CommercialandInConfidence.Page1OfferLetterPrivateandConfidential26th,June,2015DearMs.XXXXXXXRe:OfferLetterWetakegreatpleasureinofferingyouthepositionofXXXXXXXwithushereatXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXwherewehopeyouwillenjoyyourroleandmakeasignificantcontributiontothesuccessofthebusiness.CommencementDateYourEmploymentwillcommenceon18thJuly2015LocationYouwillbebasedatXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX(Ifthereisnorequirementfrommanagement.)PositionXXXXXXXXX(Jobsassignedbyyourleader)TherolesandresponsibilitiesofthispositionwillbedescribedseparatelyinanattachedPositionDescription.CommercialandInConfidence.Page2NOTE:Youmustbeabletoaccepttransfersand/orrelocationbetweeninter-departmentorourassociatecompaniesandacceptandacceptadditionaljobresponsibilitiesorjobrotationasandwhenthecompanydeemsnecessaryandappropriate.TermThisisapermanentposition▌ProbationaryPeriodoThestatutoryThreeMonthProbationaryPeriodwillapplytothisrole.Duringthistimeyouwillreceiveadvice,trainingandguidancetohelpyoubecomefamiliarwith,andcompetent,inperformingtheworkyouhavebeenappointedtodo.TheappointmentissubjecttothesatisfactorycompletionoftheProbationaryPeriodwhichitselfissubjecttoterminationduringanystage,byeitherparty,upontwoweek’snoticeinwriting,orbypaymentinlieuofnotice.▌Theprobationperiodshallbethree(3)calendarmonths.Duringthisperiod,eitherpartycouldterminatebygivingtwo(2)weeksnoticeorsalaryinlieutotheotherparty.RemunerationYoursalaryinprobationisatarateofRMXXX(Confidentialtoallstaff).YoursalaryafterprobationisRMXXX(Confidentialtoallstaff).▌PaymentoYoursalarywillbepaidbyendofmonthnotmorethan7thnextmonth.Covering27ththelastmonthto28ththecurrentmonth.oForunconfirmedstaffthesalarywillbecalculateperdayofworkoConfirmedstaffthesalarywillbecalculateaspermonthbasicsCommercialandInConfidence.Page3UponConfirmationthecompanywilldothereimbursementfor:-▌KWSPoKWSPpaymentswillbemadeonyourbehalfatarateof11%ofyourbasesalary.▌SOCSOWillbepaidbaseonbasicsalaryeverymonthExpenses▌GeneralExpensesXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXwillreimbursetoyouallreasonable,pre-approvedexpensesincurredbyyouinthecourseofyourdutieswithXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXontheproductionoflegitimatetaxreceipts,vouchersorproofofpaymentaspertheCompanyExpensePolicy,whichmaybevariedfromtimetotime.LeaveEntitlements▌AnnualLeaveoYouwillbeentitledtotwelve(12)workingdaysperannumforeverycalendaryearservicestobetakenatatimeortimesconvenienttothecompanyafterconfirmation.▌MedicalleaveoUponconfirmation,youareallowedamaximumsickleaveoftwelve(12)daysperyearwiththeproductionofmedicalcertificationbytheCompany’sappointeddoctoroffromanygovernmentpolyclinic.Toincreaseto18daysafter2yearsand22daysafter5yearsormore.oNotconfirmedstaffanyMCtakenwillbedeclareUnpaidleave▌CompassionateLeaveCommercialandInConfidence.Page4oYouareentitledtoaperiodof2dayspaidcompassionateleaveforeachoccasionwhereafamilymemberhasdiedoryouneedtospendtimewithaseriouslyillfamilymember.EachapplicationwillbeassessedindividuallybyyourManager.▌LongServiceLeaveoYouwillbeentitledtolongserviceleaveinlinewiththeprovisionsoftheappropriatelegislationinyourstate.TerminationYouorthecompanymayterminateyouremploymentatanytimegiving▌Afterconfirmation,one(1)month’swrittennoticeorsalaryinlieuofsuchnoticemustbegivenbyeitherpartytotheotherparty.▌Anyoutstandingleaveshallnotbetakenintoaccountincomputingtheperiodnotice.Thecompanymayterminateyouremploymentatanytimewithoutnoticeif:▌youareguiltyofseriousmisconduct(definedasbreachofanyemploymentrelatedlaworpoliciespublishedbythecompanyfromtimetotime)▌Absentwithoutwrittennotice3daysintherow.▌youareinmaterialbreachofaprovisionofthiscontract,includingconfidentialityundertakings▌Acourtfindsyouguiltyofacriminaloffence▌Bankruptcy▌Majorillness(H.I.V,Disable)Followingterminationofyouremploymentyouwillberequiredtoreturnallcompanyproperty.Alsofollowingterminationofyouremploymentyoumustnotrecordconfidentialinformationinanyform.HoursofWorkXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXgeneralhoursofbusinessarebetweenMon–Friday9.00am–6.00pmandLunchstrictly:45minutes–includingprayerCommercialandInConfidence.Page5Itisexpectedthatyouwillworkanaverageof40hoursperweekduringgeneralbusinesshourshowever;fromtimetotimeyouwillberequiredtoworkadditionalhoursorafterhourswhennecessarytoperformyourdutiesandresponsibilities.PrivacyYouarerequiredtoobserveandupholdalloftheCompany’sprivacypoliciesandproceduresasimplementedorvariedfromtimetotime.Collection,storage,accesstoanddisseminationofemployeepersonalinformationwillbeinaccordancewiththeprinciplesofthePrivacyAmendment(PrivateSector)Act2000.TrainingXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXhasapolicyofprovidingongoingtraininganddevelopmentforallstaff.Trainingwillbeprovidedforspecifictasksandspecificprojectsasrequiredandisdesignedtomaintainthecurrencyofyourskillsandfacilitatedevelopment.ConfidentialityofInformationAnemployeeisnotpermittedunderanycircumstanceseitherdirectlyorindirectlyreceiveoracceptanygift(s),favour(s),discount,gratuities,profit,concessionaryoffersorotherinducementfromanypersonororganizationhavingbusinesswiththeCompany.Whereisconsideredimpolitetorefusesuchgiftssuchashampersoroffers
