(二〇一三年六月毕业设计外文文献学校代码:10128学号:0710201021学校代码:10128学号:题目:VariableFrequencySpeed-regulationSystemofElevatorUsingPLCTechnology学生姓名:学院:系别:自动化系专业:自动化班级:自动化指导教师:内蒙古工业大学本科毕业文献翻译1VariableFrequencySpeed-regulationSystemofElevatorUsingPLCTechnologyJIANGJing1,ZHANGXuesong21.JIANGJing,NorthChinaInstituteofScienceandTechnology,ChinaUniversityofMiningandTechnology(Beijing),Beijing,China-mail:jiangjing@cumtb.edu.cn2.ZHANGXuesong,ScienceandTechnologyonElectro-opticalInformationSecurity,ControlLaboratory,328,Hebei,China,e-mail:xuesong.zhang@ia.ac.cnAbstract-Inthispaper,thesystemofvariablefrequencyspeed-regulationbasedonPLCwasproposed.Firstly,theoverallstructureofcontrolsystemwasdetermined.Inverterandprogrammablelogiccontrollerwerechosentocompletevariablefrequencyspeed-regulation.Secondly,parametersofinverterweresetbydevelopsystemhardware.PLCdriveselectionand110pointsdistributionwerecompleted;rotaryencoderwasconnectedwithPLCinterface.Finally,thesoftwareflowchartsandladderprogramsweredesignedbyanalysisofelevatorsystemonthebasisofsoftwaredesignmethods.Keywords-variablefrequencyspeed-regulation;program;logiccontroller;elevatorcontrolsystemI.INTRODUCTIONHumanpowerwasusedassimpleliftingequipmentbeforeChristinchina,untilnowhand-ginstillwasusedasliftingdeviceforextractionwellswaterinsomeruralofnorthernareas.SoChinaisoneoftheearliestcountriesoftheworldintheaspectofelevatorprototype[1].In1854,ElisaGravesOtisfromAmericanshadshownhisinventionattheWorldExpototheworldintheCrystalPalacefromNewYork,whichwasthefirstsafetyelevatorinhistory[2].Sincethen,elevatorhasbeenwidelyusedintheworld.Inmodemlifeandeconomicactivity,elevatorhasbecomeasignofthecity.Elevatorhasbeenusedasessentialverticaltransportationequipment,especiallyinhigh-risebuilding.Thecontrolsystemsofrelayswereusedintheconventionalelevator,whosecontrolfunctionsandsignalprocessingwererealizedbyhardware.Mostofelectricalcomponentswerecommoncontrolelectricalappliances[3].Suchelevatorhasbeenproducedwithmaturetechnologyinthepastyears,whichhasbeenformedseriesofproducts.Withtherapiddevelopmentofsocialeconomyandimprovementoflifequality,theshortcomingsfromtraditionalelevatorcontrolledbyoriginalDCconverterandrelayhadbeenmoreandmoreobviousandexposedmanyproblems:(I)thetraditionalelevatorcontrolsystemhavehighfailureratethatweremainlyduetonumerouscontacts,complexityofwiringcircuit.Inaddition,electricalcontactswereeasytobumout,whichcouldresultinpoorcontact.(2)Electricalcontrollerandhardwarewiringbasedoncommonmethodweredifficulttoachieveamorecomplexcontrolfunction,thatis,whythefunctionsofsystemcontrolweredifficulttoincrease.(3)Electromagneticagenciesand内蒙古工业大学本科毕业文献翻译2contactactionweresoslow,mechanicalandelectromagnetichavelargeinertia.Therefore,thecontrolprecisionofsystemwasdifficulttorise.(4)Thetraditionalelevatorcontrolsystemshavesomeshortcomings,suchaslargestructure,highenergyconsumption,seriousmechanicalnoiseandsoon.(5)Duetolinecomplexandhighfailurerateofcontrolsystem,largemaintenanceworkloadandhighcostwererequired.Itwasshownthatweshouldexecuteacomprehensivetransformationtothetraditionalelevatorcontrolsystem.II.INVERTERPARAMETERSDESIGNElevatorswereusedasverticaltransporttool,whichbelongtopotentialenergyloadandrequirefrequentstartandstop[4].Withthechangeofthepassengercapacities,upordowntransformation,themotorhasminimumload.Whenelevatorwasruninnoloadup-goingorheavyloaddown-going,motorwasusedinthestateofpowergeneration.Similarly,themotorhasmaximumloadwhenelevatorwasruninheavyloadup-goingornoloaddown-going,motorwasusedinthestateofpower.Therefore,themotorwasrequiredtoruninthefourquadrantsofaxis[5].Thechangeofmotorworkstateswererealizedbycontactorsinthetractionmotoroftraditionalelevator.Speedcontrolofmotorwascompletedbyseriesresistanceorseriesreactanceinthestatorcircuitoftwo-speedasynchronousmotor,whichcannotsatisfythecomfortofpassengers.TraditionalrelaycontrolmodeswerereplacedbyPLCcontrolmethod,whichcouldgraduallytransitedfromDCspeedadjustingsystemtoACvariablefrequencyspeedadjustingsysteminthemodesofmotordrag[6].A.InverterTypeSelectInverteristhevoltagefrequencyconverter,whichcouldconvertACwithfixedfrequencytoadjustablefrequencyvoltageACtosupplythemotoroperation.Consideredcontrolrequirementsandreliabilityfactorsfromelevator,ANCHUANVS-616G5digitalinverterwasusedinthisdesign.ThePGcardandrotaryencodersmustbeequippedwithVS-616G5inverterinthespeedcontrolsystemofelevatorinordertosupplymotorspeedandfeedback[7].Rotaryencoderwasconnectedwiththecoaxialofmotortodetectthemotorspeed.A,Bwererepresentedastwophasepulseoutputsfromrotaryencoder.WhenAphasepulsewasaheadofBphasepulse90',theelectricmotorwasoperatedinthestateofforwardrotation.Similar,whentheAphasepulsewaslagoftheBphasepulse90',theelectricmotorwasoperatedinthestateofreverserotation.AccordingtophasesequenceofA,Bpulse,thedirectionofmotorrotationcouldbedeterminedbyrotaryencoder.MotorspeedcouldalsobemeasuredbyfrequencyorperiodofA,Bpulse.FeedbacksignalsweresentintoVS-61605throughPOcardtooperationregulation[8].ThepulsewaveformofA,BphaseswereshowninfigureI.内蒙古工业大学本科
