APQP先期产品质量策划讲师:张春烨WHYDOAPQP?•因为要一次就以最低的成本及时提供优质产品;•因为要避免晚期更改;•为了能一次就把产品做好,所以必须事先做好详细的策划,将各项的人、机、料、法、环、测等给准备好。•7.3.1Designanddevelopmentplanning•Theorganizationshallplanandcontrolthedesignanddevelopmentofproduct.Duringthedesignanddevelopmentplanning,theorganizationshalldetermine–a)thedesignanddevelopmentstages,–b)thereview,verificationandvalidationthatareappropriatetoeachdesignanddevelopmentstage,and–c)theresponsibilitiesandauthoritiesfordesignanddevelopment.•Theorganizationshallmanagetheinterfacesbetweendifferentgroupsinvolvedindesignanddevelopmenttoensureeffectivecommunicationandclearassignmentofresponsibility.•Planningoutputshallbeupdated,asappropriate,asthedesignanddevelopmentprogresses.TS16949的要求•7.3.2.1Productdesigninput–Theorganizationshallidentify,documentandreviewtheproductdesigninputsrequirements,includingthefollowing:–customerrequirements(contractreview)suchasspecialcharacteristics(see7.3.2.3),identification,traceabilityandpackaging;–useofinformation:theorganizationshallhaveaprocesstodeployinformationgainedfrompreviousdesignprojects,competitoranalysis,supplierfeedback,internalinput,fielddata,andotherrelevantsources,forcurrentandfutureprojectsofasimilarnature;–targetsforproductquality,life,reliability,durability,maintainability,timingandcost.TS16949的要求TS16949的要求•7.3.1.1Multidisciplinaryapproach–Theorganizationshalluseamultidisciplinaryapproachtoprepareforproductrealization,including–.development/finalizationandmonitoringofspecialcharacteristics,–.developmentandreviewofFMEAs,includingactionstoreducepotentialrisks,and–.developmentandreviewofcontrolplans.TS16949的要求•7.3.2.2Manufacturingprocessdesigninput•Theorganizationshallidentify,documentandreviewthemanufacturingprocessdesigninputrequirements,including–productdesignoutputdata,–targetsforproductivity,processcapabilityandcost,–customersrequirements,ifany,and–experiencefrompreviousdevelopments.TS16949的要求•7.3.2.3Specialcharacteristics•Theorganizationshallidentifyspecialcharacteristics[see7.3.3d)]and–includeallspecialcharacteristicsinthecontrolplan,–complywithcustomer-specifieddefinitionsandsymbols,and–identifyprocesscontroldocumentsincludingdrawings,FMEAs,controlplans,andoperatorinstructionswiththecustomer’sspecialcharacteristicsymbolortheorganization’sequivalentsymbolornotationtoincludethoseprocessstepsthataffectspecialcharacteristics.•7.3.3.1Productdesignoutputs•Theproductdesignoutputshallbeexpressedintermsthatcanbeverifiedandvalidatedagainstproductdesigninputrequirements.Theproductdesignoutputshallinclude:–designFMEA,reliabilityresults,–productspecialcharacteristicsandspecifications,–producterror-proofing,asappropriate,–productdefinitionincludingdrawingsormathematicallybaseddata,–productdesignreviewsresults,and–diagnosticguidelineswhereapplicable.TS16949的要求TS16949的要求•7.3.3.2Manufacturingprocessdesignoutput•Themanufacturingprocessdesignoutputshallbeexpressedintermsthatcanbeverifiedagainstmanufacturingprocessdesigninputrequirementsandvalidated.Themanufacturingprocessdesignoutputshallinclude–specificationsanddrawings,–manufacturingprocessflowchart/layout,–manufacturingprocessFMEAs,–controlplan(see7.5.1.1),–workinstructions,–processapprovalacceptancecriteria,–dataforquality,reliability,maintainabilityandmeasurability,–resultsoferror-proofingactivities,asappropriate,and–methodsofrapiddetectionandfeedbackofproduct/manufacturingprocessnonconformities.TS16949的要求•7.3.4.1Monitoring•Measurementsatspecifiedstagesofdesignanddevelopmentshallbedefined,analysedandreportedwithsummaryresultsasaninputtomanagementreview.TS16949的要求•7.3.6.1Designanddevelopmentvalidation—Supplemental•Designanddevelopmentvalidationshallbeperformedinaccordancewithcustomerrequirementsincludingprogrammetiming.TS16949的要求•7.3.6.3Productapprovalprocess•Theorganizationshallconformtoaproductandmanufacturingprocessapprovalprocedurerecognizedbythecustomer.•Thisproductandmanufacturingprocessapprovalprocedureshallalsobeappliedtosuppliers.WHENDOAPQP?•新产品–我们希望新产品一开始投产就有好的结果,而不是匆促生产,是谋定而后动,是经详细的策划而产生好的结果。•产品/工艺变更时–变更时我们希望一次就变更好,各项的风险是最低的,所以此时我们必须有效策划变更的内容,一次就把事情做好。APQP五个阶段企划产品设计与开发制程设计开发产品及制程确认回馈评鉴及矫正措施生产生产计划第一阶段计划和确定第二阶段产品设计开发第三阶段制程设计开发第四阶段产品及制程确认第五阶段回馈评鉴及矫正措施概念提出与核准计划核准原型品试作量产DFMEADOEQFDPFMEADOESPCPFMEAPFMEA,MSASPCPFMEA,MSASPC、PPAPQFD有设计责任公司的主要做法可行性评估设定开发目标及各项初始条件客户要求法规要求营销策略以往经验市场需求概念提出成立项目小组公司有了初步的设想,下了初步任务。成立项目组,指定项目负责人以及项目成员。收集上述的各项信息,进行开发可行性的评估,如可行,则进行下项工作设定质量目标、成本目标、可靠性目标、维护性目标,初始特殊特性初始材料清单,初始流程图、初始图面等。有设计责任公司的主要做法产品设计开发阶段阶段评审阶段评审当前面的各项数据执行完毕后,应进行阶段评审,看各项的内容是否没有问题,各项的进度、质量成本是否符合计划要求,并同意是否进入下阶段设计小组:DFMEA,可制造性分析可装配分析,设计验证、设计评审,样件制造,工程图样、工程规范、图样等。APQP小组:设备、设施、工装需求特殊产品和过程特性,样件控制计划量具/试验设备要求。本阶段各项工作的评审,以及质量时间、成本进度等是否符合要求,是否可进入下阶段等。有设计责任公司的主要做法展开过程策划及设计过程流程图,场地平面设计PFMEA,CP,包装标准,作业指导书,制程能力分析计划MSA计划,人员的培训等等试生产,SPC计算,MSA分析包装评估,公司内部认可,顾客认可,顾客使用确认阶段评审过程及产品认可阶段评审本阶段各项工作的评审,以及质量时间、成本进度等是否符合要求,是否可进入下阶段等。本阶段工作总结,看是否都符合需求,质量、进度、成本是否和计划相符,项目是否可结束等有设计责任公司的主要做法纠正、评定、持续改进持续的改进,SPC监控,提升制程能力,交期100%做好服务设计责任仅限制造服务供方如热处理确定范围xxx计划和定义x产品设计和开发x可行性xxx过程设计和开发xxx产品和过程确认xxx反馈评定和纠正xxx控制计划方法论xxxAPQP责任产品质量策划的基本原则•高层管理者的支持和承诺•同步工程•多方
