昆明市轨道交通首期工程市政通道配套土建施工项目盾构区间洞门施工方案编制:审核:审批:中铁二局股份有限公司昆明市轨道交通首期工程市政通道配套土建施工项目经理部二〇一三年五月昆明市轨道交通首期工程市政通道配套土建施工项目盾构区间洞门施工方案目录1.编制依据···············································································································12.工程概况···············································································································13.洞门井接头施工要求································································································34.施工筹划安排·········································································································44.1.施工计划安排·································································································44.2.施工人员配备·································································································44.3.主要施工机具准备··························································································44.4.施工材料准备·································································································55.洞门井接头施工方案································································································55.1.施工工艺流程·································································································55.2.洞门施工方案·································································································65.2.1.始发环拆除及洞门封堵·············································································65.2.2.工作平台搭设·························································································75.2.3.清理洞门防水堵漏···················································································85.2.4.钢筋制安及防水施工················································································85.2.5.模板装配及支撑······················································································95.2.6.洞门混凝土浇筑·····················································································105.2.7.拆模修整及养护·····················································································115.2.8.堵漏及接水槽施工··················································································116.施工质量保证措施··································································································127.安全文明施工措施··································································································12昆明市轨道交通首期工程市政通道配套土建施工项目盾构区间洞门施工方案11.编制依据(1)盾构法隧道施工与验收规范GB50446-2008;(2)地下工程防水技术规范GB50108-2008;(3)地下铁道工程施工及验收规范GB50299-1999(2003年版);(4)混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范GB50204-2011;(5)施工现场临时用电安全技术规范JGJ46-2005;(6)钢筋焊接及验收规范JGJ18-2012;(7)昆明轨道交通首期工程市政通道配套土建施工项目盾构区间施工设计图纸及文件。