设计(论文)专用纸iAcknowledgementsIwouldliketoexpressmydeepappreciationtomysupervisor,ProfessorHanNing,forherpatienceandgenerosityoftime.Shehasreadandrereaddraftsofthisthesisandgivenvaluablecommentsandadvice.Ihavebenefitedalotfromtheilluminatingdiscussionswithhim/her.Iamparticularlyimpressedbyhis/hersenseofresponsibilityandprofessionaldedication.Withouthis/hermeticulousinstructionsandencouragement,thisthesiswouldnothavebeenpossible.MygratitudealsogoestoalltheteachersinFacultyofForeignLanguagesandCulturesinthepastfouryears,whoselectureshavehelpedmetodevelopakeeninterestinthearea.Ialsowanttoexpressmythankstomyclassmates,whokindlysharedresourceswithme,andmyparents,whowerealwaystheretosupportmewheneverIfeelfrustrated.设计(论文)专用纸iiAbstract6thDalaiLamaTsangyangGyatsoisnotonlytheleaderoftheGelugpa,butalsoatalentedpoetinthemindsoftheTibetanpeople.Distinguishedreligiousstatusmakeshimmuchadmirable,whiletheLoveSongsmakehimcordialandmysterious.TsangyangGyatsohasleftavaluableassetinhisbrieflifejourney,thathisLoveSongshasahouseholdnameinTibetDistrict.ThisessayaimsatrevealingtheconflictsbetweenBuddhistregulationsandlove,thestruggleagainstBuddhismregulation,andthelongingforloveofTsangyangGyatso.KeyWords:TsangyangGyatso;LoveSongs;Buddhistregulation;Love;Conflicts设计(论文)专用纸iii摘要仓央嘉措既是藏传佛教格鲁派的领袖,也是藏族人民心目中才华横溢的诗人.尊贵的宗教地位使得他备受敬仰,而一部《仓央嘉措情歌》又使得他亲切神秘.仓央嘉措在短暂的生命旅程中给后世留下了宝贵的财富,他的情歌在藏区家喻户晓.本文通过《仓央嘉措情歌》,来揭示佛规与爱情的矛盾,以及仓央嘉措对佛规的抗争,对爱情的渴望。关键词:仓央嘉措;情歌;佛规;爱情设计(论文)专用纸1TheConflictsbetweenBuddhistRegulationandLove—6thDalaiLamaTsangyangGyatso1.IntroductionTheSixthDalaiLama,TsangyangGyatso,himself,actuallyacomplexcombinationofBuddhistregulationandlove.Ononehand,hehadtobeartheboundsofBuddhistregulation.Ontheotherhand,hereallywantedtoliveanormallife.Freedomofloveandequalrightofpursuinglovewereallhewanted.HetriedtobreakoutthenetsBuddhismgavehim,however,obstaclesstoodinhisway.ConflictsbetweenBuddhistregulationandlovestruckinhisheart.Infrontofhisbelievers,hewasthealmightyBuddha,while,infrontofhislover,hewasjustanordinarymanwhowantedtobeloved.2.Thelifetimeof6thDalaiLamaTsangyangGyatso2.1HistoricalbackgroundAlthoughLozangGyatso,the5thDalaiLama,diedin1682,theRegentDesiSangyeGyatso(Sangs-rgyasrgya-mtsho)kepthisdeathasasecretpartlytocontinuethestableadministration,andpartlytogaintimeforthecompletionofthePotala(ThePotalaPalaceislocatedinLhasa,TibetAutonomousRegion,China.ItisnamedafterMountPotalaka,themythicalabodeofChenresigorAvalokitesvara.ThePotalaPalacewasthechiefresidenceoftheDalaiLama.).ThemonksconcentratedtheirsearchtotheregionofTibetantofindthenextincarnation,butlatercametoconcludethat6thDalaiLamawasbornoutsidetheTibetanterritory,inavalleywhosenameendedwithling.Theysearchedallplacesendingwithling,includingthreeinTawang(India,borderingwithNagartsecountry)-Urgyanling,SangelingandTsorgeling.ThePotalaauthoritiestooktheDalaiLamafromhismotheron1697fromUrgyanling.ThejourneytoPotaLhasafromTawangwas7days,andtheyspentthefirstnightinTsona(knownasCona,nearCuonaLake,China)wherehesleptwithgirls.RespondingtothestrictrulesoftheTibetans,heconstantlyopposedtolawswhichover-ruledhim,andeventuallybecameadrunk.AfterarrivinginTibet,SangyeGyatsosentadelegationtotheChineseEmperor设计(论文)专用纸2in1697toannouncethattheFifthDalaiLamahaddiedandSixthhadbeenfoundTheregentinvitedtheFifthPanchenLama,LobsangYeshitoadministerthevowsofanovicemonkontheyoungmanatNankartse,aplacewherehewasfound,andnamedhimTsangGyatso.InOctober1697,TsangyangGyatsowasenthronedastheSixthDalaiLama.In1701LhasangKhan,aMongolkingandallyoftheChinese,hadtheRegent,SangyeGyatso,killed.ThisgreatlyupsettheyoungDalaiLamawholefthisstudiesandevenvisitedLobsangYeshe,the5thPanchenLamainShigatse,acounty-levelcityandthesecondlargestcityinTibet,andrenouncedhisnovicemonkvows.TheSixthDalaiLamaTsangyangGyatsowasdeclaredinvalidonlyathis8thyearastheDalaiLamabecauseDesiSangyeGyatsowasdefeatedduringthebattleagainstLazangwang.In1706,the24-year-oldTsangyangGyatsodiedduringthewaytoJincheng.TheSixthDalaiLamaTsangyangGyatsowasfoundunderaveryunstablebackgroundthatthedeathnoteofLozangGyatso,the5thDalaiLamahadbeenkeptasasecretbytheRegentDesiSangyeGyatso(Sangs-rgyasrgya-mtsho)for15years.When6thDalaiLamaTsangyangGyatsowasfoundandannouncedasthe6thDalaiLama,hewas15yearsold.Itwassuchashockforallthepeoplebecauseallofthesehappenedsuddenlyandbadeffectscamealongthatlotsofpeopledoubtedhisstatus.2.2TheChildhoodof6thDalaiLamaTsangyangGyatsoTsangyangGyatsowasbornasaMonpawhichwasoneofthehe56officiallyrecognizedethnicgroupsinChinainTibetandbothofhisparentsheldthebeliefofNyingmawhichistheoldestofthefourmajorschoolsofTibetanBuddhism.HespenthiswholechildhoodwithoutanyrestrictionsandwasdeeplyinfluencedbytheNyingma.However,hewasforcedtobethe6thDalaiLama,theleaderofGelugpa(aschoolofBuddhism)whichwastotallydifferentfromNyingma.2.3TheDifferencebetweenNyingmaandGelugpaNyingmatraditionistheoldestofthefourmajorschoolsofTibetanBuddhism(theotherthreeknownastheKagyu,SakyaandGelug).Nyingmaliterallymeansancient,andisoftenreferredtoasNga'gyurortheoldschoolbecauseitisfoundedonthefirsttr
