ThebenefitsofexerciseTherecomesatimethatmoreandmorepeopleattendtotakepartinregularexercisetokeepfit.Why?becauseexerciseitselfisagoodthingforpeopleandwecanbenefitfromexerciseinmanyaspects.AllworkandnoplaymakesJackadullboy.First,it’swellknownthatexercisehardenourmuscleandkeepagoodfigurewhichisimportantanddesirableforanumberofmenandwomen.Ifwedon’ttakeexerciseforalongtime,wemayeasilyfallsickorgainweight.Second,wecanrelaxourbodyandmindbyexercising.Asyoursweatpoursfromyourpores,worriestrickleawaytoo.Andyouarejustaddictedtopassionandhappinessofmovement.Sothat’sagoodideatoplaysomesportswhenyoufeelstressed.Third,takingexerciseisalsobeneficialforavoidingdeseaseslikehypertension,diabetesmellitusandsoon.Probablyotherpeoplearestillnotfondofexerciseandhardlydoexerciseintheirdailylives.Someofthemarebusyworking,someofthemconsiderexersiseisuselessandwastingtime.However,Ihavetosaythepeopledoingregularexercisearemorehealthythanthepeoplenotenjoyingexercise.Tosummarize,thebenefitsofexercisearenumerous.Weeveryoneneedsandisobligedtotakeexerciseinordertohaveahappylifeandcontinuethehappylifeasfaraspossible.
