工业电极--中英文说明书电极使用说明概述本公司采用德国先进技术专业生产的PH复合电极,性能优越,可用于实验室及各类工业场合。电极可与国内外各种酸度计配套使用。电极有下述显著特点:●电极使用方便,无需补充电解液;●电极的测量范围0~14pH,温度范围0~130℃;●电极的响应时间快,稳定性好,抗干扰能力强;●电极不易被污染、堵塞,使用寿命长;●电极使用于各种低电导率的纯水场合(≥0.1μ/cm)。使用及维护●电极应贮藏在10℃~30℃的干燥环境中;●在温度低于-5℃时,由于缓冲液和电解液冻结,则电极有可能破裂;●由于运输的原因,当使用电极时,须观察敏感膜泡内是否充满溶液,若,膜泡内有气泡,须将膜泡朝下轻轻甩几下(像甩体温表)使膜泡内充满溶液;●如果pH电极贮藏在干燥条件下,则使用前必须在3.0NKCL溶液中浸泡24小时以上,否则难于校准。●当不用黄色帽子时,电极须放在3.0NKCL溶液或缓冲液中,不要放在蒸馏水中;●每支电极都需要校准,才能与pH表配合使用,对pH电极要进行二点校准,校准时要使用标准缓冲液,(pH4.00,pH6.86,pH7.00,pH9.18,或pH10.01);●校准或检查测量电极的频度,取决于不同的应用条件(应用场合的脏污程度,化学物质的沉积等)。清洗若电极球泡或隔膜被堵塞、污染、可用下列试剂清洗:●油脂和含油物,可用表面活性剂清洗;●钙沉淀物和金属氢氧化物,可用10%稀盐酸清洗;●硫化物沉淀(如污水处理过程中),可用10%稀盐酸和饱和硫脲的混合物清洗;●蛋白质附着物(如食品加工业中),可用10%稀盐酸和饱和胃蛋白酶的混合物清洗;●当对响应迟缓的pH电极再生时,可用10%HN03和NH4F(50g/1)的混合物清洗。电缆连接●电机引线为进口pH专用电缆;●必须保证在铜网和聚乙烯绝缘层之间的黑色半导体层完全去掉,如果半导体层没有去掉,在测量电极上将会产生分流现象,这样要么没有斜率,要么斜率变小。ElectrodesdirectionforuseIntroduceWeputtouseforeignadvancetechnologytomanufactureourpHelectrode.Thequalityoftheelectrodeisexcellone.TheelectrodecanbeuseinlaboratoryorindustryprovinceandbeusedwithallkindofpHmeter.Thefollowingisspecialtyadcatage.●Usageishandily.Additionisn’tneccessary.●Measurementrangis0~14pH,tempis0~130℃.●Quicklyrespinse(withinfivesecond),stabilityandresistinginterferon.●Pollutionandstoppageisdifficultandlonglife.●Toapplyalllow-conductivitywater(≥0.1μ/cm).Measurementandmaintenance●Storagedryconditions,10℃~30℃.●Intemperaturesbelow-5℃theelectrodesmayfractureduetofreezingofbufferandelectrolyte.●Whenelectrodesareused,youmustreviewwhetherbeaboundedsolutioninthesensorelement.Ifhavesomebubbleinthesensorelement,mustputitdownandshakelightly(resembleshakeclinicalthermometer)tofillwithsolution.●DrystoredpHelectrodesmustbeimmersedinwaterfor24hourspriortouse,otherwisestrongdriftwilloccur.●Whentheyellowcapisnotused,theelectrodesmustbestoredinaKCLsolution,eg3-molorbuffersolution.Donotplaceindistilledwater.●Eachnewelectrodesmustbecalibrated.TobeequippedwithpHmeter.ForpHelectrodes,2pointcalibrationisneccessary,Standardbuffersolutionshouldbeused.●Notemanufacture’scalidbrationinstructions.Ifnoinstructionsareavailable,proceedasfollows.●Thefrequencyofcalibrationorcheckingthemeasunringelectrodedependsontheapplicationconditions(dirt,chemicalbuildup).Cleaning●Ifelectrodesbeadordiaphragmisoccludedorcontaminated,thefollowingreagentsmaybeused.●Forfattyofoilyproduct,tensedcleaner.●Forcalciumdeposalandmetalhydroxidecoating,dilutehydrochloricacid(10%).●Forsulfidedeposit(eg.effiuenttreatmentapplicetions),acleaningmixtureofdilutehydrochloricacid(10%)and(saturated)area.●Formaterialwithproteincontent(foodindustryapplications)acleaningmixtureofdilutehydrochloricacid(10%)andpepsin(saturated).●AsaregenerationsolutionforverysluggishpHelectrodes,Amixtureofnitricacid(10%)andammoniumFluoride(50g/1)Cablecommection●ThecableofpHelectrodeisakindofspecialwire.●Ensurethattheblacksemi-conduvtorlayerbetweenthecopperwireandthepolyethyleneinsulationiscompletelyinsulated.Ifthesemi-conductorsleeveisnotremoved,ashuntoccursatthemeasuringelectrode.Thismeansthateithenogradientofonlyreducedgradientisavailable.
