乡村旅游背景下四川省新农村规划设计研究重庆大学硕士学位论文(专业学位)学生姓名：胡琦琪指导教师：刘骏副教授学位类别：风景园林硕士重庆大学建筑城规学院二O一三年五月DesignandResearchofNewcountrysideplanningUndertheBackgroundofRuralTourisminSichuanProvinceAThesisSubmittedtoChongqingUniversityinPartialFulfillmentoftheRequirementfortheMaster’sDegreeofArchitectureByHuQiqiSupervisedbyViceProfLiuJunSpecialty：MasterofLandscapeArchitectureFacultyofArchitectureandUrbanPlanningofChongqingUniversity，Chongqing，China.May2013中文摘要I摘要随着国内旅游业的兴起和人们对自然、轻松田园生活的日益向往，乡村旅游作为独具特色的一类成为旅游的新亮点，它以丰富多样的形式在广大农村地区迅速发展起来，促进了农村地区产业结构的调整，带动当地经济增长，对增加农民收入、提高生活水平、改善农村风貌具有重要意义，成为新农村建设的一种优势途径和重要模式之一，引起了越来越多的关注。新农村规划作为新农村建设的前提和依据，需通过规划促进农村经济发展，调整产业结构，合理利用资源，有效节约土地，推动农村社会文化事业，在新农村建设中发挥导向、协调和约束作用，推进新农村建设可持续发展。由于我国幅员辽阔，各农村地区差异性较大，自然条件及经济基础等方面各不相同决定了各地新农村发展模式的多样性，对于部分有一定资源优势、交通条件较好的农村地区，通过乡村旅游开发促进农村经济发展是新农村建设的一种有效途径和创新模式。本文以开发乡村旅游这一特殊的新农村建设模式为切入点，探讨发展乡村旅游对新农村规划的影响，通过分析四川省乡村旅游背景下新农村规划现状，总结目前乡村旅游型新农村规划设计方法及其优点与不足，通过实践案例泸州市金龙乡官渡村新农村综合体概念性规划进行实践研究，总结优势与不足，探索乡村旅游背景下新农村规划的方法和策略，对其他有条件发展乡村旅游的农村地区，具有一定的借鉴意义。本论文遵循“提出问题—分析问题—解决问题”这一逻辑演绎过程来构架全文，文章共分六大章节，分别为绪论、乡村旅游的发展及其对新农村规划的影响、乡村旅游背景下四川省新农村规划现状调查及分析、乡村旅游背景下新农村规划设计实践探索、乡村旅游背景下新农村规划设计原则与策略。第一章介绍了研究背景，阐述了研究的目的和意义，并对国内外的相关研究与实践进行了归纳总结，最终确定了论文的研究范围、方法及框架。第二章研究乡村旅游的发展过程及发展趋势，探讨发展乡村旅游对新农村规划中各项内容的影响。第三章对四川省乡村旅游发展状况及新农村规划现状实践的分析研究，就整体布局、乡村景观规划及外部空间等几个方面对其进行分析研究，并结合典型实例，总结提出现状优势和存在问题。第四章为实践研究部分，以泸州市金龙乡官渡村新农村综合体的规划实践为依托，从实践层面针对提出的问题，探索解决途径。第五章基于前面的理论分析与实践探索，从不同方面总结提出乡村旅游背景重庆大学硕士学位论文II下的新农村规划设计原则和对策。第六章是文章的结语部分，总结了论文的研究成果并分析了不足之处。论文结合基于乡村旅游发展的新农村现状与项目实践提出：乡村旅游背景下的新农村规划需从乡村旅游发展的需求入手，针对乡村旅游发展对新农村规划的影响制定科学合理的规划设计方案以实现乡村旅游与新农村建设的良性互动。论文中针对相关规划内容，提出了一些具体的规划原则与对策。关键词：风景园林，乡村旅游，新农村规划，景观资源，外部空间英文摘要IIIABSTRACTWiththeriseofdomestictourismandpeople'sincreasinglyyearningtowardsthenaturalandrelaxedpastorallife,aspartoftheuniqueones,ruraltourismdevelopsalotwithawidevarietyofformsinthevastruralareaandbecomesanewbrightspot.Theruraltourismisofgreatimportanceinpromotingtheadjustmentofindustrialstructureofruralarea,promotingeconomicgrowth,increasingfarmers'income,andimprovinglivingstandardsandtheruralstyle,asaresult,itbecomesoneoftheadvantageousapproachandimportantpatternofnewcountrysideconstructionandattractsmoreandmoreattention.Asthepremiseandbasisofnewcountrysideconstruction,newcountrysideplanningneedstopromoteruraleconomicdevelopment,adjusttheindustrialstructure,utilizeresourcesreasonably,savelandeffectively,promoteruralsocialandculturalundertakingsbyplanning,playtheroleofguidance,coordinationandrestrictioninthenewcountrysideconstruction,andpromotethesustainabledevelopmentofthenewcountrysideconstruction.Becauseofthevastterritoryofourcountry,therearegreatdifferencesbetweeneachruralarea,andthedifferenceofnaturalconditionsandeconomicbasisdeterminesthediversityofthenewcountrysidedevelopmentmode.Intermsoftheruralareawhichhasabettertrafficconditionsandresourceadvantage,itisaneffectiveapproachandinnovativemodeinthenewcountrysideconstructionthatboostingtheeconomybydevelopingruraltourism.Toregardthespecialnewcountrysideconstructionmodeasthestartingpoint,thisthesisdiscussestheinfluenceofthedevelopmentofruraltourisminnewcountrysideplanning,summarizestheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofcurrentnewcountrysideplanninginruraltourismbyanalyzingthestatusofruraltourismunderthebackgroundofnewcountrysideplanninginSichuanprovince.What'smore,byresearchingthepracticalcaseofthenewruralcomplexconceptualplanningofGuanduvillage,JinlongtownshipofLuzhou,thisthesissummarizingtheadvantagesanddisadvantages,exploringthemethodandstrategyofnewcountrysideplanningunderthebackgroundofruraltourism,andhasacertainsignificancetotheotherruralareawhichhastheconditionsofdevelopingruraltourism.Tofollowthelogicalprocessofquestioning-analyzing-problemsolving,thisthesisisdividedintosixchaptersasfollows:introduction,thedevelopmentofrural重庆大学硕士学位论文IVtourismandit'sinfluencetothenewcountrysideplanning,investigationandanalysisofthenewcountrysideplanningofSichuanprovinceunderthebackgroundofruraltourism,practicalexplorationofthenewcountrysideplanninganddesigningunderthebackgroundofruraltourism,designingprinciplesandstrategiesofnewcountrysideplanningunderthebackgroundofruraltourism.Thefirstchapterpresentsthebackground,purposeandsignificanceoftheresearch,summarizesthedomesticandinternationalrelevantresearchandpractice,andfinallydeterminestheresearchscope,methodandframeworkofthisthesis.Thesecondchapterresearchesthedevelopingprocessandtrendoftheruraltourism,anddiscussestheinfluencesofdevelopingruraltourisminthenewcountrysideplanning.ThethirdchapteranalysesandresearchesthestatusoftourismdevelopmentandnewcountrysideplanninginSichuanprovince,analyzingandresearchingthegenerallayout,planningofrurallandscape,externalspaceandsoon,andputsforwardtotheadvantagesandproblemsofcurrentsituationcombiningwiththetypicalexamples.Thefourthchapteristhepracticalresearchpart,basedonthepracticalcaseofthenewruralcomplexplanningofGuanduvillage,JinlongtownshipofLuzhou,intermsoftheproblemsputforwardto,exploringthesolutionfromthepracticinganddesigninglevel.Thefifthchaptersummarizesandputsforwardtothedesigning
