Chapter4：Passengerrescue第四章困人解救SECTION1：ApplicationDiagram第一节：困人解救流程RecommendedApplicationofThePassengerRescueProcedures建议使用的乘客救援程序PassengerRescueConditions乘客困梯情形Thereare4basicscenarioswhichcoverallpassengerrescueconditions基本上有四种情形Issues-Needtodefine“Easy”RescuePosition-Move-ablehasonemeaningtoaporterandanother#Cause原因CarPosition轿厢位置CarState轿厢状况Load负载1PowerFailureEquipmentFailure电源故障设备故障“Easy”RescuePosition“容易”救援位置XX2PowerFailureEquipmentFailure电源故障设备故障“Non-Easy”RescuePosition“不容易”救援位置Move-able可移动Un-balanced不平衡的3PowerFailureEquipmentFailure电源故障设备故障“Non-Easy”RescuePosition“不容易”救援位置Move-able可移动Balanced平衡的4PowerFailureEquipmentFailure电源故障设备故障“Non-Easy”RescuePosition“不容易”救援位置NotMoveable不可移动Xtothemechanic问题-需要确定“容易”救援位置-可移动对于救援人员和机械技工有不同的意思Definitions定义Carisinan“Easy”rescuepositionwhen?.(Forboththemechanicandtheporter)何时轿厢处于“容易”救援的位置。(对于OTIS机械技工和普通救援人员两者来说)Determinedonsite,basedontheagilityofthepassengers在现场根据乘客的活动能力而决定–Carfloorisaslowas1.5mbelowlandinglevel轿厢地板低于楼层1.5米处–Asmuchas.85mabovethelandinglevel高于楼层0.85米处–Theportershouldnotreleasepassengerswithagapbetweenthelandingandthebottomofthecartoeguard救援人员不可在楼层和轿厢护脚板底部之间存在间隙的情况下营救乘客“Move-able”“可移动”Porter:TheLEDintheE&Ipanellabeled“conspeed”isnotflashing普通救援人员:在E&I板里标着“conspeed”的LED不闪-Mechanic:Onsitedetermination,eveniftheLEDisilluminatedOtis机械技工:根据现场情况决定，即使LED是亮着的PorterRescueDecisionFlow释放乘客流程图OtisMechanicRescueOtis技工救援程序情形4情形3致电OTISThecardidnotmove.Thereiseitherabalancedloadinthecar,orthereisafailureinthesystemthatpreventsthecarfrommoving轿厢不能移动。轿厢里有平衡的负载，或是系统故障导致轿厢不能移动。Proceduresthemechanichastousetoresolvethesituation:维修人员可以使用以下程序解决问题:BatteryReplacement更换电池BalancedLoadRescue平衡负载时的解救ERORescueERO救援BrakeCoilFailureRescue抱闸线圈故障救援RescuewithanOpeningundertheCar在轿厢下面开口营救ExtraordinaryRescue特别营救SECTION2：Porter第二节断电解救Introduction：Thisdocumentwillgiveguidanceonwhenorhowtorescuepassengers(nobuildingpower).简介:本节说明具体营救时机，并指导救援者如何营救乘客（建筑物无电源时）。TASK#营救步骤：1.Communicatewithpassengers.与被困乘客取得联系。1)Tellthepassengers“donotopenthedoors”untiltheyareinstructedtodoSo.告知乘客“在没有得到允许之前请不要打开电梯门”。.2)Tellthepassengersthatduringtherescue,theelevatorwillstartandstopseveraltimes.告知乘客“在救援过程中，电梯将会有多次启动和停车。”2.Checkthecarlevelbyopeningalandingdoorasmallamountwiththedoorkeyandnotinghowfarthecarisaboveorbelowthelanding.用厅门匙打开少许厅门，查看轿厢平层情况，并记住轿厢高出或低于平层位置多少。3.Ifthereisnogapbetweenthecartoeguardandthelanding–rescuepassengers.Ifthecardoorscannotopen,manuallyoperatetheevacuationdeterrentonthecardoor.假如轿厢护脚板下方与楼层之间没有空隙，则救出乘客。假如不能打开轿厢门，则手动去除轿门上的防开门阻抗。