昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段盾构过人民路站站施工方案编制:审核:审批:中国中铁二局股份有限公司昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段项目经理部二○一二年十月昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段人民路站盾构过站施工方案中铁二局股份有限公司1目录1.编制说明及依据···································································21.1.编制依据········································································21.2.方案适用范围··································································22.工程概况············································································22.1.工程位置及结构概况·························································23.过站前期准备······································································33.1.盾构进洞前期准备工作······················································33.1.1.洞门超前探孔施工···················································33.1.2.洞门凿除·······························································33.1.3.洞门复测·······························································43.1.4.接收托架安装与固定················································43.1.5.帘布板安装····························································53.1.6.弧形钢板安装·························································53.2.盾构过站材料设备及人员准备·············································63.3.盾构过站工期排布····························································74.过站施工方案······································································84.1.右线过站施工方案····························································84.1.1.总体施工步骤·························································84.1.2.施工工序·······························································84.2.左线过站施工方案···························································154.2.1.总体施工步骤························································154.2.2.施工工序······························································155.盾构机维修保养··································································206.施工安全技术保证措施·························································226.1.安全技术要点·································································226.2.安全保证措施·································································22昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段人民路站盾构过站施工方案中铁二局股份有限公司21.编制说明及依据1.1.编制依据《人民路站主体结构施工图》罗宾斯盾构机结构图纸《临时用电规范》JGJ46-20051.2.方案适用范围本方案只适用于人民路站盾构过站施工。2.工程概况2.1.工程位置及结构概况人民路站位于北京路与人民路交叉路口,为地下两层半盖挖岛式车站,车站北端头井长13m,净宽22.2m,负二层净空高8.1m,中板下翻梁下净空高度7.4m,车站全长192.5m,目前车站已封闭完成,除南北端头开口为车站北端头为圆通街站~人民路站盾构接收井,北端头井结构如下图所示。昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段人民路站盾构过站施工方案中铁二局股份有限公司3南端头井为人民路站~文化宫站区间始发井,南端头井长13m,净宽22.4m,负二层净空高8.1m,中板下翻梁下净空高度7.4m,端头井结构如下图所示。3.过站前期准备3.1.盾构进洞前期准备工作为确保盾构机顺利进洞,在进洞前做好前期准备工作,具体准备工作如下:3.1.1.洞门超前探孔施工为确保盾构进洞安全,提前做好进洞安全准备工作,在端头井加固及降水井施工(详见《端头井降水施工方案》)完成后,在盾构进洞前15天先在洞门下侧施工2个超前探孔,查看探孔涌水涌砂情况,再根据洞门探孔情况确定是否增加降水井及做好其他进洞安全准备。