中国石油宁夏石化公司500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程生产管理中心及中央控制室(805、710单元)临时用电施工方案编制:审核:批准:南通苏中建设有限公司宁夏项目部二O一O年八月中国石油宁夏石化公司500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程方案审批表方案名称临时用电施工方案编制单位南通苏中建设有限公司审核意见审核意见:总承包商HSE工程师:年月日审核意见:总承包商AQ/QC工程师::年月日审核意见:总承包商专业工程师:年月日批准意见审批意见:总承包商总工程师:年月日中国石油宁夏石化公司500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程目录1.概述·····································································································-1-1.1使用范围·······················································································-1-1.2编制依据·······················································································-1-2.工程概况·······························································································-1-2.1工程情况简介·················································································-1-2.2现场情况·······················································································-1-3.方案设计·······························································································-2-3.1用电设备·······················································································-2-3.2总电缆进线选择··············································································-2-3.3分箱电缆选择·················································································-3-3.4总箱进线开关选择···········································································-3-3.5安装要求·······················································································-4-4.接地保护及防雷保护················································································-8-5.配电箱和开关箱的设置·············································································-8-6.移动式工具和手持式电动工具···································································-10-7.安全用电技术措施··················································································-10-8.现场照明······························································································-11-9.电气防火措施························································································-11-10.急救措施·····························································································-12-11.JHA分析····························································································-12-中国石油宁夏石化公司500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程-1-1.概述1.1使用范围本施工方案仅限于在中国石油宁夏石化500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程生产管理中心及中央控制室项目施工中使用。本施工方案作为指导该工程施工现场临电布设的依据。1.2编制依据1、宁夏石化500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程生产管理中心及中央控制室施工现场平面布置图;2、宁夏石化500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程生产管理中心及中央控制室建设规模及各种临时用电设备配置;3、《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》JGJ46-2005;4、《建筑施工安全检查评分标准》JGJ59-99;5、《建筑施工现场临时用电设计、使用与管理》;6、本工程施工组织设计。