358测控技术与仪器专业本科人才培养方案UndergraduateProgramforStudentsMajorinMeasurementandControlTechnologyandInstrumentation一、培养目标I.EducationalObjectives培养适应经济、社会发展需求的,德、智、体多方面发展的,具备以电子信息及计算机技术为基础进行自动检测与控制等方面应用能力的,能在国民经济各部门电子测量与控制领域从事测控技术和仪器系统的工程设计、应用、维护和运行管理等方面工作的工程技术人才。Theprogramisdesignedtocultivatestudentsmeetingtheneedsofeconomicandsocialdevelopmentwithamulti-aspectsdevelopmentofmorality,intelligenceandhealthy,havingtheoreticalandpracticalabilitiesinautomaticdetectionandcontroltechnologybyusingelectronicinformationandcomputingtechnology,beingpreparedforprofessionalroles,suchasengineeringdesign,application,maintenanceandworkingadministration,engagedinmeasurementandcontroltechnologyandinstrumentationinthefieldofelectronicmeasurementandcontrolinvariousnationaleconomydepartments.二、专业特色II.ProgramFeatures本专业建于1980年,是国家特色专业、第二批“卓越工程师教育培养计划”实施专业,于2013年通过了工程教育认证,实现了本专业工程教育国际互认。Themajorwasbuiltin1980andchosenasthenationalfeaturedone,thesecondpracticalmajorsofEducatingandTrainingOutstandingEngineers.In2013,themajorisaccreditedbytheChinaEngineeringEducationAccreditationAssociationandreceivedinternationalrecognition.本专业是一门集电子信息、仪器、计算机、机械于一体的多学科交叉融合的综合性专业,面向国民经济建设、国防建设和科学研究信息化进程,以测量控制和智能仪器为方向,以信息获取、测试和控制为主线,不断跟踪新理论、新技术、新方法、新工艺,坚持“产学研用”紧密结合的人才培养机制,在仪器科学和电子信息领域培养基础厚、知识面广的宽口径工程技术人才。毕业生的职业道德、敬业精神、科学素养和团队合作能力、岗位胜任能力、工程实践能力得到了任职单位的较高赞誉。Themajorisacomprehensiveandmultidisciplinaryoneconsistingofelectronicinformation,instrumentation,computersandmechanics.Itcultivatesengineerswithsolidandwidebackgroundknowledgeinthefieldofinstrumentationandelectronicinformationwithfacingtheinformatizationofnationaleconomyconstruction,nationaldefenseconstruction.directingbymeasurementandcontrolandintelligentinstruments,followingthemainstreamofinformationacquisition,testingandcontrol,keepingupwithcutting-edgetheory,technology,methodology,process,insistingonthecultivatingmechanismofcooperationofproduction,study,researchandapplication.Graduateshavegaingoodreputationinvariousfieldsduetotheirprofessionalethics,dedication,scientificliteracy,andtheabilityofteamworking,jobscompetenceandengineeringpractice.三、培养标准III.StudentOutcomes本专业所培养的毕业生应达到以下十个方面的知识和能力:Basedontheprogrameducationalobjectives,graduatesareexpectedtopossessthefollowing10abilitiesandproperties:3591.具有较好的人文社会科学素养、较强的社会责任感和良好的工程职业道德;Havinggoodhumanitiesandsocialscienceliteracy,strongsocialresponsibility,andexcellentengineeringprofessionalethics.2.具有从事工程工作所需的相关数学、自然科学以及经济和管理知识;Aknowledgeofmathematics,naturalscience,andeconomyandadministrationforworkinginengineering.3.掌握扎实的测控电子技术和检测仪器等工程基础知识和本专业的基本理论知识,具有系统的工程实践学习经历;了解本专业的前沿发展现状和趋势;Masteringsolidbasicknowledgeandtheoriesofengineeringinthefieldofmeasurementandcontrolelectronictechnologyanddetectioninstruments,andhavingtheexperiencesofsystematicengineeringpractice,andtheknowledgeofthedevelopmentstatusandtrendsofthemajor.4.掌握测量理论与数据处理、各种电量、非电量的检测原理与方法、测量与控制理论、测控系统的设计方法,具备测控系统与仪器设计和实施工程实验的能力,并能够对实验结果进行分析;Masteringthedesignmethodsofmeasurementtheoryanddataprocessing,detectionprinciplesandmethodsofvariouselectricalandnon-electricalquantity,measurementandcontroltheoryandsystem,andhavingtheabilitytodesignmeasurementandcontrolsystemandinstruments,implementengineeringexperiments,andanalyzetheresultsofexperiments.5.掌握基本的创新方法,具有追求创新的态度和意识;具有综合运用电子、计算机、机械、测量与控制理论设计系统的能力,设计过程中能够综合考虑经济、环境、法律、安全、健康、伦理等制约因素;Masteringbasicmethodsofinnovation,havingtheattitudeandawareness,andhavingtheabilitytodesignasystembyapplyingthetheoriesofelectronics,computer,mechanics,measurementandcontrolwithtakingtheconstrainedfactorsofeconomy,environment,laws,security,healthy,ethicsintoconsideration.6.掌握文献检索、资料查询及运用现代信息技术获取相关信息的基本方法;Havingskillsofdocumentretrieval,informationinquiryandapplyingmoderninformationtechnologyforliteraturesurvey.7.了解与测控技术与仪器专业相关的职业和行业的生产、设计、研究与开发、环境保护和可持续发展等方面的方针、政策和法津、法规,能正确认识工程对于客观世界和社会的影响;Aknowledgeofpolices,guidelines,lawsandrulesfortheproduction,design,researchanddevelopment,protectionoftheenvironment,andsustainabledevelopmentrelatedinmeasurementtechnologyandinstrumentation,andhaveacorrectunderstatingoftheinfluenceofengineeringtotheworldandsociety.8.具有一定的科学研究、技术开发和工程设计的组织管理能力、表达能力和人际交往能力以及在团队中发挥作用的能力;Havingtheabilitytodoresearchwork,administratetechnologydevelopmentandengineeringdesign,communicateandteamworking.9.对终身学习有正确认识,具有不断学习和适应发展的能力;Havingacorrectunderstandingoflifelonglearning,andtheabilitytokeeplearningandadapttothedevelopment.10.掌握一门外国语,具有国际视野和跨文化的交流、竞争与合作能力。Masteringaforeignlanguage,andhavingtheabilitytocommunicate,competent,andcooperatewithcross-cultureswithaninternationalvision.360四、培养标准实现矩阵IV.StudentOutcomeMatrix目标分类培养目标知识/素质/能力实现(课程名称)基础科学知识BasicScienceKnowledge数学知识Mathematics掌握从事工程工作所需的相关数学知识Aknowledgeofrelatedmathematicsforworkinginengineering高等数学、线性代数、复变函数、概率论AdvancedMathematics,LinearAlgebra,ComplexFunctions,Probability物理学知识Physics掌握从事工程工作所需的相关物理学知识Aknowledgeofrelatedphysicsforworkinginengineering大学物理、电磁场CollegePhysics,ElectromagneticField工程基础知识BasicEngineeringKnowledge工程技术基础FoundationofEngineeringTechnology掌握扎实的测控电子技术工程基础知识和本专业的基本理论知识Solidbasicknow
