IntroductionOfCFM56-7ThrustReverserCFM56-7反推装置的熟悉课程2011年7月1LeadingParticulars(Approximate)外部尺寸及重量(估计)•A.Length–58inches长-58英寸•B.Width–36inches宽-36英寸•C.Height–90inches高-90英寸•D.Weight–346pounds重–346磅2Description/描述Thethrustreverserhastwosleeveassemblies.Thesleeveshaveasupportingdiaphramstructure.Thesupportingdiaphramstructureisattachedtothesliderguides,theblockerdoors,draglinks,theacousticpanelassemblies,andtheoutercowlpanelassemblies.Thesleeveassemblieshavenohydraulicpoweredsubcomponents.反推装置有两个套筒组件。两个套筒有一个支撑结构,支撑结构连接到滑块导轨,阻流门,拉杆,消音板组件,以及外函道板组件。套筒组件没有液压驱动的次级部件。3Description/描述Theacousticpanelassembliesandtheblockerdoorassembliesaremadeofhoneycombcompositematerials.消音板组件和阻流门组件为蜂窝复合材料,Blockerdoor阻流门4Function/功能•Thethrustreverser(T/R)systemcontrolsthedirectionofthefanairexhausttomakeforwardorreversethrust.反推装置(T/R)系统控制风扇叶片气流的排气方向从而实现正推力和反推力。5Operation/运作•Thethrustreversersleeveassembliesarelocatedontheaftpartoftheengine.Theyarestowedinaforwardpositionduringflight.Whenthethrustreverserisactuated,thesleevesmovetotheaft.Thismovestheblockerdoorstoblocktheflowofairbetweenthefanductassemblyandthethrustreversersleeveassemblies,thenexposesthecascadevanes.Theairthenflowsoutthroughthecascadevaneswhichdirecttheairforwardtocreatereversethrust.反推装置的套筒组件位于发动机的尾部。反推装置启动时,套筒移到尾部,促使阻流门移动,封锁风扇函道及反推套筒组件的气流流动,使其从叶栅叶片中排出。气流从叶栅叶片中排出导致气流向前,从而产生反推力。6Thrustreverserassembly反推装置组件Thrustreverserassembly反推装置组件7General/概述•TheT/RsystemusesleftandrightT/Rhalvesthatattachtotheenginestrut.TensionlatchesandinnerV-bladesholdthehalvestogether.反推装置系统是由左右两侧反推装置悬挂在发动机支架舱上组合而成。锁扣及内侧V形装置把两个反推装置连结起来。•Thrustreverserisatranslatingsleeveandcascadedesign.Eachthrustreverserhasawallwithatranslatingsleeveoftheleftandrighthalfoftheductedfan.Thetwosleevesoneachengineworksimultaneously.However,thetwosleevesareindependentofeachother.反推装置主要设计成一个滑动整流罩和叶栅。每个反推装置左右各有有一个滑动的外壁(整流罩)。这两个滑动整流罩在每个发动机上同时工作。然而,两个滑动整流罩是彼此独立的。8Maincomponentsofeachthrustreverserhalf每个反推装置有以下主要部件•TranslatingSleeve滑动整流罩•InnerWall内夹芯•3Hydraulicactuatorsand2syncshafts3个液压作动筒和2根同步轴•6Cascades6块叶栅•5Blockerdoors5个阻流门•5Blockerdoordraglinks5个阻流门拉杆•1T/Ropeningactuatoronpylon1个反推装置打开作动筒在吊架上•Torquebox扭矩盒•Fanductinnerwall风扇函道内夹芯组件•3Accessdoors3个检修门•Upperandlowerslidersandtracks上和下滑动件和导轨9Cascadesegments(6per/halfTR)叶栅(6只/一侧反推装置)Blockerdoors(5per/halfTR)阻流门(5只/一侧反推装置)Trackliner(lowersimilar)线行滑轨槽(与底部等同)BlockerdoorDraglinks(5per/halfTR)阻流门拉杆(5只/一侧反推装置)LeftTRsleeve左侧反推整流罩Torquebox扭距盒ThrustReverserThrustReversersystem-components10FunctionalDescription功能描述•WhentheT/Rsleevesareintheforward(retracted)position,thefanairexhaustgoesthroughthefanductandcomesoutattherearofthefanduct.Thismakesforwardthrust.