中西方饮食文化差异OnDifferencesBetweenChineseandWesternDietaryCultures三组:张勇程绍志代爱章丁琳潘洪明张梦龙姚蘅健曹玉鑫Introduction•Duetothegeographicalfeatures,climateenvironment,theChineseandwesternappearedinrawmaterials,taste,cookingmethodandhabitsofthedifferentdegreeofdifference,makefoodhasastrongregional.由于地域特征,气候环境因素的影响,中国和西方出现在原料,口味的不同程度的差异。烹调方法和习惯,使食物具有很强的地域性。Introduction•BetweenChinaandtheWestculture‘sdifferencehasaccomplishedChinaandtheWestdietculturedifference.•TheChinesepaysgreatattention“thebeautytounite”(天人合一),thewesternerpaysgreatattention“humanist”(人道主义).中国和西方文化之间的差异造就了中国和西方饮食文化的差异。中国人注重“天人合一”(天人合一),西方人注重“以人为本”(人道主义)。Twokindofdifferentdietidea•Chinese:flavour(香味,滋味)•western:rationaldietidea(合理的饮食观念).Nomatterthefoodcolor,taste,shapehowto,andnutritionalmustbeguaranteed,payattentiontoadaytoabsorbhowmanyquantityofheat(热量),vitamin(维他命),protein(蛋白质),etc.两种不同的饮食观念中国:香味西方:合理的饮食观念。不论食物的色,香,味,形如何,而营养一定要得到保证,注意每天摄取多少热量,维生素,蛋白质等。ChinaandWestdietobject’sdifference•thewesternerthoughtthatthecookedfoodisappeaseshunger,thereforeeatsthebulkmeat,theentireblockchickenspeciallyandsoon“thehardvegetable”.•China‘scookedfoodis“eatsthetaste”.西方人认为菜肴是充饥的,所以吃大块肉,整块鸡等“硬菜”。中国的菜肴是“吃味”。ChinaandWestdietobject’sdifference•Westernpaymoreattentiontothenutritionreasonablecollocation,thereforetheircountry'spersonbodyisgenerallymorestrongerandhealthierthantheChinese.西方更注重营养的合理搭配,故他们国家的人身体通常比中国更健壮。思考:西方人比中国人强壮的原因Dietway’sdifferentChinesetraditionalsoupSteakDietway’sdifferent•TheChinesetodietofpursuitisakindofhardtotalkmood,whichusespeopleusuallysayofcolor,aroma,taste.7中国人对饮食的追求是一种很难说“意境”,即是人们通常所说的“色,香,味”。Dietway’sdifferent•ChineseputintopracticeGatherDiningSystem(集体共享制).EverybodycansharethedeliciousfoodofalloverthetablewheneatingChinesefood.•ThewestputintopracticeIndividualDiningSystem(个人分餐制).Theyjusteatthefoodinone’sownplate.中国人实行集体共享制。吃中餐时每个人都可以分享桌子上所有美味的食物。西方将个人分餐制付诸实践。他们只吃自己盘子里的食物。Dietway’sdifferent•Westerncatering,foodandwinealthoughisveryimportant,butinfactitisasafoil.Thecoreofthepartyiscompanionship,throughwiththeneighbourconversationbetween,achievethepurposeofcompanionship.西方的餐饮,食品和酒虽然很重要,但实际上那是作为陪衬。聚会的核心是友谊,通过与邻居之间的交谈,达到你的目的。Dietway’sdifferent•InChina,peoplesattogether,sharingameal.thisiscreatingaformfromunity,manners,andwerefunatmosphere.Peopledrinkatoasttothegoodthingsinfront,reflecttherespectandfriendshipbetweenotherpeople.在中国,人们坐在一起,共享一顿饭。这创造了一种统一、有礼貌的形式,一种有趣的气氛。人们为了面前美好的事物举杯,体现了相互尊重,和其他人之间的友谊。Tableetiquettedifference•Thetablemannersinwesterncountriesaredifferentfromthatineastencountries.Ifwedon’tpaymoreattentiontothat,wemaymakefunofothers.西方国家的餐桌礼仪与在东方国家不同。如果我们不注意,我们可能会被别人取笑。TheusagesoftablewaresWestern:knives,forks,spoons,plates,glasses,saucers,napkinsandsoon.Theforkisontheleftandtheknifeisontheright.餐具的用法西方:刀,叉,勺,盘,杯,碟,巾等。叉子放在左边,刀字在右边。Theusagesoftablewares•China:chopsticks,smalldishes,spoonsandbowls.TheordersofservingdishesWestern:1.Theappetizer2.Thesoups(broth,creamsoupandvegetablesoup)3.Thesidedish4.Themaincourse(fish,pork,beef,mutton,chickenandsoon)5.Vegetablessalad6.Desserts(pudding,cream,icecreamandsoon)7.Drinks(coffeeandtea)西方:1。开胃品2.汤(肉汤,奶油稀汤和蔬菜汤)3.附加菜4.主食(鱼,猪肉,牛排,羊肉,鸡肉之类的)5.水果沙拉6。餐后甜点(布丁,奶油,冰激凌之类的)7.饮料(咖啡和茶)Theordersofservingdishes•China:Inchina,colddishes,drinksandbeerarefirstserved,thenthehotdishesandstaplefoodfollowed,atlastsweetmeatandfruitareprovided.在中国,凉菜,饮料和啤酒先上,然后是热菜和主食,最后提供甜食和水果。
