1租车协议CarRentAgreement出租方（以下简称甲方）：CarOwner（hereinafterreferredasPartyA）:承租方（以下简称乙方）：Tenant(hereinafterreferredasPartyB):甲乙双方达成以下协议：PartyAandPartyBherebyreachedtheagreementasfollows:1.乙方自愿租用甲方的一辆丰田Vellfire，排量为2.4升，为黑色全新车，车牌号为。车辆及司机的隶属关系为甲方，乙方对所租赁的车辆和司机拥有使用权。未经乙方同意，甲方不得擅自更换车辆。PartyB,athisownfreewill,agreestorentOne(1)VellfireToyotafromPartyA,andtherentedcarshallbebrandnewwithblackcolorandthe2400CCoutputemission,carnumberis.TheownershipofthesaidvehicleshallbelongtoPartyAandthedriversdesignatedshallbeemployeesofPartyAwhilePartyBownstherighttousethevehicleanddriverhired.PartyAshallnotbeallowedtochangetheagreedrentedcarwithoutbeingauthorizedbythePartyB.2.租期3个日历月，自______年_____月_____日起算。Tenancyperiodshallbethree(3)calendarmonths,calculatedfromthedateof_______________.3.租金：月租车费以自然月计算，每车每月_______马币,该租金包括车辆在马来西亚及新加坡境内的高速公路过路费、停车费、海关过关费、路税、保险、维修、燃油、司机工资、加班费等一切费用，除_______马币租车费之外，乙方不支付其它任何费用。Rental:Monthlyrentalchargesshallbeonthebasisofcalendarmonth.______RMpermonthforeachcar,therentalshallincludeallthecost,i.e.themotorwayroadtoll,carparkingfee,custompasscost,roadtax,carinsurance,fuel,driversalary,overtimeworkfeeetc.inMalaysiaandSingapore.Except2______RMrental,thePartyBshallnotpayPartyAanyotherfees.4.乙方在每月月末支付当月租金给甲方，支付方式以支票或银行划账形式一次性向甲方支付租费，司机加班费（如果有）也每月一并结算。PartyBshallmakethemonthlylumppaymenttoPartyAbychequeorbanktransferattheendofeachmonth.Theovertimecharges(ifany)shallbesettledeverymonthalso.5.在乙方租车期间，甲方司机应听从乙方的安排，甲方的任何延误对乙方造成的损失，乙方将从租车费中进行扣减，扣减不够的由甲方返还。同时，若乙方对甲方司机不满意，甲方应该按照乙方需求立即进行更换。但是，乙方不得违章指挥甲方司机。6.Duringthetenancyperiod,PartyAshallfollowthearrangementmadebyPartyB,andifanylossestoPartyBcausedbythedelayfromPartyA,PartyBshalldeductthedueamountfromrentalandPartyAshallreturnthebalancetoPartyBifinsufficientdeductionfromtherent.Meanwhile,ifthedriverfromPartyAfailstomakePartyBsatisfied,immediatelyreplacementshallbedoneasrequiredbyPartyB.however,PartyBshallnotdirectthedriverillegally.7.车辆每天工作时间为11小时，若有特殊情况，需向乙方提供加班服务，甲方必须按照乙方要求提供相应服务，不得以任何理由拒绝，加班时间在1小时之内不计费，超过1小时开始计费，_______马币/小时。司机食宿自理。Workinghoursforthecarshallbeeleven(11)hours,andforthespecialrequirementrequiredbythePartyB,thePartyAshouldprovidetheserviceasperthePartyB’srequirement,andcan’trefusebyanyreason.Overtimeworkwillnotbecalculatedwith1hour,andover1hourwillbecalculated______RMperhour.Driver’saccommodationshallbeatPartyA’sowncost.8.甲方应保证所提供的车辆及司机能够自由来往新加坡与马来西亚。PartyAshallensurethattheprovidedcarsanddriverscouldfreelygetaccessbetweenSingaporeandMalaysia.9.甲方应该根据乙方要求对车辆进行日常维修保养，保持车辆内外整洁，车辆内空气新鲜。如果甲方不能满足乙方要求，乙方有权随时解除该协议。PartyAshalldothemaintenanceandcleanthecarasperPartyB’srequirement,tokeepthecartidyandtheinternalairfresh.IfPartyAcannotsatisfyPartyB’s3requirement,PartyBhastheauthoritytodissolutethisContract.10.发生任何情况导致车辆不能使用时，甲方应立即进行更换同等级车辆顶替，保障乙方正常使用要求。Uponcarbreakdownduetoanyreasons,PartyAshallimmediatelyreplacewiththesamestandardcarstoensurethenormaluseasrequired.11.甲方应提供司机必要业务培训和安全学习以及司机的体检报告，确保优良的驾驶服务，及时供车、出车。PartyAshallprovidethenecessarytraining，safetyeducationandtheMedicalExaminationReporttothedrivertoensuretheexcellentdrivingservice，andthevehicleanddrivingserviceshallbeavailableonrequest.12.任何交通事故的费用及后果由甲方承担。乙方有权自行驾车，但乙方驾车过程中出现的交通事故及罚款由乙方承担。PartyAshallundertakethecostsandconsequencesincurredfromaccident.PartyBshallremaintherighttodrivehimself,however,shallundertakeanyincidentsandpenaltyduringdrivinghimself.13.根据马来西亚法律，乘客不得在车内吸烟和饮食。WithcompliancetoMalaysialaws,smokingandeatingareprohibitedinthecars.14.相关未尽事宜，由双方协商解决。Partiesheretomaymakethesettlementthroughnegotiationformattersnotmentionedherein.15.本协议一式三份，甲方一份，乙方两份。ThisAgreementshallbemadeintotriplicatewithonecopyholdbythePartyA,andtwocopiesholdbythePartyB.4签名Signature：甲方代表RepresentativefromPartyA：见证人Witness：签名Signature：乙方代表RepresentativefromPartyB：见证人Witness