在盾构机到达加固区域前,再施工另外2个探孔观察涌水情况。3.1.2.洞门凿除昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段人民路站盾构过站施工方案中铁二局股份有限公司4在盾构进站前7~10d安排工人对连续墙砼进行凿除,凿除前先进行安全技术交底,施工过程严格按照交底执行。具体凿除详见《洞门凿除施工方案》,不再赘述。3.1.3.洞门复测盾构到达前,项目部测量组需对洞门轴线进行复测,并根据洞门复测结果,对相关人员进行参数技术交底,进洞时姿态按照交底要求进行掘进。3.1.4.接收托架安装与固定隧道贯通前,迅速清除洞口的碴土,然后开始安装接收托架。接收托架直接放在车站底板预先制作的横梁上,并由测量组根据设计轴线准确定位接收托架位置,做好轴线与标高控制。接收托架定位时,要严格控制托架的中线与盾构机上托架之前的姿态与趋势相匹配,托架轴线与盾构机轴线之间的夹角不大于1.5‰,托架最好比盾构机的底部低1~2cm,主要是保证盾构机刀盘顺利上到托架,本区间贯通车站为半盖挖车站,左线盾构机到达后将平移到右线拆机后再吊起实现站外过站。昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段人民路站盾构过站施工方案中铁二局股份有限公司53.1.5.帘布板安装在洞门圈安装帘布橡胶板,并用钢丝拉紧,主要用途为:由于洞门与盾构(或衬砌)存在建筑空隙,盾构进洞时易造成水土流失,须在洞门口安装进洞止水装置。进洞止水装置包括帘布橡胶板、扇形圆环板、连接螺栓、螺母和垫圈、钢丝绳。3.1.6.弧形钢板安装弧形钢板采用5mm厚钢板制作,宽400mm、内弧长1000mm,内弧昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段人民路站盾构过站施工方案中铁二局股份有限公司6面直径2750mm,共计加工17块,其中4块焊球阀,如下图所示:3.2.盾构过站材料设备及人员准备盾构过站涉及大量材料及小型机械设备,为提前做好施工准备,需要准备如下材料及机具设备。表1需准备材料及机具设备数量表序号材料名称及规格单位数量需要时间1接收托架套22反力架套23基准环环24200T千斤顶个45100T千斤顶个26液压泵站套2710T千斤顶个285T千斤顶个49电动葫芦个210手拉葫芦个411洞门压板块1201230mm钢板m2181320mm钢板m27214600×600格构柱m3615300工字钢m3616530钢管m5517300钢管m6018电焊机台619氧气乙炔套6昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段人民路站盾构过站施工方案中铁二局股份有限公司720气刨焊机套421常用小型工具套3表2人员配置表序号专业名称单位数量需要时间1值班领导名22焊工名83电工名44机修工名65土木工程师名26电气工程师名37班组长名48工人名80合计名1093.3.盾构过站工期安排根据目前施工情况,结合整体施工工期,对人民路站盾构过站进行工期排布,以右线盾构机为例过站工期排布如下表所示。昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段人民路站盾构过站施工方案中铁二局股份有限公司84.过站施工方案4.1.右线过站施工方案4.1.1.总体施工步骤总体施工步骤:接收托架安装→洞门凿除→盾构机到达掘进→接收渣土清理→洞门注浆→刀盘拆除→盾体牛腿焊接→托架抽离→盾尾拆除→平台拆除→螺旋输送机拆除→B、C环整体拆除→转场→搭设端头井平台→铺设站内轨道→车架过站→盾体组装→(端头井横梁凿除)→盾体平移→盾体下降→盾体抬升→盾体平移→二次始发调试。4.1.2.施工工序接收托架安装、洞门凿除、到达掘进、洞门注浆等相关内容详见《圆通街站~人民路站区间盾构进站施工方案》。1、牛腿焊接当盾体进入端头井托架上指定位置后,开始焊接牛腿,牛腿采用3cm钢板焊接而成,总共分四个牛腿,焊接时避开盾体连接焊缝位置,下部焊接两个50角钢设置卡槽,用于千斤顶固定,千斤顶底部通过螺栓连接2cm钢板,使用时将钢板卡入槽钢内,具体设计如下图所示。昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段人民路站盾构过站施工方案中铁二局股份有限公司9昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段人民路站盾构过站施工方案中铁二局股份有限公司10图牛腿布置实体图2、托架抽离当牛腿焊接完成后,采用4个200T液压千斤顶将盾体上顶,同时用葫芦将托架抽离,收回千斤顶,把盾体放于支撑梁上,为下步盾体解体进行准备。3、盾体拆除盾体拆除分三部分进行,采用气刨焊机将A、B环与C、D环之间焊缝由外往内进行割除,割除完成后,将盾体分为A环、BC环、D环三部分,并通过端头井500T汽车吊分别依次进行吊装,并将盾体通过场外转运至人民路站南端头井,进行盾体组装。4、车架过站当盾体整体完成吊装后,开始搭设端头井平台,平台用槽钢进行昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段人民路站盾构过站施工方案中铁二局股份有限公司11搭设,搭设如下图所示,搭设完成后,在西侧铺设站内轨道。然后通过两辆电瓶车牵引实现后配套车架站内过站。5、盾体平移根据本标段目前施工进度计划,右线盾体在南端头组装完成后,需通过平移转至左线进行人民路站~文化宫站左线隧道掘进施工,故需要对盾体进行平移,具体平移过程分述如下:端头井原先施作三道横梁用于盾体组装,但端头井Zl2-1(800×1100)为下翻梁,导致该位置净空无法满足盾构平移要求,需对该部位横梁进行凿除,凿除高度为40cm,宽度为9.6m。具体平移顺序如下:第一步:凿除北端头井三道过站横梁,凿除高度为400mm,长度9600mm。昆明市地铁首期工程土建施工十二标段人民路站盾构过站施工方案中铁二局股份有限公司12第二步:采用600X600格构柱对凿除部位进行搭设平台,顶部与梁面平齐,通过焊接在托架东侧的2个100T液压千斤顶,用300钢筒作为传力支撑于侧墙上,利用千斤顶伸缩反复前顶将盾体平移至下翻梁边。第三步:利用焊接在盾体两侧的
