HarmonybetweenmanandnatureBuildingasocialistharmonioussociety,notonlytocorrectlyhandletherelationshipsbetweenpeople,butalsotocorrectlyhandletherelationshipbetweenmanandnature,manandnatureinharmony.Harmonybetweenmanandnature,istheproduction,affluentlifeandsoundecologicalenvironment.Developmentofproductionisthewell-offbasisandprerequisiteforthedevelopmentofproduction,anaffluentlifeisthemotivationandgoals,soundecologicalenvironmentisthedevelopmentofproductionandthewell-off,andmore.Harmonybetweenmanandnature,isnottoreturntothepast,peopleinthefaceofnegativesubmissivenature,nothingofthestate,buttogivefullplaytopeople'sinitiative,furtheremancipateanddevelopproductiveforces,whilechangesindevelopment,minimizenaturaldestructionof,production,affluentlifeandsoundecologicalenvironmentofunity.Therapiddevelopmentofmodernscienceandtechnologygreatlyenhancesthehumanabilitytotransformanduseofnatural,buthumanunderstandingofnatureisstillquitelimited,andinallareasofnaturalsciencetherearestillmanyproblemsneedtobeexplored.Onlycontinuetodeepenandexpandtheunderstandingofnature,discoverandgrasptheobjectivelawstoguidepractice,inordertocorrectlyhandletherelationshipbetweenmanandnature,forharmoniouscoexistencebetweenmanandnaturetocreatefavorableconditions.Humanbeingsinordertosurviveanddevelop,withinacertainrangeisboundtotransformnature,butthetransformationofscientificandunscientificdistinction.Scienceastheguide,conscientiouslyfollowtheobjectivelaw,wecantransformthenatureofscience,withinacertainrangeofnaturalandbettermeethumanneeds;thecontrary,donotpayattentiontoscience,inviolationofobjectivelaws,blindtotransformnature,resultsareoftennotworththecandle,orevencounterproductive.Inacertainhistoricalperiod,thelevelofscienceandtechnologyandotherconditions,peoplewillinevitablytransformthenatureoftheactivitiesofsomeunknown,therefore,wemustmakeboldexplorations,butalsobecareful,strivetoreduceblindness.Therearerationalandirrationaluseofnaturaldistinction.Rationaluseofnaturallawisinaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheobjective,asmuchaspossibletoreduceconsumption,increaseefficiency,reducedamageandcontamination;irrationaluseofnaturallawareofteninviolationofobjective,highconsumption,lowefficiency,wreck.Inreality,irrationaluseofnaturalphenomenaarenotuncommon.Forexample,someminesLuancailanwa,payattentiontosafety;someforestdeforestation,cultivationandconservationofforestsdonotpayattention;someplacesoccupylandfreely,resultinginalargenumberofidleandwaste,andsoon.Inthetraditionaleconomy,theresourcesofasingleuseanddisposableconsumption,allwithacertaindegreeofirrationality.Therefore,wemustvigorouslydevelopthecirculareconomy,asmuchaspossiblerecyclingofresources,utilizationandsafeandcleanproduction.Onlybyconstantlyimprovingtheuseofnaturalrationalityinordertoachieveharmonybetweenmanandnature.Itisinevitabletransformationandutilizationofnaturalcausessomedamage,evenifthetransformationofscientificandrationaluseofnatural,cannotdozerodamage.Ifonlyunderstanding,transformationandutilizationofnatural,naturaltoobtain,withoutattentiontotheeffectiveprotectionofnature,thencontinuethedestructionofthenaturaldevelopmentofproductiveforcestoacertainlevelwillstagnateorevencollapse.Therefore,theneedtoprotectnature,sothatdamagecanwithstandnomorethanthenaturallevel,andnaturallyassoonaspossibletohelprepairthehumandamagesuffered.Protectionofthenaturalfactofhumansocietyistoprotectthemostbasicproductionandlivingconditions,andultimatelytoprotecthumanbeings.Modernsociety'sabilitytoprotectthenaturalmanisgraduallyincreased,includingenvironmentalmonitoringcapabilities,maintenanceandrepaircapacityoftheecologicalbalance,biodiversityandkeyecologicalprotectionareaoftheoriginal,cleanproduction,pollutionpreventionandcontrolcapability.Thisisthedevelopmentofproductiveforcestoacertainlevelwillinevitablyproduceanewphysicalforce,isthemodernextensionsofsocialproductiveforces,improveandenhance.Conservationhasbecomeanimportantpartofdevelopingtheproductiveforces.Toachieveharmonybetweenmanandnature,wemustfirmlyestablishtheconceptofdevelopmentandprotectionisseriouslyputintopractice.