4.IFthereisagapinformthepassengersthatyouaregoingtomovethecar.Communicatetonottrytoopenthedoors.假如轿箱护脚板下方与楼层之间存有空隙，则通知乘客你要操控电梯移动。并要求他们不要试图打开电梯门。5.GotoE&Ipanel去到E&I操控板处。6.RemovePower断电。Makesurepowercannotbeturnedonaccidentally.确保电源不会被意外接通7.If“Conspeed”indicatorisflashing,callforservice假如“Conspeed”指示灯闪亮，则致电OTIS召修服务。8.Turnemergencyrescuekeytothe“onposition”.Thekeymustbeheldintheonpositionfortherescuefeaturetowork.把紧急救援锁匙转至“onposition”（开位置）。锁匙必须保持在“onposition”（开位置），救援功能才能有效执行。.9.PressEmergencyBrakereleasebutton,Speedindicatorwillshowmovement.按抱闸紧急释放按钮，速度指示器将显示电梯移动。10.Ifthebuzzersoundsandspeedindicatorshowsmaximumspeed,stoprescueandcallforservice假如蜂鸣器鸣响，并且速度指示显示为最大速度，则停止救援并致电OTIS召修服务。11.HoldbuttonuntilyouseetheDZIindicatorilluminate.Ifliftdoesnotmove,callforservice.按住按钮直到DZI（门区）指示灯亮起。假如电梯不动，则致电OTIS召修服务。Theemergencykeyandbuttonmustbeactivatedatthesametimeforthefeaturetowork.紧急锁匙和抱闸释放按钮必须同时被开启，救援操作功能才会有效。12.Gotolandingwhereliftissituatedandunlockthedoorsutilizingtheunlockingdevice.到达电梯停靠的楼层，用厅门锁匙打开电梯门。13.Opendoorsfullyandrescuepassengers.将门完全打开，救出乘客。.SECTION3：balancedload第三节平衡负载时的解救Introduction:ThisdocumentwillgiveguidanceonhowOtispersonnelwillrescuepassengerswhenthecarisbalanced.Theassumptionisthattheelevatorisinapositionwherethepassengerscannotberemoved.简介：本文指导奥的斯员工当轿箱处于平衡负载时如何营救乘客。此时电梯停于乘客无法救出的位置。TASK#营救步骤：1.Communicatewithpassengers.Determine:与被困乘客取得联系。确认：1)Locationoflift轿厢位置。2)Numberofpassengers被困乘客人数。3)Tellthe“passengersdonotopenthedoors”untiltheyareinstructedtodoso.告知乘客：在没有得到允许之前请不要打开轿门。4)Directionthattheliftwasgoingbeforefailure.发生故障前，电梯的运行方向。Inaddition,stayinconstantcommunicationwithtrappedpassengersduringtherescueoperation.另外，在救援操作过程中，随时与被困乘客保持联系。2.RemovePower断电，锁闭电源并加警示3.Gotolandingwheretheliftissituatedandunlockthedoorsutilizingtheunlockingdevice.走到电梯所停的楼层，利用厅门锁匙打开厅门。4.Weightwillhavetobeaddedtothelifttoovercomethebalanceload.Therefore,determineifitisbesttoaddweighttothecartoporinsidethelift.必须在轿厢上加重砣来克服平衡负载。因此，需确认重砣应加在轿顶为好，还是加在轿厢内为好。Approximately50kgwillhavetobeadde大约必须加装50公斤重砣。5.OnceweightisaddedperformtherescueprocedureutilizingtherescuedeviceintheE&Ipanel.一旦达到了可执行解救的重量，则利用E&I操控板上的救援装置执行救援行动。“Porter”RescueprocedureinE&IpanelE&I操控板上的“Porter(救援者)”救援程序。SECTION4：brakecoilfailure第六节制动器线圈故障时的解救Introduction:ThisdocumentwillgiveguidanceonhowOtispersonnelwillrescuepassengerswhenthebrakecoilhasfailed.Theassumptionisthattheelevatorisinapositionwherethepassengerscannotberemoved.Thisprocedureisalsoapplicabletoraisingthecaronabrakecoilfailureandtherearenotrappedpass
