上海浦东新区民办筑桥实验小学ShanghaiLittleBridgeSchool文印室规章制度RulesandRegulationsofPrintingRoom说明Notes1.文印室位于一号楼311室，分机是832。Theprintingroomisatroom311inbuildingone.Theextensionnumberis832.2.如发现打印机无法运行，请联系(IT)魏旭兵维修，报修电话：[phone]，如无法维修或需等待较长时间，可前往1号楼一楼教师办公区域打印。Iftheprinterdoesn’trun,pleasecontact(IT)WeiXubin,cellphonenumber:13061868903.Ifitcannotberepairedorrepairingneedalongtime,youcanprintintheteachingofficeareaonthefirstfloorofbuildingone.3.如果需要30份以上的文件拷贝时，才需要油印（请至少提前三天通知文印室）30份以下复印即可。Mimeographisusedonlyifyouneedtomakeover30copies(PleasegiveatleastthreedayspriornoticetoMissDing),photocopyingotherwise.4.文印室在期中考试和期末考试前期或期间会比较繁忙，请尽量避免选择这个期间或提前三个工作日告知。MSDingmightbetoobusytoprocessyourrequestbeforeorduringmid-termorfinalexaminationweeks,sotrytoavoidthosetimesormaketherequest3daysinadvance.规则Rules1.请自觉爱护和正确合理使用打印室内的各项设施和资源。PleasefairusethefacilitiesandresourcesinthePrintingRoom;2.请打印确实需要打印的文档，尽量不打印和少打印；Pleaseonlyprintthenecessarydocuments,try“notprint”and“lessprint”.3.请打印之前根据需要设置好选择黑白打印还是彩色打印；Pleasesetuptherightoptionsuchlikeprintinginblackandwhiteorincolorbeforeprinting.上海浦东新区民办筑桥实验小学ShanghaiLittleBridgeSchool4.打印之前请设置好打印格式，并且尽可能使用双面打印；Pleasesettheprintformatbeforeprinting,usingdouble-sidedprintingaspossibleasyoucan.5.请打印后及时收取打印出的文件；Pleasetimelycollecttheprinteddocumentsafterprinting;6.打印室内未取走文件将在每周五进行集中销毁；AllprinteddocumentwhichwasnottakeninprintingroomwillbedisposedeveryFriday.7.打印室内他人打印出的文件，请帮助放置在待取文件筐内；Pleasehelpputotherpartner’sprinteddocumentinthefilebasketofthePrintingroom;8.请您打印后先查找自己打印出的文件，避免二次打印造成浪费；Pleasefindyourprinteddocumentinfilebasketfirst,avoidthe2ndprint;9.使用装订工具（如装订机、碎纸机、塑封机等）后,请及时关闭并在原位放好；PleaseshuttheBindingtool(Suchasbindingmachines,shredders,plasticlaminatingmachineetc.)downafterusingandputthembacktotheoriginalplace;10.请及时清理装订或制作后遗留的垃圾（如碎纸片、塑封边角等）；Pleaseclean-upthelittertimely(suchasscrapsofpaper,plasticedgeangle,etc.);11.最后离开打印室/复印室的人，请随手关灯。Pleaseturnthelightsoffintheprintingroomafterwork.良好的办公环境，需要大家共同努力！Agoodofficeenvironmentneedseverybody’sefforts!