2.工程概况昆明市轨道交通首期工程市政通道配套土建项目施工内容包括两站两区间,分别为:得胜桥站东端头井、昆明火车站站北端头井、昆明火车站站~环城南路站区间,环城南路站~得胜桥站区间,线路单线总长为1748m,其中区间沿线地形较为平坦,线路两侧主要为商用楼和住宅楼,建筑层数2~17层不等,局部建有20层以上建筑。昆明火车站站~环城南路站~得胜桥站区间线路及工程位置示意图昆明市轨道交通首期工程市政通道配套土建施工项目盾构区间洞门施工方案2(1)昆明火车站站~环城南路站区间线路自环城南路站出站后沿北京路中间以直线段前进,穿过永康路、永安路后以R=350m的半径右拐离开北京路,穿过永平路后以曲线段进入昆明火车站站北端头井。线路左右线平面线间距为0m。区间设计里程为右ⅡCK13+084.940~右ⅡCK13+534.200,左ⅡCK13+084.940~左ⅡCK13+533.900;区间地下段右线长448.960m,左线长449.260m。区间最大坡度9.282‰,最小坡度2.00‰,覆土厚度8.04m~17.72m,主要穿越圆砾层、粉土粉砂层及粘土层。(2)环城南路站~得胜桥站环城南路站~得胜桥站区间线路自得胜桥站出站后以R=350m沿金碧路右拐穿过盘龙江、昆明铁路局大片住宅区、塘双路;接着以R=350m右拐穿过昆明铁路局北京路住宅后进入北京路;然后沿北京路右线以R=1000m先左拐后又以R=1200m右拐,左线以R=1200m左拐后到达环城南路站。区间设计里程为右ⅠCK11+615.747~右ⅠCK12+738.500,左ⅠCK11+615.747~左ⅠCK12+738.500;区间地下段右线长1122.753m,左线长1140.351m(其中长链17.598m),本区间设置联络横通道1处,与废水泵房合建。区间采用盾构法施工,联络通道及废水泵房采用矿山法施工。区间最大坡度29.5‰,最小坡度3.00‰,覆土厚度6.93m~23.70m,主要穿越圆砾层、粉土粉砂层及粘土层。盾构区间隧道采用相同的管片进行拼装,具体要求如下:(1)衬砌采用预制钢筋混凝土管片,错缝拼装。(2)每环由1块封顶块F(中心角21.5°)、2块邻接块L(中心角68°)、3块标准快B(中心角67.5°)组成,环宽1200mm。(3)隧道内径5500mm;隧道外径6200mm;管片厚度为350mm,宽度1200mm。(4)管片强度等级C50、抗渗等级为P10。管片环与环之间用16根M30螺栓连接。每环管片块与块间以12根M30螺栓连接。昆明市轨道交通首期工程市政通道配套土建施工项目盾构区间洞门施工方案33.洞门井接头施工要求本项目两个盾构区间共八个井接头,四个始发井接头,四个到达接收井接头,始发井接头位于昆明火车站站北端头井及得胜桥站东端头井内,到达接收井接头位于环城南路站北端头井和南端头井。主要施工要求如下:洞门环梁设计立面剖面示意图(1)洞门与车站内衬墙平齐,环梁外径6850mm,内径5500mm,长度控制在400~800mm范围内。(2)在模筑后浇洞门环梁前,应先在管片及洞门钢环上安装4道缓膨型遇水膨胀止水条,并在后浇环梁与管片及车站内衬结构之间预埋一道注浆管。在洞门环梁端面设置L型排水沟槽,设置范围为环梁顶部至轨道顶面。根据设计图纸会审,本工程盾构区间洞门不设置不锈钢接水槽。(3)在洞门环梁内设置2道L型钢筋,两端分别与管片预埋钢板锚筋及洞门钢环预埋锚筋连接。在施工洞门前应先对始发、到达区段管片进行二次注浆,焊接洞门弧形钢板并注浆止水。(4)洞门混凝土等级为C35,抗渗等级为P10,采用掺和改性聚丙烯(掺量1kg/m3)的抗裂混凝土。(5)主筋保护层迎水侧50mm,背水侧40mm,排水沟钢筋保护层20mm。环梁主筋根数不变,根据洞门宽度调制间距,主筋间距在150~200mm之间,并满足规范构造要求。钢筋全部采用焊接固定。昆明市轨道交通首期工程市政通道配套土建施工项目盾构区间洞门施工方案44.施工筹划安排4.1.施工计划安排根据每个洞门井接头工程量及以往施工经验,每个洞门井接头施工时间一般控制不超过15天,仅需投入1套定型钢模及配套材料、施工人员即可满足施工要求。洞门井接头施工人员为我部主体结构施工队伍,已施工多个洞门井接头,施工质量良好,施工经验丰富。4.2.施工人员配备主要施工人员配备表序号工种数量(人)备注1工长12技术负责人13工区技术员14电焊工15钢筋工36木工27架子工28混凝土工39普工110电工111测工2合计184.3.主要施工机具准备主要施工机具配备表序号机具名称型号规格单位数量备注1钢筋切割机GJ5-40台1钢筋制作2钢筋弯曲机GJ7-40台1钢筋制作3交直流电焊机BX1-300-2台1钢筋焊接4混凝土输送泵车HB60台1砼灌注5插入式捣固器CZ25/35台2砼振捣6氧气、乙炔套1钢板切割7潜水泵扬程≥30米台2坑内抽排水8电动手磨个2打磨洞门钢环9铁丝刷把5昆明市轨道交通首期工程市政通道配套土建施工项目盾构区间洞门施工方案54.4.施工材料准备主要材料配备计划工程材料品种规格型号单位数量1商品混凝土C35-P10m382钢筋Ø10~Ø20t0.73遇水膨胀止水条10×20mmm603定型钢模板m2154脚手架(立杆、横杆、斜杆)Ø48t2510×10方木及木模板若干6预埋注浆管m60说明:以上为单个井接头数量,按平均60cm估算,施工中按实际长度进行调整。5.洞门井接头施工方案5.1.施工工艺流程盾构隧道洞门井接头施工工艺流程如下图所示:洞门井接头施工流程图钢筋成型及焊接止水条定位钢筋固定粘贴止水条弯折定位钢筋固定止水条涂缓膨剂模板、卡具准备及拼装固定浇筑混凝土拆模养护模板除锈保养拆除脚手架及支撑架现场清理及堵漏搭设脚手架及支撑架钢管及管片间