2.工程概况2.1工程情况简介本工程为中国石油宁夏石化500万吨/年炼油改扩建项目生产管理中心及中央控制室工程,本工程包括:基础工程、主体工程、屋面工程、装饰装修、室外工程。本工程业主已将电源接至施工现场6号总变电室,故施工临时用电直接从总变电室接出。根据现场平面布置情况,在施工现场设置一个一级电箱;在用电设备或负荷相对集中的区域设置分配电箱(二级电箱),共设置2个分配电箱;在用电设备附近设置开关箱(三级电箱),施工现场共设置了18个开关箱。分配电箱与开关箱距离不超过30m,开关箱与其控制的固定式用电设备的水平距离不超过3m。配电箱内部配置、接线情况详见配电箱接线图。室外主干电缆铺设方式为埋地敷设,深度≥80厘米,上、下、左、右侧均匀敷设不小于5厘米的细砂,上部盖砖保护层并做好埋地线路走向标识,标识牌每隔20米设置一个。2.2现场情况根据业主要求,生活性临时设施在场外设置。拟建场地地势平坦,三通一平工作已基本完成,具备开工条件。中国石油宁夏石化公司500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程-2-3.方案设计3.1用电设备临时用电设备(主要)序号名称型号数量(台)功率(KW)1#箱1塔吊QT4001252钢筋切断机BG—40023×2=63钢筋调直机GT4-81104钢筋弯曲机GW40—123×2=65圆盘锯MTT105136电焊机BX—315122.57刨板机MB1041312.274.72#箱8插入式振捣器ZX5041.5×4=69平板振捣器ZB1122×2=410高压水泵YZ100-4122×12=2411打夯机11.512砂轮切割机S3SR-15012.2×1=2.213镝灯2614办公用电1548.7合计123.43.2总电缆进线选择∑P总=123.4查表kx取0.6cosp=0.65tgp=1.17Pj2=kx.∑Pel=0.6×123.4=70.04KW中国石油宁夏石化公司500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程-3-Qj2=Pj2.tgp=70.04×1.17=86.63KWARSj2=Sjs=(Pjs2+Qjs2)1/2=78.33KVA允许持续通过电流Ijs=Sjs/(1.732×Ue)=78.33/(1.732×0.38)=118.68A根据计算电流电源电缆选用VV-3×50+2×25。3.3分箱电缆选择3.3.11#分箱∑Pel=74.7KW查表kx取0.7cosp=0.7tgp=1.02Pj2=kx.∑Pel=0.7×57=52.29KWQj2=Pj2.tgp=52.29×1.02=53.34KVARSj2=Sjs=(Pjs2+Qjs2)1/2=52.81KVA允许持续通过电流Ijs=Sjs/(1.732×Ue)=52.81/(1.732×0.38)=80.02A根据计算电流电源电缆选用VV-4×25+1×16。3.3.22#分箱∑Pe2=48.7KW查表kx取0.7cosp=0.7tgp=1.02Pj2=kx.∑Pe2=0.7×48.7=34.09KWQj2=Pj2.tgp=34.09×1.02=34.77KVARSj2=Sjs=(Pjs2+Qjs2)1/2=34.43KVA允许持续通过电流Ijs=Sjs/(1.732×Ue)=34.43/(1.732×0.38)=52.17A根据计算电流电源电缆选用VV-4×25+1×16。3.4总箱进线开关选择3.4.1选择总进线开关:DZ20-160/3,其脱扣器整定电流值为Ir=130.00A。3.4.2选择总箱中漏电保护器:DZ10L-100/3。3.4.3供电方式采用TN—S三相五线制供电,电缆埋地引至工地配电总箱,由总箱至分箱电缆采用放射式供电方式,系统采用三级配电二级漏电保护。每台用电设备旁均按规定设有就地开关箱,一机一闸。中国石油宁夏石化公司500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程-4-3.5安装要求3.5.1配电室采用遮栏隔离,遮栏下面通行道的高度不小于0.5m;3.5.2配电室围栏上端与垂直上方带电部分的净距为0.075m;3.5.3配电装置的上端距天棚为0.5m;3.5.4母线均应涂刷有色油漆;3.5.5配电房设置场地要求:靠近电源,接近负荷中心,便于线路的引入和引出。所在区域不受洪水冲浸、不积水,防雨、防风沙,防火等级不低于三级,其中变压器室防火等级不低于二级。室内配置沙箱和绝缘灭火器。配电室门向外开,并配锁,通风和采光条件良好。配电室顶棚与地面的距离为3米,配电柜周边维护通道宽度为1米。3.5.6配电箱设置场地要求:配电箱应装设在干燥、通风及常温场所,不得装设在易受外来固体物撞击、强烈震动、液体浸溅及热源烘烤的场所。否则,须作特殊防护处理。配中国石油宁夏石化公司500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程-5-电箱、开关箱周围应有足够二人同时工作的空间和通道。不得堆放任何妨碍操作、维修的物品。设置防雨棚且做好形象。配电箱示意图单机开关箱设置场地要求(附图)中国石油宁夏石化公司500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程-6-3.5.7电缆在室外直接埋地敷设的深度为0.8m,并在电缆上下各均匀铺设不小于50mm厚的细砂,然后覆盖砖等硬质保护层。沿电缆线敷设方向,设置“地下有电缆”警示标志牌。埋设做法见下图:场内电缆埋地方法(附图)中国石油宁夏石化公司500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程-7-3.6配电箱设置具体设置位置详见平面图。配电箱形象见下:名称样图一级配电柜二级分配电箱三级开关箱中国石油宁夏石化公司500万吨/年炼油改扩建工程-8-4.接地保护及防雷保护该工程临时用电采用TN-S接零保护体系,在一级箱处设置一组接地装置,用长2.5米的角钢(L50*50*5)接地极2根,间距0.5米埋入地下1.2米,用40*4扁钢作接地母线与接地极可靠焊接后引入配电箱及输出接地保护零线作良好的电气连接,其接地电阻≤4Ω,以实测为准,另在固定分配电箱和固定用电设备处均做重复接地,以增加保护接零的效果,所有配电箱和开关箱内均设专用接零保护端子排,保护接零线用统一绿黄双色软铜线,照明配电箱内分别设工作零线端子排和保护接零端
