includingtheinstruction/operationandtestresult/tester/date/shipyard,classificationandwitnessbyshipowner.以下每一试验项目均要有其相应的试验报告，包括说明/操作和试验结果/试验人员/日期/船厂、船级社和船东见证。2．MooringTest系泊试验2.1Examinationoftheprincipaldimensionsofvessel,loadlineanddraftmark船舶主尺度、载重线和吃水标志的检验2.2Inspectionandexaminationofdoor、window、manholecover、hatchcover.检查和试验门、窗、人孔盖以及舱口盖2.2.1Inspecttheconvenienceandreliabilityofallkindsofdoors、windows、manholecovers、hatch.Inspecttheclosingoflouveroffunnel.检查各种门、窗、人孔盖、烟囱百叶窗、舱口盖操作的便利性和可靠性。检测烟囱百叶窗的闭合性。2.2.2Thedoors,windows,manholecoversandhatchcoverssituatedatfollowinglocationshallcarriedouttightnesstest.Inspectitsintegrity、appearanceandmanoeuvrabilityofopen&closingoperationbeforetrial,Thesurfaceofexaminationlocationshallbekeepcleananddry.Pleaseread“wholeshipdoorsandwindowscoverarrangementplan”and“tightnesstestmanual”beforetrial.以下位置之门、窗、人孔盖和舱口盖应进行密性试验。在试验前，应检查它们之完整性，外观以及开闭操作的灵活性，检查部位之表面和焊接处应保持清洁、干燥。试验时请参阅《全船门窗盖布置图》、《密性试验手册》。a．Thestructuretightnesstestandalloiltightandwatertightmanholecoverstightnesstestshallbeproceedingatthesametime.所有油密与水密人孔盖应在船体结构密性试验期间一并进行。b．Thehosetestshallbecarriedoutforhatchcoveronexposedmaindeck.(includinghatchcoversofengineroom)在主甲板露天位置的舱口盖进行冲水试验（包括机舱逃生口舱口盖）。c.Allweathertightdo
