系统控制说明:Systemcontrolinstruction1)联动起动顺序Theorderofstart夏季:Summer冷冻水泵——制冷机组——工艺冷却水泵——工艺设备Chilledwaterpump--chiller--processcoolingwaterpump--processequipment冬季:Winter冷却水泵——冷却塔——工艺冷却水泵——工艺设备Chilledwaterpump--chiller--processcoolingwaterpump--processequipment2)联动停止顺序Theorderofclose夏季:Summer工艺设备——制冷机——工艺冷却水泵——冷冻水泵processequipment--chiller--processcoolingwaterpump--chilledwaterpump冬季:Winter工艺设备——工艺冷却水泵——冷却塔——冷却水泵processequipment--processcoolingwaterpump--coolingtower--coolingwaterpump3)工艺冷却水板式换热器电动阀门控制Processcoolingwaterheatexchanger'selectricvalvecontrol每个板式换热器冷源端均设置电动二通调节阀门,并在工艺冷却水出水端设置温度传感器,通过温度传感器控制电动二通阀开度,确保出口温度在设定的范围内。当温度小于设定值时,逐渐关闭电动二通阀;当温度大于设定值时,逐渐开启电动二通阀,温度设定值为26+-1℃。Eachheatexchangercoldsourcesidearesetelectricvalve,andsetatemperaturesensorintheprocesscoolingwateroutletside,bythetemperaturesensortocontroltheelectricvalveopeningandclosing,makesuretheoutlettemperatureiswithinthesetrange.whenthetemperatureislowerthanthesetvalue,graduallycloseelectricvalve;whenthetemperatureishigherthanthesetvalue,andgraduallyopentheelectricvalve.thetemperaturesettingis26±1℃4)冷却塔的温控电动阀门控制Thecoolingtower'selectricvalvecontrol在冷却水供水主管上设置温度传感器并在供回水主管之间设置电动二通调节阀门,通过温度传感器控制冷却塔风扇启停和电动二通阀开度。Setthetemperaturesensorinthecoolingwatersupplymainpipeline,andsetelectricvalvebetweencoolingwatersupplyandreturnmainpipeline,bythetemperaturesensorcontrolsthecoolingtowerfanstarandstopandtheelectricvalveopeningorclosing.A、冷却塔风扇控制:当水温度低于12℃,冷却塔风机自动停止运行,当水温高于23℃时,冷却塔风机按顺序自动回复运行。A、Coolingtowerfancontrol:Whenthecoolingwatersupplytemperatureisbelow12℃,coolingtowerfanautomaticallystopsrunning,whenthewatertemperatureishigherthan23℃,coolingtowerfanautomaticrunning.B、电动二通阀控制:当水温降至10℃时,电动二通阀自动缓慢开启;当水温度达到20℃时,电动二通阀缓慢关闭。当水温达到22℃时,电动阀完全关闭。B、Electrictwo-wayvalvecontrol:Whenthetemperaturedroppedto10℃,electricvalvesautomaticallyopenslow;whenthewatertemperaturereaches20℃,electrictwo-wayvalveslowlyclosed.Whenthewatertemperaturereaches22℃,theelectricvalveisfullyclosed.5)工艺冷却水压力控制Processcoolingwater'spressurecontrol工艺冷却水系统为开式系统,在工艺冷却水供水主管上设置压力传感器,每台工艺冷却水泵均采用变频控制,通过压力传感器将实际值与设定值进行比较,并自动控制水泵变频器的频率,确保水泵出口压力在设定的范围内。每台水泵设置故障报警,备用水泵自动启动。在供回水主管之间设置电动二通调节阀和压差传感器,通过压差传感器将实际值与设定值进行比较,并自动控制电动二通调节阀开度,确保工艺冷却水供回水主管之间压差恒定。