当反推装置整流罩在向前(收缩)位置时,气流经风扇函道并从风扇函道后端排出。这就产生向前推力。•WhentheT/Rsleevesmovetotheaft(extended)position,theblockerdoordraglinksmovetheblockerdoorsintothefanduct.Thiscausesablockageofthefanairexhaustinthefanduct.Thefanairthenflowsthroughthecascadesegments.Thesegmentsturnthefanairexhaust.TheycausethefanairexhausttocomeoutthesidesoftheT/Rinaforwarddirection.Thismakesreversethrust.当反推装置整流罩移到尾部(伸展)位置,阻流门支杆移动阻流门进入风扇管道,封锁风扇函道使气流不能进入,接着气流经叶栅组件排出。这些组件使气流反转,让气体由反推装置前部排出,这就产生反推力。11reLeftTRsleeve左侧反推整流罩Cascadesegments(6per/halfTR)叶栅(6只/一侧反推装置)Blockerdoors(5per/halfTR)阻流门(5只/一侧反推装置)BlockerdoorDraglinks(5per/halfTR)阻流门拉杆(5只/一侧反推装置)12ThrustReverser(half)反推装置13ThrustReverser-TranslatingSleeve反推装置-滑动整流罩TheT/Rsleevemakestwodifferentroutingsforthefanexhaust:反推滑动整流罩为风扇排气提供两种方式:•Forwardthrust正推力•Reversethrust反推力•TheT/Rsleeveiscompositeassemblywithanoutersleeveandaninnersleeve(innerwall).TheoutersleevemakestheexteriorcontouroftheT/R.Theinnersleevemakestheouterwallofthefanduct.Also,theinnersleeveholdstheT/Rblockerdoors.Theinnerandoutersleevesarefastenedtogetherattheaftend.反推装置滑动整流罩是一个由复合材料构成的带有外滑动整流罩和内套筒的组件。外滑动整流罩构成反推装置的外形和内套筒构成风扇函道的外壁并承载反推装置的阻流门组件。外滑动整流罩和内套筒连结于尾部。14LeftTRsleeve左侧反推整流罩Blockerdoors(5per/halfTR)阻流门(5只/一侧反推整流罩)15TranslatingSleeve滑动整流罩ThrustReverser-TranslatingSleeve反推装置-滑动整流罩16ActuatorattachFitting作动筒安装接头ThrustReverser-TranslatingSleeve反推装置-滑动整流罩17ThrustReverser-TranslatingSleeve反推装置-滑动整流罩ActuatorattachFitting作动筒安装接头18ThrustReverser-Translatingsleeve反推装置-滑动整流罩Translatingsleeve滑动整流罩19ThrustReverser-InnerWall反推装置-内夹芯组件•Theinnerwallformspartofthefanductofthethrustreverser.Theinnerwallisalargeone-piececompositestructurethatformstheupperbifurcation,thecowlthatcoverstheenginecore,andthelowerbifurcation.Ontheairflowside,theinnerwallhasacousticfeatures.Thehingebeamisattachedtotheupperbifurcationandthelatchbeamisattachedtothelowerbifurcation.内夹芯是组成反推装置风扇函道的一部件.内夹芯是一个巨大的复合材料结构,它由顶部歧件,覆盖发动机核心的函道以及底部歧件组成。在有气流流过的部分,内夹芯有消音的特点。悬挂桁条连接到顶部歧件,扣锁桁条连接到底部歧件。20ThrustReverser-InnerWall反推装置-内夹芯InnerWallassembly内夹芯组件21ThrustReverser-Hydraulicactuator反推装置-液压作动筒General概述•HydraulicactuatorsmovethetranslatingsleevewhentheT/Rsleevesareintheretractedorextendedposition.在反推装置展开和收缩操作过程中是由液压作动筒移动滑动整流罩。•Eachthrustreverserhalfhasthreehydraulicactuators,includingalockingactuatorandtwonon-lockingactuators.每个反推装置半部有3个液压作动筒。包括一个锁定作动筒和两个非锁定作动筒。•Eachthrustreverserhalfhavetwosyncshaf
