TeachingReflectionAftertheclass,Iwillreflectmyclassonthefollowingaspects:Therearesomeweaknessesinmyclass:firstly,timedistributionisbeyondmyexpectation.Ishouldemphasizethekeytasksandimportantpointsineveryclassandthussetasideadequatetimeforthestudents.Secondly,myspokenEnglishissofastthatsomestudentscan’tfollowme.Ishouldspeakslowlyandclearly.Thirdly,intheretellingtask,thetimeislimitedforthemtodiscussandpresenttheirwork.Atlast,blackboarddesignisnotproperandIwillperfectitnexttime,providingaconcisestructureoftheclass.Istillhaveseveralgoodpoints,themajorityofthemtakeanactivepartinthisclassandcanfinishmosttasksingiventime.Ihavevarioustaskstohelpstudentscomprehendthispassagebetterandencouragethemtoexpressthemselves.Undermyguidance,moststudentsareabletocooperatewithothersandthinkautonomously.Thankstothecoursesprovidedinthetrainingcenter,afterlearning,Ihavemasteredthebasicskillstoperfectmyppt,andthepropertimetousethevideoaswellasthetechniqueofcommunicatingwithstudents,allofthemmakemyclassbetterthanbefore.Nevertheless,Ineedtolearnsomethingnewcontinuouslyandkeepmovingwithstrongpassion.