Processcoolingwatersystemfortheopensystem,setapressuresensorintheprocesscoolingwatermainpipe,eachprocesscoolingwaterpumpsareusedfrequencycontrol,themeasuredvaluestocomparewiththesetvaluebythepressuresensor,andautomaticallycontrolthepumpfrequencyconverterfrequency,makesurethepumpoutletpressurewithinasetrange.Setfailurealarmeachpump,standbypumpstartsautomatically.Setelectrictwo-wayvalveandapressuredifferencesensorbetweenthesupplyandreturnmainpipeline,bytheactualvalueofpressuredifferencesensorwiththesetvalue,andautomaticcontrolofelectrictwo-wayvalveopening,toensurethattheprocessofcoolingwatersupplyandreturnmainpipelinepressuredifferenceconstant.工艺冷却水末端差压控制电动阀控制Theprocesscoolingwaterdifferentialpressurecontrolinuser.工艺冷却水系统末端设置的差压控制电动二通调节阀门,受两侧压差控制,压差值设定在0.3~0.4Mpa。当压差小于0.3Mpa时候逐渐关闭电动二通阀门,当压差大于0.4Mpa时候逐渐开启电动二通阀门。水泵可以实现定期自动循环切换。Setelectrictwo-wayvalvewhichiscontrolbyprocesscoolingwateruser'sinletandoutletdifferentialpressure,pressuredifferencevalueissetby0.3~0.4Mpa.Whenthepressureislessthan0.3Mpagraduallyclosedtheelectrictwo-wayvalve,whenthepressureisgreaterthan0.4Mpagraduallyopentheelectrictwo-wayvalve.Thepumpscanregularcyclethroughautomatically.6)冷却水泵、冷冻水泵控制coolingwaterpumps,chilledwaterpumpcontrol冷却水泵、冷冻水泵都采用定频泵,每台水泵设置故障报警,备用水泵自动启动,水泵可以实现定期自动循环切换。Coolingwaterpumps,chilledwaterpumpsareusedfixed-frequencypump,eachpumpissetfailurealarm,thestandbypumpautomaticallystarts,thepumpscanregularcyclethroughautomatically.7)制冷机控制Chillercontrol制冷机自带调节控制系统,自动根据使用负荷调节主机负载。两台制冷机都设置故障报警,备用制冷机自动启动。使用主机故障后,备用主机自动启动,并发出信号到控制模块,自动(或手动)关闭非主要工艺设备,以确保主要工艺设备正常运行。Chillerscomeswithadjustablecontrolsystem,toautomaticallyadjusttheloadbasedontheuserload.Twochillersaresetfaultalarm,thestandbychillerstartautomatically.Afterusingthehostfails,thestandbychillerautomaticallystartsandsendssignalstothecontrolmodule,automatic(ormanual)shutdownnon-essentialprocessequipment,inordertoensurethemainprocessequipmentnormaloperation.8)工艺水箱控制Processwatertankcontrol工艺冷却水箱设计水位显示和低水位报警,当水位深度浅于1.3米时候,需要发出报警信号,人工检查故障。工艺水箱设置温度传感器,当温度大于27度时候发出报警。Processcoolingwatertankdesignandlowlevelalarmleveldisplay,whenthewaterleveldepthshallowerthan1.3m,theneedforanalarmsignal,humaninspectionfailures.Processwatertanksettemperaturesensor,whenthetemperaturehigherthan27degreesalarmsignal.9)工艺冷却水系统使用说明Processcoolingwatersysteminstructionsforuse工艺冷却水系统分为两种运行工况:夏季或室外气温高于20℃的过渡季节,使用制冷机为冷源,通过板式换热器与工艺冷却水换热,降低工艺冷却水温度;冬季或室外气温不大于20℃的过渡季节,使用冷却塔为冷源,通过板式换热器与工艺冷却水换热,降低工艺冷却水温度。Processcoolingwatersystemisdividedintotwooperatingconditions:Inthesummerorwhenoutdoortemperatureisabove20℃transitionalseason,usingthechillerascoldsource,throughaheatexchangerexchangeheatwithprocesscoolingwatertoreduceprocesscoolingwatertemperature;Inthewinterortheoutdoortemperatureisnotgreaterthan20℃transitionalseason,theuseofacoolingtowerforthecoldsource,throughaheatexchan
