上海交通大学硕士学位论文中国采煤装备制造业发展战略研究姓名：王圣茂申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理指导教师：杨朝军20050228EMBA3060%20202026500,WTOEMBA5008,EMBAStrategicResearchofChinaCoalMiningEquipmentManufacturingIndustryAbstractWiththerapidgrowthofworldeconomy,thedemandforcoalisunceasinglyincreased.Inthepast30years,thecoalconsumptionallovertheworldincreasedby60%;inthenext20years,thecoalconsumptionwillstillremaintherapidlygrowingsituation.Chinaisintherisingperiodofdevelopingheavychemicalindustryandnewroundofeconomiccycle,andsoitsenergyconsumptionishigh.Accordingtotheforecastingpredictedbytherelevantexperts,thedomesticdemandforcoalwillbeupto2.6billiontonsby2020,andinthenextseveralyearsandevenlongerperiod,thecoalindustrywillbegreatlydeveloped.Equipmentmanufacturingindustryisthebaseandsupportofcontinuedandhealthydevelopmentofthecoalindustry.Comparedbythedevelopedcountries,Chinaisbadlybackwardinminingtechnologyandequipmentofcoalproduction.Thisresultsinlowefficiency,sourcewasteandfrequentsafetyaccidents,whichnotonlyrestrictsthedevelopmentofcoalindustrybutalsocreatesabadimpressionofthestateimageontheinternationalstage.Therefore,ithascurrentsignificancetododevelopmentstrategyresearchonChinacoalminingequipmentmanufacturingindustry,establishabatchofequipmentmanufacturingenterprisesandenterprisegroupsmeetingtheneedsoflarge-scale,mechanizationandautomationdevelopmentinourcoalproduction,basingonChina,facingtowardtheworldandenjoyingownintellectualpovertyandstrongcompetitiveedgeatthecore.Byincreasingthetechnicalcontentsofequipment,productqualityandservicelevel,theadvancedandreliabletechnicalequipmentsetsareprovidedforthemodernizationofcoalindustry,thuspromotingthedevelopmentofcoalindustryinChinaandprovidingararestrategicchanceforChinaequipmentmanufacturingindustryrelyingontheparticipationindomesticmarketsaswellasinternationalcooperationandcompetition.ChapterOneintroducesthegeneralsituationofChinacoalminingequipmentmanufacturingindustry.ThegrowingprocessofChinacoalminingequipmentmanufacturingindustryhascloseconnectionwiththecoalindustrydevelopmentinChina.Bothofthemaredependedonandhelpforwardeachother.Inrecentyears,withtheintroductionofworldadvancedcoalminingtechnologyandtechnicalequipment,theproducttechnicallevelandmanufacturingabilityofthewholetradehasbeengreatlyincreased.Inthefieldofgeneralfullymechanizedcoalmining,theproductsprovidedbyChinacoalminingequipmentmanufacturingindustrybasicallysatisfietheneedsofproductionincoalindustry.However,comparedwiththeinternationalwell-knownenterprises,thegapbetweenthemandchinastillexistsintheaspectsofhigh-productionandhigh-efficiencyequipmentsetsEMBAwithannualoutputover5milliontons,automaticminingequipmentforverythinseams,integratedminingequipmentforshort-wallseamsandrockroadheaders.Ourcoalminingequipmentmanufacturingindustrystillhasweaknessessuchassmallscale,rigidstructure,behindhandtechnicalequipment,lowbasicmanageriallevelandlackofcoordinationandsoon.Thewholecompetitivecapabilityisweak,whichdesideratesasolutionfromresearches.InChapterTwo,thedevelopmentprospectofChinacoalminingequipmentmanufacturingindustryisexpectedaccordingtothedevelopingprocessanddevelopingtrendofourcoalindustry.WithoutthedevelopingofChinacoalindustry,therewouldbenotodaysituationofChinacoalminingequipmentmanufacturingindustry.Thedevelopmentofcoalminingequipmentmanufacturingindustrymustkeepclosepacewiththedevelopmentofcoalindustry.WiththeintegrationoftheglobaleconomyandtheworldmanufacturingindustrygroupingtowardsChinaafterChinajoinstoWTO,theneedsforenergybyChinaeconomyisfurtherincreased.Coal,asthefossilenergywithmostabundantreserveinChina,enjoysanirreplaceablepositionascomparedwithotherenergiessuchaspetroleumandnaturalgas,andsoitwillcertainlyplayaleadingroleinanewroundofenergyrequirementincreasing.Inthenextlongperiod,thecoalproductionenterprisespromptedbytheimportantfactorssuchassafety,costandoutputwillsetoffasurgeofmajoreffortstodevelopingcoalminingmechanizationinadditiontooverallincreasingoffullymechanizedmininglevel.Replacingoftheexistedequipmentandestablishingofmanynewmines,allwhichbringsaboutprofitstocoalminingequipmentmanufacturingindustry.Thegreatcontrastwiththedomesticsituationisthatwehavenoanycompetitiveabilitiesininternationalcoalminingequipmentmarketsatpresent,whichlimitsChinacoalminingequipmentmanufacturingindustrytoexploitglobalmarkets.ChapterThreeemphaticallyanalyzesthecompetitivestructureofcoalminingequipmentmanufacturingindustry.Potter’sfivecompetitiveforcemodels,bycomparingandanalyzingfiveforcessuchascompetitor’scompetitivestrength,potentialforeigncomer,threateningofsubstitution,bargainabilityofusersandsuppliersintrades,displaythecompetitivestructureoftheindustryandreflectthecontinuousincreasingpotentialandattractionoftrades.Ontodaywhentheintegrativedevelopmenttrendoftheworldeconomyisclear,thedesireofstrategiccooperationisissuingchallengestothetraditionalcompetitivetheories.Toavoidbothsideslossandrealizebothsideswinincooperating,thecooperationwillchangethecompetitivestructureoftradesandgreatlymaintainandimprovetheprofitingabilityoftrades.Ononehand,th
