广西师范大学硕士学位论文近代边疆地区特色资源开发与社会经济发展研究——以广西八角的产销为视角姓名：刘方富申请学位级别：硕士专业：中国近现代史指导教师：唐凌20070401I2004,,,IIIIIInvestigationConcernedwithModernExploitationofDistinctiveResourceandDevelopmentofSocietyEconomiesintheBorderlandTakingProductionandSaleofGuangXisAniseedasanExampleAbstractChinaisalargeagriculturalcountry,regionaldevelopmentisveryuneven,thusit’sgreatsignificancethatthedevelopmentoflocalcharacteristicsagriculturalresourcesforagriculturalmodernization.AsaspecialresourcesinGuangxiprovince,Aniseedhashigheconomicvalueandecologicalbenefits.Itisthemostdynamicfactorintheruraleconomy,andplaysanimportantroleinsocio-economicdevelopmentoftheborder.Inhistory,peoplewithlimitedknowledgeofaniseedanduseoftheaniseedinalimitedlevel,soitspotentialeconomicvalueintherecentpasthasnotbeenwelldevelopedandutilized.Thoughartificialcultivationtoaniseedwasearlier,butthescalewasnotlarge.Withtheexpandeduseofaniseedandtheaniseedoilprocessingtechnologyintentioned,aswellastheinfiltrationofthecommodityeconomy,Itgraduallybegantobedeveloped.Duetothehighvalueofaniseedoilprofits,peoplebegantocarryoutlarge-scalearabledevelopmentoftheborderareasinGuangxi,plantedaniseedforeconomicdevelopment.Itcanbesaidthatmoderntimesisanimportantperiodofthedevelopmentofaniseed.Theknowledgeofaniseedanduseofitinmoderntimeshasgreaterdevelopmental,andithasbecomeoneofbulkcommodities.Inthisperiodaniseedplantinghasbeenrapiddevelopment.Inordertoinvestigatethecharacteristicsofresourcedevelopmentinborderareas,thispaperusinganiseedresourcesascasestoperspectivethemoderngovernmentandnongovernmentalforcesinthedevelopmentoftheborderareasinmodernperiod.Onthebasisofextensivedatacollection,thispaperusingthetraditionalpapermethodofhistoricalresearch,theempiricalmethod,andtheanalysisanddescription.BydiscussionandanalysistheborderregionofGuangxi,wecanrichthehistoryofthedevelopmentoftheborderareasofGuangxi.Learnedfromitsexperiencesandlessonsinthedevelopmentoftheborderareas,forthelightofthecurrentsituationgoontheroadtoagriculturalmodernizationwithChinesecharacteristics,provideanexample.AniseedmodernGuangxiborderareasofthearablecharacteristicsresourcesitisaprocessofexploredwaywhichagriculturalmodernizationwithChineseIVcharacteristics.Intheprocessofdevelopingarable,thegovernmentandnon-governmentalforceshaveaveryimportantrole.Governmentforcesweretheplottersandpromotersofthedevelopmentofarablelands;Moderncivilpowerwasthemainforceinthedevelopmentofborderareasarableaniseedresources.Inthedevelopmentofcommerceandtradeofaniseedresources,brokersortradersmainlycamefromtheprivatesector.Commercialtradersactivelyadoptedmeasurestoachieveaniseedproductsalesandprofit.Ofcourse,Xinguixi,representingtheKMTgovernment,activetocarryoutforeigntradedevelopmenttoincreaseexports.Ithasstrengthenedthemanagementoftheimportandexporttrade.Inthecourseofcommercialtradedevelopment,aniseedresourcesandothercharacteristicswereimportantfactorsinthemarketdevelopment,severingasthemediaofmarketdevelopment.Aniseedproductsattractedalotofcommercialdevelopers.Bycommercialexploitation,aniseedmarketshavebeenexpanded,andkeepingthebordermarketperceived,andtheborderareashaveintoacommercialnetwork.Fromaniseedmarketdevelopmentprocess,thecountyhasbeenexpandedthemarket,anumberofsmall,localmarketswithaniseedoilandaniseedasthemaincommodities.Ofcourse,therearesomeunfavorablefactorsofaniseedtrade,suchas:modernaniseedtradewascontrolledbyforeigncapital,anditimpactedthemodernizationprocessofChina;astradeandmarketingmethodsbackward,farmerswereexploitationbythemerchants;poortrafficconditionshavealsohinderedmodernaniseedtrade.ThedevelopmentofaniseedresourceinModernGuangxi,butalsowasanimportantembodimentofthemoderndevelopmentoftheborderareas,anditwascloselyrelatedtotheinterestsofborderareasfarmers.Bytypicalcases,fromdifferentlevelsofobservationwecanfindthat:manyfarmershaveplantedaniseed,andincreasedrevenue.Fromthecourseofdevelopmentofaniseedresourcesinsomeruralvillages,weknowthattheplantingscalewasgraduallyreduced,andit’schangedthestructureoffarminginruralareas.Fromaregionalview,inmoderntimesaroundYouRivercountiesinGuangxi,accordingtoregionalcharacteristicsandresourcecharacteristics,aniseedresourcedevelopmenthasbecomeaspecializedindustry,formedamajorfeatureofagricultureandagriculturaldevelopmentoftheGuangxiborderareas,therebycontributingtothedevelopmentofmodernborderareas.Inshort,asamodernfeaturesresources,aniseedplayedapositiveroletoinVthedevelopmentoftheborderareasinGuangxi.First,economicgrowth,expandingmarketsarefavorabletostabilityinborderareas;Secondly,toprovidetheexampleforagriculturalmodernizationwithChinesecharacteristics.Ofcourse,themodernhistoryofthedevelopmentoftheborderareas,hassomelimitations.Forexample:lackofdepthdevelopmenttotheresource,andfailedtoproduceindustrialchain;andbecauseofthewar,thedifficultiesencounteredinthedevelopmentprocess.Itwasfailedtoachievetherapiddevelopmentofregionaleconomy.Keywords:modernGuangxiAniseeddistinctiveresourcedevelopmentofborder1“”30008003100012(19856)30(19805)1881(1994)(1995),,(19912),(19984),,,20043(19993)20
