设计总说明本设计是3×104m3/d城市污水二级处理厂工艺设计。该处理厂处理城市污水,根据当地环保部门水质调查及其他城市水质比调查,本城市对污水的处理主要包括COD、BOD5,对脱氮除磷也有要求。污水经处理后排入污水厂东侧的受纳水体排污渠,出水最终排入某河,该河段为《地表水环境质量标准》(GB18918-2002)中的Ⅲ类功能水域,出水水质应达到《城镇污水厂污水排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级标准B标准。根据设计要求,该污水处理工程进水中氮磷含量偏高,在去除BOD5和COD的同时,还需要进行脱氮除磷处理,同时,本污水厂处理水量较小,故采用SBR序列间歇式活性污泥法,SBR是一种按间歇曝气方式来运行的活性污泥污水处理技术,又称序批式活性污泥法。本工艺的主要构筑物包括格栅、污水泵房、曝气沉砂池、厌氧池、SBR、接触消毒池、浓缩池、污泥脱水机房等。污水进入污水厂经过中隔栅后经污水泵房提升进入细格栅,在进入曝气沉砂池曝气沉砂,随后进入厌氧池对污水进行水解酸化,再进入SBR池反应,然后进入接触消毒池消毒,污水达到水质要求,经过计量槽后排出污水。SBR的剩余污泥经过污泥泵房提升后进入集泥井,再进入浓缩池浓缩,浓缩后的污泥含水量减少再进入贮泥池,随后进入污泥缩水车间进行脱水,脱水后的污泥外运。本设计污水处理采用了SBR工艺,它的主要特征是在运行上的有序和间歇操作,SBR工艺的核心是SBR反应池,该池集均化、初沉、生物降解、二沉等功能于一池,无污泥回流系统。经过这个废水处理工艺的废水可达到设计要求,可以直接排放。产生的污泥经过浓缩、压滤等处理后,进行堆肥产生一定的经济效益。本设计书的主要内容为设计资料、污水污泥处理工艺的选择、污水污泥的计算、污水厂平面布置的选择、人员的配置以及工程技术经济的分析。关键词:城市污水处理;SBR工艺;脱氮除磷;污泥DesignDescriptionThisdesignis3x104m3/dcitysewagetreatmentplantprocessdesign2.Thesewagetreatmentplant,accordingtolocalenvironmentalprotectiondepartmentsurveyofwaterqualityandwaterthanothercities,thecityofsewagetreatmentismainlyincludeCOD,BOD5,alsohasaskedfornitrogenandphosphorus.Treatedsewagebackintothesewageplantontheeastsideofthereceivingwatersoutfall,thewatereventuallydischargedintoariver,therivertosurfacewaterenvironmentqualitystandard(GB18918-2002)inthewatersⅢclassfunction,effluentwaterqualityshouldreachthetownsewagefactorywastewaterdischargestandard(GB18918-2002)levelofBstandard.Accordingtodesignrequirements,thehighcontentofnitrogenandphosphorusinwater,sewagedisposalengineeringatthesametimeofremovalofBOD5andCOD,Nitrogenphosphorusremovalprocessisneeded,atthesametime,watervolumesmall,thesewagetreatmentplantisadoptedSBRsequencingbatchactivatedsludgeprocess,SBRisakindofaccordingtothewayofintermittentaerationtooperationoftheactivatedsludgewastewatertreatmenttechnology,alsoknownassequencingbatchtypeactivatedsludgeprocess.Mainstructureofthisprocessincludegrille,sewagepumproom,aeratedgritchamber,bio-ptank,SBR,contactdisinfectionpond,thickenerandsludgedewateringmachineroom,etc.Sewageintothesewagefactoryafterbarrierinthesewagepumproomtoascendintofinegrille,enteredtheaeratedgritchamberaerationsettling,thenenterthebio-ptanktohydrolysisacidification,thesewagereactstoSBRpool,andthenenterthecontactpooldisinfection,disinfectionofsewagemeetwaterqualityrequirements,afterthebacktankoutofthewater.SBRofexcesssludgeaftersludgepumproomascensionintothemudcollectingWells,againintothethickenerconcentration,concentratedsludgewatercontentreducestorageintothemudpool,thenenterthedewatersludgeshrinkworkshop,afterthedehydrationofsludgesinotrans.ThisdesignadoptedSBRwastewatertreatmentprocess,themaincharacteristicofitisontherunorderlyandintermittentoperation,sinkingforthefirsttime,functionthatbiodegradation,twosink,etc.inonepond,thereisnomudbacksetcurrentsystem.Canreachthedesigningrequirementthroughthewastewaterofthiswastewatertreatmentcraft,candischargedirectly.Mudthatproduceafterconcentrating,pressingandstrainingetc.dealingwith,gooncompostproducesureeconomicbenefits.Themaincontentofthisdesigndocumentfordesign,selectionofsewagesludgetreatmentprocess,thecalculationofsewagesludge,sewageplantlayoutselection,configurationofpersonnelandengineeringtechnicalandeconomicanalysis.Keywords:Urbansewagetreatment,SBRcraft,Takingoffthenitrogenandthephosphorus,mud第1页目录1绪论................................................................................................................11.1设计题目..............................................................................................11.2原始资料..............................................................................................11.2.1设计规模..................................................................................11.2.2污水性质..................................................................................11.2.3其他资料....................................................................................21.3处理要求..............................................................................................21.4毕业设计题目应完成的工作..............................................................21.4.1设计完成的主要工作..............................................................21.4.2最终要求提交成果....................................................................21.5设计流量..............................................................................................31.5.1污水设计流量..........................................................................31.5.2污水总变化系数......................................................................31.5.3最大设计流量..........................................................................31.5.4最小设计流量..........................................................................31.6处理程度计算......................................................................................31.6.1SS的去除率...............................................................................41.6.2BOD5的去除率..........................................................................41.6.3COD的去除率...........................................................................52工艺流程的
