1循环水泵检修维护技术规程内蒙古中煤蒙大新能源化工有限公司二O一四年三月2目录一、总则·····························································································31.概述···························································································32.适用范围·····················································································33.编写依据·····················································································34.主要技术参数···············································································3二、检修周期和检修内容········································································31.检修周期(小时)········································································42.检修内容·····················································································4三、准备工作·······················································································5四、拆卸程序·······················································································61.示意流程图··················································································62.检修内容与质量标准·····································································6五、试车·····························································································9六、验收·····························································································9七、常见故障及处理方法······································································103内蒙古中煤蒙大新能源化工有限公司期循环水泵检修规程一、总则循环水泵系统的任务是负责向各生产工艺装置区输送合格的循环水,来满足各界区的工艺要求。再将各界区内的循环冷却水回收经冷却塔冷却,汇集于塔池,经循环水泵重新加压输送,循环重复利用。1.概述该泵为单级双吸、双涡室、带有径向流闭式叶轮的卧式水平中开离心泵。叶轮为双吸式,转子由两端滚动轴承支撑,吸入及排出口均在泵体上,成水平方向与泵体垂直,由电动机通过联轴器驱动泵。此种结构最大特点为流量大,几乎无轴向力并且检修方便。2.适用范围本规程适应于内蒙古中煤蒙大新能源化工有限公司循环水泵的维护和检修。3.编写依据循环水泵的操作和使用说明书4.主要技术参数设备型号KQSN1000—M13/1095KQSN600-M13/631吸入口径(英寸)4024流量(m3/h)1092030004扬程(m)5050电机功率(kw)2000560转速(rpm)596992输送液体循环水循环水二、检修周期和检修内容1.检修周期(月)注:指泵实际运转小时数检修类别小中大检修周期612242.检修内容2.1小修2.1.1紧固填料压盖螺栓,减小泄漏量。2.1.2检查、调整联轴器的同轴度及轴向间隙,更换易损件。2.1.3清洗轴承箱,换油。2.1.4检查冷却水管、导水管,消除堵塞并紧固。2.1.5消除在运行中所发现的小缺陷和渗油。检查、紧固螺栓。2.1.6清理及检修所属阀门。2.2中修2.2.1包括小修内容2.2.2更换填料、更换泵体密封垫。2.2.3检查、更换滚动轴承,调整轴向游隙。2.2.4补焊叶轮,若叶轮颈部有毛刺或刮痕应预以消除。52.2.5检查轴套的磨损量,预以修复或更换。2.2.6检查泵体、泵盖的腐蚀或冲蚀程度,予以修复。2.2.7测量转子的晃动量。2.2.8测量轴颈的圆度及圆柱度。2.2.9检查或校验压力表。2.2.10电机部分检修。2.3大修2.3.1包括中修内容。2.3.2更换叶轮。2.3.3更换泵轴。2.3.4泵体测厚、鉴定。做必要的修理。2.3.5测量及调整泵体的水平度。2.3.6设备及附属管线除锈防腐。三、准备工作1.检修人员1.1落实检修负责人,检修人员和安全监护人。1.2检修前对检修人员检修技术方案交底。1.3对参加检修的所有人员进行安全教育,检修项目进行风险评估,制定有针对性的HSE管控措施,保证检修安全。1.4工艺交出确认票和检修作业票办理合格后,负责人须随身携带工作票方可开始作业。2.检修现场2.1落实检修所需要的材料、备件、工器具、安全防护器材等到达现场。62.2实行科学检修、文明施工、杜绝野蛮拆装,做到“三不落地”、“三条线”、“三不见天”。