IamproudofChinaIcomefromChina,abeautifulcountryintheeastofAsia.IamproudtobeaChinese.Chinaisanoldcityofabout5000yearsold.Ithasalonghistoryandalargepopulation.Well,afewyearslater,Ithinkthepopulationwillbelargerthannow.ThecapitalofChinaisBeijing.Itisagreatcitytoo.Peoplethereareallkindandfriendly,andeveryoneishelpful.Ifyouhaveanydifficultproblems,theyhelpyouintime.Chinahas34provinces,eachprovincehasitsownfeature.Forexample:BeijingisfamousfortheForbiddenCityandtheGreatWall,HenanprovinceisfamousfortheShaolinTemple,HangzhouisfamousforChineseteaandsilks.ManyfamouspeopleisfromChina,suchas:MeiLanfang,QiBaishi,LiuXiangandsoon.In1896,aBritishwroteonanewspaper,hesaid:Chineseare“SickmanofEastAsia”.In1972,afamousmoviestar--BruceLeeshowedhisChineseKongfuinhisfilms.Hesaid:Chinesearenot“SickmanofEastAsia”.Ittellthepeople,wearestrong,andIamproudofbeingpatrioticjustlikeBruceLee.In2008,the28thOlympicheldinBeijing.AllChinesewereexcited!Duringthistime,wehavemanyvolunteersindifferentplacesinChina.Weshowedourfriendlyandkindtoforeignfriends.Thisyear,2015,therewasabigthinghappened.Beijing’ssuccessfulwonthebiddingtoholdOlympicGamein2022!AllChinesewereboiling!That’ssounbelievable!Iamproud,becauseBeijingisthefirstcitywhichholdbothsummerandwinterOlympics!Howpleasureisit!IamproudofChina,IamgladtobeaChinese!
