Translationtest(general)2017-03-15EnglishtoChineseEveryoneataTPTworkplacehasaresponsibilitytoensurethatalcoholand/orotherdrugsdonotaffecttheirownorothershealthandsafety.Aperson,whilstcarryingouttheirdutiesasaTPTTeamMemberinanyTPTworkplace,mustnotbeundertheinfluenceofalcoholorotherdrugs,orconsumealcoholorotherdrugs.AllTeamMembersmaybesubjecttotestingforalcoholorotherdrugswhilsttheyareataTPTworkplace.Thismayincluderandomtesting,pre-employment,testingwherereasonablesuspicionexistsortestingafterinvestigationintoaworkplaceaccident,unsafeworkincidentornearhit.Testingwillbecompletedbyauthorisedcollectorsonly,andwhereaTeamMemberrefusestoprovideasample,orinterfereswiththetestingprocess,thiswillbetakenasapositiveresult.TPTTeamMembersmustnotconsumealcoholorotherdrugswhentheyarewearingaTPTuniform,clothingcontaininganyTPTlogoorbusinessnameoranamebadgewhichidentifiesthemasaTeamMemberofTPT.ATPTTeamMembermayconsumealcoholwheretheyarethehostoforaninviteetoawork-relatedfunctionPROVIDED:...每一位TPT实验间的工作人员都有责任确保自身以及他人的健康以及人身安全不受酒精和（或者）其他药品的影响。作为一名TPT工作成员，他/她在任何一所TPT实验间工作时，不受酒精或者违禁药品的控制，禁止饮酒，禁止服用违禁药品。所有工作人员在TPT工作间时都需要通过酒精检测或者药物检测。检测包括随机检测和雇佣前检测以及当工作间发生事故，出现安全问题或者类似事件，通过合理的推断后而对嫌疑人进行的测试。唯一能够进行检测的是授权取样者。当工作人员拒绝提供检测样本或者不配合检测，测试结果均视为阳性。TPT工作人员在身着TPT制服，或者穿戴印有TPT商标，TPT企业名称的衣物或者TPT工作牌的时候，均禁止饮酒，禁止服用违禁药品。当TPT成员作为东道主举行活动，或者受邀进行与工作相关的以下活动，则允许饮酒：
