Rebecca3425Thursday8:00a.mDec13th2012Howtoimprovestudent’CriticalthinkingCriticalthinkingisatypeofreasonable,reflectivethinkingthatisaimedatdecidingwhattobelieveorwhattodo.Criticalthinkingisanimportantcomponentofmostprofessions.Itisapartoftheformaleducationprocessandisincreasinglysignificantasstudentsprogressthroughuniversitytograduateeducation.Ifwewanttoimprovethestudents'abilityofcriticalthinking,weshoulddothefollowing.First,teachershouldmakethequestionsinsituationtoinducestudenttothinking.Criticalthinkingrequiresthestudentsgoodatsomecriticalproblems,androseatanappropriatetimeandanswerthequestions.Teachersshouldguidestudentstograsptheseproblemsfromdifferentperspectiveandanalysistoguidethestudentstodiscoverproblems.Forexample,teacherasksaquestionabout“Thepricefluctuatesaroundvalue”.Teachershouldn’tgiveaFixedanswersatfirstbecausethisquestionisnotadventitious.Heshouldguidethestudentstothinkindependently.Second,cultivatingstudents'criticalthinkingon“Analysisofdifference”.Analysisofdifferenceisawayofcontrastlearning.Studentsreasonableanalysisinencounterproblemsandmakeappropriatetreatmenttheproblems.Teachercanthroughthedebatecompetition.Throughdialecticalbothintensedebate,thestudentnotonlytoprovethecorrectnessoftheirviews,butalsorefutetheOpponent'sviews.Studentcanbeverygoodtocultivatetheir'criticalthinkingandteamworkspiritinsuchafiercedebate.Third,strengthenstudents'logictraining,cultivatingstudents'criticalthinkingabilityofdialecticalanalysis.Criticalthinkingisoneoftheimportantcontentsofscientificthinking.Theteachercanletthestudentscollectthewordswithinacertainperiodoftimeandsearchthebackgroundandmeaningforinsideandoutside.Studentcanimprovetheabilityaboutlogicalthinkingwhentheycollectingdata.Inaword,iftheteacherwanttoimprovestudent’abilityaboutcriticalthinking.Theyshouldmakethequestionsinsituationtoinducestudenttothinking,cultivatingstudents'criticalthinkingon“Analysisofdifference”,strengthenstudents'logictraining,cultivatingstudents'criticalthinkingabilityofdialecticalanalysis.Itcancultivationstudenttogetthespiritthatincludingdaretodoubt,carefuldemonstrationandputtingthingsintopractice.
