XXX市XXXXX有限公司(X0X0-X0XX)VX.0基于物联网的港口物流实训室方案(N-Lab2011003)――服务客户提升价值目录一概述··············································································································3二设计图··········································································································10X平面布局图··································································································10X部分设备效果图·····························································································12三方案说明·······································································································13X设计思路·····································································································13X方案特色·····································································································13X建设要求·····································································································14X实训课程······································································································15四实训室设备清单······························································································17A集装箱装卸岸吊机··························································································17B集装箱装卸门座起重机····················································································18C集装箱堆场龙门吊起重机·················································································20D散货码头区··································································································21E堆场模拟区···································································································25F其它············································································································27G配套软件及相关资料·······················································································28五公司简介·················································································错误!未定义书签。(一)公司简介··········································································错误!未定义书签。(二)公司优势··········································································错误!未定义书签。(三)产品专利··········································································错误!未定义书签。(四)获奖证书··········································································错误!未定义书签。(五)成功案例··········································································错误!未定义书签。一概述X技术先进性本港口码头实训室旨在通过软件与硬件的集成实现对港口、码头、集装箱堆场全方面运作的真实模拟。从而展现国际物流中码头、堆场、船舶、集装箱、海关、银行等到多个重要环节。其中港口中岸边吊、龙门吊、门座机等到设备技术具有国际行业的先进性和规范性,主要体现在以下几个方面:X.X港口设备的先进性在所有港口设备中我们均采用国际通过标准和企业级的标准来定制,并运用物流行业内领先的物流技术与设备;来完成港口设备实训的基本要求。X.X港口软件的先进性在港口软件的设计上符合国际物流公司的规范,采用Java语言为主开发整个物流信息化平台、使产品可以跨不同的平台、可以跨地区使用;产品中用到了工作流、可视化监控、三维空间、自动调整等先进的物流信息化技术来满足物流教学的需要;所以产品都是以实际港口企业的数据为模拟操作以及岗位的划分来现实的。该港口软件与港口硬件可以无缝链接并可提供二次开发平台供使用方使用。X.X大大提高促进学生实践动手能力及教学质量为了更好地发展港口管理学院的港口业务管理专业与物流管理专业,做好这两个专业的专业建设、课程改革与实验实训工作,满足高职高专的教学要求,港口管理学院在建设完成“数字化国际物流和港口业务管理综合软件模拟实训室”的基础上,建议学院进入港口综合实训中心的建设。X、可提高学生的实践能力和应知应会能力本工程项目建设的先进性和综合性,使学生能够在高仿真(全真演练)的条件下,学习并掌握本专业及相关专业所对应的企业岗位的技能要求,使每个学生就业有技能。X、方便学生参加职业技能学习和考试既可以掌握专业的相关业务知识,及时把握行业发展的新动向,还将大大方便学生参加统一职业技能资格考试。X.X面向社会提供服务的能力本工程项目不仅可满足贵院港航类、工商管理类,经贸类,物流类,电子商务类,连锁经营类等专业学生实践教学的需求,而且也可为其他学校类似专业的师生提供实训实践活动,还可以为广大中小企业提供咨询、培训、策划、考证等方面的服务。X、可实现校际之间的资源共享和合作由于港航类、工商管理类,经贸类,物流类,电子商务类,连锁经营类等专业操作性强,对实训室的要求比较高,而目前许多高校仍未系统建设这方面的实训室,各校实训基本上处于一种局域网内各自为战的分散状态,离网络化、远程化、协同化实训的要求差距甚远。本工程项目建设在完善校内网站的基础上,向校外延伸,发展校际专业教学、实训的合作关系,建立区域性的实训教学网站,拓展远程教育,发挥示范效应,实现教学资源共享。X、可为企业提供人力资源培训企业在人才市场上难以获取企业所需相关专业人才时,将更多地依赖专业机构提供的内部培训。因此,学院可以利用雄厚的师资力量和本项目工程建设优良环境,为企业开展培训、提供项目管理的咨询服务甚至是承担一些项目实施的合作任务,特别是港口类大型实训室是港航类、今后发展的重点。X.X多专业实训基地资源共享X、实训基地建好投入使用后可向港航专业的学生提供模拟和仿真训练,具体的专业有国际贸易、报关与国际货运、港口与运输、商务管理以及自动化、机电、机械等理工科。X、建好后的港口实训基地加强同省内外高等院校、校外实习基地以及政府的商贸、劳动、人事等政府主管部门和营销、物流、会计、旅游行业协会的联系,以便及时了解相关政策的最新动态和有关用人单位的需求动态,使整个实训基地充分发挥资源共享、服务社会化的功能。X、可以充分利用地缘优势向周边高校的港航类、工商管理类,经贸类,物流类,电子商务类,连锁经营类等专业的学生开放实训基地资源,实现共享。X、实训基地建设可“以产促学”,促进专业建设的进一步完善。也可通过示范作用接待全省乃至全国兄弟院校来参观考察,提高学校的影响力与号召力X安全可靠性本港口实训室解决方案以通用的、相对标准的、先进的物流业务流程为核心,结合港口中先进的设备与技术等硬件和软件技术,以流程性的活动为模拟或学习的核心,让学生在实际场所完成一系列港口实训操作,从而得到全方位的训练。根据我们的理解,港口实训中心是为学生提供一个完整的、现代化的、柔性化、面向多专业的共用实训平台。它包括真实的、模块化的、多种机械设备、可以灵活控制的电气自动化设备以及当前最先进的单元化的搬运设备等,通过工业控制网络(现场总线)以及上层管理网络实现上下层信息的互控和互连,完成从真实的物理器件到上层面向多专业的管理实训研发环境。我们认为,利用我公司的实际建设经验和技术实力,结合学校各种专业功能要求,不仅可以使本项目建设成为国内实训设施的典范,而且还可使我公司现在及未来的产品实现飞跃。当然,在设备在运行过程中我们会将以下安全的问题降低为零。A、施工过程中,实施人员和技术总监将在施工之前提供一套完善的施工方案,并交于学校,与学校实训设备人员进行方案的商定与确认。当施工人员到达现场后,完全按照方案来操作执行。B、场地布置过程中,对于用电安全、布线均严格按照国家标准执行。同时,对于实施设计图稿也严格按照学校及行业的标准操作规范来执行,所有设备产品均符合ISO900X国际标准质量管理体系认证,软件产品均符合软件开发操作CMMX的标准体系。C、在设备搬运过程中,实施人员及技术总监严格按照设备搬运操作规范来执行,责任到人,目标到位。D、同时,在设备的操作过程中,为了便于实训室管理员、老师及学生更规范操作设备,企业将提供一套完整的安全操作手册及实训室操作指南。同时,在整个实训室操作过程中,将有专业的技术人员进行现场培训及指导,尤其是对于安全隐患及操作规范的培训。另外,会不定期安排售后服务工作人员对学校设备进行调查及指导。E、最后,在设备正常运行过程中,企业将定期与不定期安排人员上门进行设备检查,如检查机电设备运行情况、检查机电设备表面、作业区现场并作清理,同时,检查现场通讯网络线路状态、检测服务器、工作站与各相关设备的管理控制功能、检查及调试校正系统设备。另外,会随时与用户保持沟通,询问用户关于系统的使用情况并作书面记录,解答并处理用户提出的问题。X总体设计性该项目硬件主要包括以下几个部分:岸吊、桥吊、门座机、轨道式吊车、电磁掉距等;港口码头数字化管理软件。该项目硬件主要包括以下几个部分:港口码头数字化管理软件、国际物流实训平台等。本项目旨在通过港口软件与硬件的集成实
