UrbanLifeorRuralLifeUrbanlifeorrurallife,whichoneisbetter,it’sreallyhardtosay.Differentpeoplecanmakedifferentchoice,forbothofthemhavetheirownadvantagesandshortcomings.Manyfamiliesandindividualsfindthemselves,atleastatsomepoint,questioningtheadvantagesofruralversusurbanlife.Qualityoflifeisoneofthecentralissuestoconsiderinanycomparisonbetweenruralversusurbanliving.Whileacasecanbemadeforeitherlocationasbeingthebestplacetolive,itisworthwhiletoconsiderhowthesetwooptions,ruralversusurban,aresimilaranddifferent.Sosomepeoplelikelivinginthecitybecausecitylifehasmanyadvantages.Theythinktherearemorejobopportunitiesincities,lifethereismorecolorfulandmeaningfulthanthatinthecountry,andtherearemoremodernconveniencesincitiesforpeopletoenjoy.Butsomepeopleprefertoliveinthecountryside.Theysaylifeinthecountrysideisclosertonatureandbetterfortheirhealth,lifethereisquieterandthatcountrypeoplearemorehonestthancitypeople.Importantfactorssuchasthecapacitytomakegeneralchoices,diversity,health,andemploymentconcernsallinfluencebothsidesofthecomparisonandalthougheachbothruralandurbanlivingoffergreatbenefits,theybothhaveaseeminglyequalnumberofdrawbacks.Ruralandurbanareasaregenerallysimilarintermsofhumaninteractionbutdiffermostwidelywhendiversityandchoiceareissues.Nowadays,citiesarebecominglargerandlarger.Thepaceofmodernurbanlifeisbecomingfasterandfaster.It’snodoubtthaturbanlifehasmanyadvantages.Thereareanumberofpositiveaswellasnegativefactorsthatcontributetheoverallqualityoflifeinurbancentersandifthereisanygeneralstatementtobemadeabouturbanliving,itisthatthereisagreatdealofdiversityandchoice.Inurbanareas,therearemanymorechoicespeoplecanmakeaboutanumberofaspectsoftheirdailylives.Therearesomanygoodstosatisfypeople’smaterialneeds.Inthecitymanysupermarketsinwhichlargenumbersofmerchandisesarearrangedcanbeshopped,and,forbusinessprofitsinsuchcompetitivecircumstance,merchandisersofthesesupermarketsinvariablyusetheirskillandputdiscountpoliciestoattractconsumer'sattention.Forinstance,inurbanareas,oneismorelikelytobeabletofindmanydifferenttypesoffoodandthiscouldleadtooverallgreaterhealthsincetherecouldbeagreaterdiversityindiet.Citiesprovideagreatdealofconveniencestocitizen.So,moreandmorepeoplehavebeenattractedintocities,crowdedinthelimitedspaceandarea,whichresultedintrafficjam,pollutedair,andfuriouscompetitions.Youmustpaylargesumsofmoneyforyourclothes,food,housing,children’seducation,entertainmentandetc.Inaddition,thoseinurbanareasenjoytheopportunitytotakeinanynumberofculturalorsocialeventsastheyhavealargelisttochoosefrom.Thereareabundantentertainment’splacestoanswerpeople’sspiritualneeds.Therearealotoftheaters,cinemas,parks,popbars,andKTVinrecentlyyears,ispopularwithyoungpeople.Asaresulttheyhavetheopportunitytobemoreculturedandaremorelikelytoencounterthosefromotherclass,cultural,andethnicgroups.Parentshaveanumberofchoicesavailablefortheeducationoftheirchildrenandcanoftenselectfromalonglistofbothpublicandprivateschooldistricts,whichleadstothepotentialforbettereducation.Apartfromthat,Therearebetterschoolforchildrentostudyin,betterhospitalwithadvancedequipmentandprofessionaldoctors,convenientshoppingcenterstobuygoods,variouskindsofentertainmenttorelax,effectivetransportationandtrafficsystem,accessestoabundantinformationtoknowwhat’sgoingonindomesticoroverseas.Especiallyforyoungpeople,theycanhavemoreopportunitiestofulfilltheirdreams,earnmoremoneyandexperiencethecolorfullifeinthecity.Itisalsoworthnotingthaturbanareasofferresidentsthepossibilitytochoosefromarangeofemploymentoptionsatanynumberofcompaniesororganizations.Asidefromthis,urbaniteshavebetteraccesstochoicesinhealthcareaswellandiftheysufferfromdiseasestheyhaveanumberofspecialiststochoosefromintheirarea.AccordingtoonestudyconductedinCanada,“ruralpopulationsshowpoorerhealththantheirurbancounterparts,bothintermsofgeneralhealthindicators(i.e.standardizedmortality,lifeexpectancyatbirth,infantmortality)andintermsoffactorssuchasmotorvehicleaccidentsandbeingoverweight”.Urbanlifebringsadvantages,alsobringsthehighpressurebythesametime.Underthehighpressure,peopleareinanunhealthycondition.Theybecomeindifferenttoother’sfeelings,anxiousandnervousaboutjob,insomniaatnight,havingnointerestineverything.Thiscouldbetheresultoflessrelianceonvehiclesinurbanareasaswellasgreateremphasisonwalking.Despitetheconclusionsfromthisstudy,however,thereareanumberofdrawbackstourbanlivingaswell.Althoughthelifeexpectancyincitiesmaybehigher,pollution(noiseandatmospheric)isanissuethatcouldimpacttheoverallqualityoflife.Inadditiontothis,overpopulationconcernscanalsocontributetoadecreaseinthestandardofliving.Inaword,inthecity,wecanfullfeelthemodernlifestylethatismostpeoplepursued.Comparedwiththeurbanlife,countrylifeisquieter,slowandpeaceful,whichisdifferentfromthecity’snoiseandcrowd.Therearebluesky,whiteclouds,greentrees,babblingbrook,singingbirds.Wanderingthroughthefarmlandorlyingonthemeadow,withenjoyingthefreshair,it’seasytocalmdownandthinkabouttheessenceofthelife.Livinginthecountry,thedesireofcreaturecomfortwillreduce.Thecountrydwelle