四、拆卸程序1.示意流程图2.检修内容与质量标准2.1泵体及底座2.1.1泵体及底座应无裂纹,泵体内壁表面应光滑,在不承受压力部位发现裂纹或其它可补焊的铸造缺陷时,应予以修补。2.1.2泵体与泵盖中分面的平面度,应不超过0.1mm。2.1.3泵体的水平度:纵向和横向均为0.10mm/m。2.1.4泵座与基础面应接触严密,地脚螺栓不松动。工艺处理完毕拆卸联轴柱销螺栓拆卸轴承座固定螺栓吊出转子拆卸泵盖固定螺栓拆下填料后盖螺栓拆卸联轴器拆卸两端轴承座拆卸轴承取出叶轮密封环拆卸两端轴套拆卸叶轮拆检、擦拭、测量各部件数据回装吊出泵盖72.1.5泵大盖螺栓紧固时,应对称、均匀地紧固。2.2泵轴部份2.2.1泵轴不应有腐蚀、裂纹等缺陷,修理或更换泵轴时可做无损探伤,检测有无裂纹。2.2.2轴颈的表面粗糙度:安装叶轮、轴套及装配联轴器处3.2μm,装配滚动轴承处1.6μm,装配滑动轴承处0.8μm。2.2.3以两轴轴颈为支点,用千分表检查装配叶轮轴套等部位轴颈的径向跳动,应不大于0.03mm。2.2.4键槽磨损后,可依磨损情况适当加大,但最大只可按标准尺寸增大一级。在结构或受力允许时,可在原键槽的90°或120°方向另开一键槽。2.2.5轴颈磨损后,可用电镀、喷镀或涂镀的方法修复。2.3叶轮2.3.1叶轮表面及液体流道内壁应清理洁净,不能有粘砂、毛刺和污垢,流道入口加工面与非加工面应圆滑过渡。2.3.2叶轮与轴的配合采用H7/h6配合。2.3.3新装的叶轮必须是经过动、静平衡试验的。动平衡允许的不平衡力距为0.85N.m(最大外缘处150克),做静平衡的不平衡重量不小于25克,超过时用去重法从叶轮两侧切削,切去的厚度应小于原壁厚的1/3,切削与未切削处平滑相接。2.4轴套2.4.1轴套端面对轴线的垂直度偏差≤0.04mm,两端面的平行度偏差≤0.04mm。2.4.2轴套与轴颈配合处粗糙度为1.6。2.4.3轴套与轴的配合采用H7/h6配合,轴套与导向波斯的间隙为0.87-0.956mm。82.5口环2.5.1口环与叶轮颈部的间隙应为0.82-0.92mm。2.5.2口环与叶轮配合处粗糙度为1.6μm,其表面应无毛刺、划痕,否则应予消除并打磨光。2.5.3密封内、外圆表面同轴度偏差不大于0.06mm。2.6转子部份拆装2.6.1拆卸过程中,如发生锈蚀咬住现象,不可随意敲击,可采用加热法拆。如叶轮,先对盖板外圆加热,然后慢慢引向轮毂。2.6.2若用加热法仍无法拆除轴套可按如下方法切削掉。a.垂直轴线沿整个轴套表面钻一轴向小孔,钻孔时要特别小心,钻头钻进时至少要离轴表面1mm。b.用钢凿沿钻孔切开,即可拆除轴套。凿轴套时应防止损伤轴。2.6.3拆叶轮时应在轴上作出标记,标明在轴上的位置,但不可划伤或损伤轴。2.6.4新装配的转子,应检查其径向和轴向圆跳动。在叶轮颈部测量,均不大于0.10mm。2.6.5转子装入泵体内,应使叶轮流道中线对准涡旋室中线,使叶轮与两侧密封环端面间隙相等;并应测定转子的轴向总窜动量,定位时取其一半。2.7轴承部份2.7.1滚动轴承与轴颈采用配合为H7/K6或H7/js6。2.7.2滚动轴承端面与压盖间隙不大于0.10mm。2.7.3拆装滚动轴承应使用专用工具或利用压力机,且方法要正确,不得用锤直接敲击轴承,装配合轴承内圈端面应与轴肩靠紧。2.7.4采用加热法装轴承时,应在油温不超过100℃的机油中加热或使用轴承加热器,严禁用火焰直接加热。92.8填料密封装置2.8.1填料压盖压入填料函的深度应不大于5mm。2.8.2换填料时,其切口应为平切口,长度刚好绕轴套一圈,相邻两根填料切口须错开180°。2.8.3压紧填料压盖时,应两切对称压,不可压的过紧,填料压盖不可倾斜。开车后应根据泄漏情况进行调整。2.9联轴器2.9.1联轴器找正时,其径向偏差不大于0.10mm,角偏差不大于0.25mm/m。2.9.2联轴器端面轴向间隙为3-9mm。2.9.3紧固联轴器柱销时,应对称、均匀进行。2.10其它2.10.1润滑脂采用3号锂基润滑脂。2.10.2安装时,紧固螺栓须涂上润滑脂,便于拆卸。2.10.3应彻底清除各部位的污垢。2.10.4各密封面垫子应涂润滑脂,使接触严密无泄漏。五、试车5.1试车前准备工作5.1.1清除泵座及周围一切杂物,清理好现场。5.1.2检查泵座、电机座螺栓及各连接螺栓的紧固情况。5.1.3检查密封是否符合要求,冷却系统是否畅通。5.1.4按规定加好润滑油。5.1.5空转电机、检查转向,无误后装上联轴器柱销。5.2试车5.2.1盘车两周,注意泵内有无异声时,盘车是否轻便,盘车后装上防护罩。105.2.2向泵内引注满液体,排尽气体。5.2.3按泵的启动操作程序启动,启动后运转正常,即可连续运转试车。5.2.4试车时间不少于2小时,应达到:a.运转平稳无杂音,冷却,润滑良好。b.轴承温度正常75℃。c.轴承壳体的振动不超过规定。d.流量、扬程达到铭牌数值或查定能力;电机电流不超出额定值。e.密封符合要求。六、验收6.1、零部件6.1.1泵本体及各零部件完整齐全。6.1.2各部连接螺栓齐全,连接紧固。6.1.3电气仪表齐全、灵活好用,数据准确可靠。6.1.4安全防护装置完备,牢固美观。6.1.5基础:机座稳固可靠、地脚螺栓齐全紧固,符合技术要求。6.2、运行性能6.2.1油路畅通,润滑良好。6.2.2压力、流量平稳,各部温度正常,电流稳定。6.2.3运转正常,无异常振动、杂音等不正常现象。6.2.4能达到铭牌出力。6.3、检修验收资料6.4.1检修现场:工完、料净、场地清。6.4.2设备检修内容、数据记录,试车记录。6.4.3办理检修相关票证消票程序。116.4.4申请机械动力部及相关部门组织设备验收6.4.5检修换下来的报废零部件,要及时办理入库。七、常见故障及处理方法特征可能出现的故障处理方法泵不吸水①叶轮转向不对②未注水、吸入管有空气③吸入管和填料装置漏水④
